Came in to buy a z650 I found online about 2 months ago. Ricardo was very helpful, answered all my questions, and wasnt pushy about buying. The whole process of showing up to leaving with the bike was surprisingly very fast... probably only about an hour or a little over.Ill definitely be back in the future!
If youre old school 405, hopefully you remember the ol House of Kawasaki commercials with Poppa Wheelie and at the end the commercial closed with, well treat ya just like family.They treat you better! Ricardo is class through and through, very knowledgeable on everything Kawasaki and finds a way to say yes. I went in twice before pulling the trigger and went so far to send my sons in just to see if he was as nice to them. Sure enough, he answered every single one of the obnoxious questions they asked.I bought the Passion Red Ninja 400. My oldest son, who was looking at a different bike at a different dealer in Del City was impressed by the service he witnessed and got the SE Teal Ninja 400. On both bikes, Wayne went from wheel to wheel explaining features and dos/donts on the bikes. Even though we were buying the same bikes he didnt rush or skip anything with either of us. I am sorry I didnt get their names but their service department is just as nice. Could not be more impressed! Might even be able to have wife come in and get her something... Thanks HOK!!
Wayne and his service/parts department did it again! Ordered new headers and got here on time and followed up quickly. Enjoyed my experience so much, I ordered even more aftermarket parts that are on its way. Glad I decided to go with these guys over the guys down the road.
We were trying to find a new Teryx4 in the Fragmented grey camo and HOK was the only 1 we could find in the state. Worked with Doug over the phone, got straight forward numbers and bought it. We also ordered several accessories including street legal kit to be installed, Wayne handled this quickly with his team in Service. When it was ready they met us for delivery due to the distance. Service above and beyond, honest people that do what they say is why they are the oldest Kawasaki Dealership in OK. If we were closer we would use them for our service, we will use them on all our purchases. Highly recommended!
I had first tried to purchase a Kawasaki Vulcan from Action power sports in Decatur Texas.After talking to uninspired and rude sales people I called House of Kawasaki talked to Ricardo, super nice gentleman. With one phone call I was able to order my bike put a deposit down and close the deal. The service by Ricardo was excellent, so if you are shopping go here and ask for him.

Kevin is great people in the service department and from top down these guys care.I am currently about an hour from starting our run at the ultra4 racing National Championship. During prerunning yesterday a bolder decided it wanted our steering rack more than we do. Well this is a special order part and not something we had a spare of. After calling everyone from a 300 mile radius and even begging our way up the kawi corporate ladder we were put in touch with house of kawi.Generously we were able to pull the parts we needed to get back in the race from a unit they had on site as a demo. This creates a lot of extra work and down time of that unit that is technically a unit they could be selling. We paid for the parts with enthusiasm and even had some assistance pulling the parts.The incredible amount of effort and generosity and inconvenience that house of kawasaki has taken on here is far from lost on us. By the end of the day Im hoping I can reply to this review with a picture of us on the podium but if not Ill settle for a finish in this brutal race. But really without house of kawi we wouldnt even be able to take a shot at the title.Thank you all from the bottom of my heart and in behalf of the entire team.If you get a chance to watch the race its streaming live on ultra4racing.com and we are the 4973 car.

Got my brand new Bike with Doug - the owner. Could not be more happy with my purchase from these down to earth people at HOK. I literally crossed multiple state lines because they were offering me a deal I could not resist. When I arrived doug showed me around the shop, told me a little about his family history and we just sat down and chatted for a long time. I felt like I was at home to be honest. It was great because he had all the paperwork ready, the bike ready and accommodated me through the whole process knowing I needed to be in and out so I can head back home with the bike. I lost some of the paperwork on the way back home and he sent it right over when I called. He even video chatted me before I headed out to show me the bike to put me at ease. Buying a bike should be fun, exciting, comfortable, especially when it cost $15,000. Could not be more happy and I recommend everyone to come here, even if you are from a different state because of how great they are!!

