Seemed as if no one wanted to sell us anything. We went in two days in a row to buy two separate items and cash at that and we were turned away. The woman was a flake in my opinion. WE tried every option on our own and called multiple times asking if there were other ways to get one of what we wanted. NOTHING would work. I went here because the reviews were great. Clearly not impressive at all. I LOVE to leave great reviews. I also love to help others on if a place isnt worth the time. This is one of those places.

The lady that runs the front is very rude and disrespectful. Sometimes the mechanic is rude too. There is another shop like this one in Tulsa and they are cheaper and nice people when your giving someone money and helping there business they should be respectful.

I purchased a 300cc 4 seater go kart from Sooner Cycles. About 24 miles in (2 weeks after purchase) I had an issue getting the kart to start. I took it in for them to look at, mechanic tried fix it on the spot, which I appreciate. Unfortunately it wasnt that simple. I did have to leave it with them and unfortunately another problem came up after getting the kart to start, while still in their possession. I did converse with Robert (owner) about the new issues and he did notify me that it might be a little longer than expected. To be honest, I wasnt happy at all, but I tried my best to stay patient. We spoke with one another a couple times a week for a little over 3 weeks. I did feel like I was getting the run around for a little while there. Finally I get a call that the kart was ready.. when I go to pick it up the Sooner Cycles family had fixed my kart and then some!! I was super happy that they had went out of thier way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Thank you guys again! I have had my kart back in my possession for about a month and no problems so far (I only get to take it out once a week if Im lucky). I originally had planned on leaving 4 stars for the delay on getting it back, but thinking of how happy I was to finally see it running again and still going strong, plus the added love from them, Im leaving 5 stars. I do plan on leaving another review on kart and my service from Sooner Cycles maybe a year from now? Patience is the key as to they are a small crew and I do remember seeing their show room empty and fill about 4 times throughout all this, so I know they are busy. Thank you again for making things right!!

Especially after reading these comments it seemed as though they are not an honorable operation. The one time I visited asking some initial questions about service the story I got was that they would require a fee and to drop off the bike for a week or two. Which sounded a lot to me like taking the money and running and keeping the bike hostage like another person wrote about in here. They took his bike apart and didnt put it back together again. This is unscrupulous business behavior of the highest order. They just go for low hanging fruit and look to take advantage of any opportunity they get. Be ware. My opinion.

Very complicated even when I had part in hand to see if they had the same part they wanted pictures of my 4 wheeler witch made no sense when I had part in hand and its a new 4 wheeler that I have but I do like all their toys look forward to buying one some day

Not a good company to do business with at all really very suspect and just thrown together, the product is ok for what it is the price is fair but the customer service and knowledge is just ABSENT every time something breaks and it is OFTEN the mechanic ( if you can call him that) has zero idea its actually kinda sad when you speak to him on the phone and as for parts they have no idea the price or even what you are talking about when you call.And never return your call please just save your money and buy from a better company i made a HUGE mistake... and the owner forget ever being able to see or talk to him good luck.

This place is top notch. Bought a go kart from them for my son for Christmas and had a minor issue (totally my fault btw) and brought it in for them to check out. Chris, their mechanic, took a look at it and fixed it on the spot free of charge. Outstanding service. Will definitely be back.

One star is too much! Sooner cycles and power sports offer the worst service after the sale that I’ve ever experienced. I bought a Trailmaster go cart for my grand kids 7 yrs ago. Great product. However, EVERYTIME i needed some type of service on it, which was about 4-5 times until 2 yrs ago, I was told it was a 2