Okay - Ill admit that I know absolutely nothing about motorcycles or riding. My son has been looking for several months and has been to House of Kawasaki multiple times over the past few months. Hes peppered them with questions every time and hes come home to tell me all about it. He purchased his safety gear a month or so ago and they helped him to install something in his helmet. Yesterday, I had my son take me to show me the bike he was looking at. During our visit, every person in the shop stopped by to talk with us. They obviously knew my son and they continued to talk with him and then spent time answering my questions. The manager, Doug, spent a good amount of time talking with me about different plans and financing options since this would be my sons first credit experience. We requested a quote with some different options that my son wanted and he came back with a price that was lower than expected. No pressure was placed on us to move forward and they told us to come back any time. After we left (we made it out to the truck in the parking lot), my son and I discussed what he wanted, the requirements needed for him to ride, and we ended up going back to make the purchase. We were once again welcomed with a smile and then we were walked through the purchasing process. The entire visit was a great experience and the customer service was outstanding!
Want to talk about customer service, well I’ve got one for you. We’ve got a team at nationals racing right now, they broke a driver side tie rod and axle on our 2020 KRX 1000. After searching every state and shop around one place stepped up and helped us. House of Kawasaki, they were already at the race with a few demo KRX and let the team swap the rack and axle off of one of their demos. All this for people they’ve never met before. If you are having any second thoughts about purchasing anything from here let me be the voice that takes away those second thoughts.
I purchased a Kawasaki Ninja1000 from Doug and Ricardo and it was by far the best purchasing experience I have ever had. No pressure at all, my family and I were treated as part of their family. Had my VN750 Vulcan towed in after breaking down. Fixed it, though it took some time, and they did warn me that it would take a while. Repairs are up to scratch and the prices were reasonable. Id say give them a chance if youre looking for bike mechanics anyway.
I recently went to house of kawasaki and Ricardo helped me purchase my first 2016 KAWASAKI NINJA 650. He gave lots of details and helped me as much as he could. HOK is a quality motorcycle dealership. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have bought and sold motorcycles and ATVs with them and my experiences have all been positive.I like the showroom floor expansion they did a few years ago. It allows people to browse the used inventory in the middle of summer in AC instead of the sweltering OK heat.Financing was pretty simple and reasonably fast. I got the deal I wanted so I was happy.Parts & Accessories has a decent stock of common parts and things, but the best part is that they can order just about anything and usually get it in pretty quick. AND they know their stuff.The service department is great about getting things fixed quickly and correctly, the first time. Gotta like that.I would only recommend the following people go to House of Kawasaki:People who like motorcycles, ATVs or Jet Skis or even utility vehicles.
Couldnt work a deal with the sales person so I contacted the general manager. After working with the GM we got the price we wanted. Paper work went quickly and we were happily on our way. We had a good overall experience.

I had given them a 3 star rating in the past because I was not satisfied with my first mechanical service experience. They immediately contacted me and solved all my doubts. They actually did a great job on my bike keeping attention to the details. My bike drives great after service. I would recommend as a nice gesture for the clients to give a quick clean to the fenders and tubulars before returning the bike to the client. Is not that time consuming, neither a must have, but is always appreciated. Good job HOK.

I originally went to Maxeys to buy a new bike. I wanted a MT-07, they told me I had an approval through Yamaha financial and never called me back. I called and called and never received a return phone call. I went to HOK and was treated with respect. I decided on a ninja 650 and bought the bike same day with no hassles or problem. HOK is everything a bike buying experience should be. They sales people are very knowledgeable and helped me find the right bike to suit my needs. Not only are the sales people great but the manager Doug and Wane in the service department are great. They truly treat you like family and made me feel right at home. I have owned and purchased several motorcycles in the past, and have had some experiences. The staff in the service department, and sales department of HOK are some of the easiest I have ever worked with. I arrived on a Saturday morning after seeing a Vulcan online, and had completed a purchase in less than an hour. I really appreciated Ricardo who was very helpful, and knowledgable. There were no games played, and you can tell they pride themselves in customer service. Not to mention the fact their prices are far below other similar establishments. I have did business with this place for a long time ever since Eddie retired this place has went down hill. They let me walk over a $100 on a new bike deal. then a week later they mark it down $400 cheaper. i asked Ricardo to call me if the bike drops in price he never did. The guy has no clue whats going on. but thanks for not taking care of a customer. Its ok i went to Ajax and they had the best customer service so i made a purchase spent 26K

The house of Kawasaki,, I remember when it opened its doors back in 1972 and what street I lived on was dirt road then Kawasaki would burn up and down that dirt road where I want to be a motorcycle racer... Since a young age Ive wanted to have the open-air convertible experience, however, my genetic blueprint decided I should be 68 and forever struggle to fight into tight places, and my career choice (Im a teacher) meant that large extravagant purchases may be a problem.Hence the blossoming of the motorcycle idea. I could have the open air experience and may even be able to spend less. After some talking with the wife and a friend in the know about motorcycles, I wandered into a few dealerships to try on a few models of motorcycles. Luckily, House of Kawasaki had the beneficial mix of the motorcycle options I was looking for plus friendly, helpful service.Since my purchase, the service department has been a good source of knowledge and parts in those rare times theyve been needed. If I ever decide to get something different, Ill certainly return to HoK for the purchase.UPDATE: I didnt end up getting another bike from HoK but I did get another Kawasaki and I have happily brought it here again for service and information.

By far the best experience Ive ever had - and I say this having not been prepared and inconvenienced myself greatly. Even though I had to ride to del city, then to HOK, then back to del city, then back to HOK, then the tag agency and finally back to HOK before riding home.....even with all that Im still highly satisfied.First of all the bike I got is simply AWESOME. You go watch youtube videos on every big time/professional youtuber riding a Versys 650 and there is a reason they all absolutely love the damn thing (motorcyclist magazine/MC commute/ SRK cycles etc).Second of all from start to finish the customer service was outstanding. Ricardo was my salesmen, and he put up with all my questions. He put up with the fact that I had to constantly leave, come back, leave, come back, because I didnt have my financing set up beforehand. Very helpful guy and I can see why so many people come and chat with him while hes at work.Finally we got the bike purchase sorted out, and went to the back of the shop where the service manager Wayne went over my new bike in great detail. All the levers, adjust-ability, functions, features, break in procedure and tips, and even down to storage was not only shown to me but explained in great detail. Of course I had like 3 or 4 questions for him (because Im picky and slightly annoying) and he had no problem answering. Wayne and Ricardo are the types of people where you can immediately tell they dont BS you and make stuff up, or just tell you what you wanna hear.After wayne finished the last of the paperwork with me he rolled it outside for me. I found my way home on my phone GPS and proceeded to have one of the best freakin rides ive ever had. Still smiling about it.To top it all off, even the parts guys/gals were helpful. Overall Im very very very happy with my experience here, and am glad I made the choice to go. The last dealer I went to, I bought a bike cash in full and it was the worst experience ive had in quite some time....so today was refreshing.I have a friend whos dead set on getting a Vulcan-S and I know where hes going!!!

I got the itch for another motorcycle, had a few in mind and off I went.I thought to myself, havent been down to the HOK in years, like twenty!So I drive over, park and think, this place looks pretty much the same as it did ages ago. I walk in and look around and noticed how clean and organized everything was. A young man walked up, introduced himselfand shook my hand. That guy was Ricardo Delgado, and that was the start of my excellent all-around experience with the House which culminated in the purchase of a great slightly used bike.From the test ride through the paperwork, it all went as smooth as possible. Good as gold for a cross-country rider. I decided to cut short a westward ride to Amarillo because of a horrible weather forecast. Just as I reached my motel in Moore the rear tire failed. It was 5:15 and dealerships close at 6:00. I called Ajax Kawasaki, two blocks away, but they didnt want to help me. They told me to call House of Kawasaki, and those folks said they would wait late for me to get my bike towed to them. I did, they did the tire change, and they found a couple of other problems that could have really wrecked my ride later. They did everything possible to get me on the road again quickly. They are the very definition of service above and beyond expectations.
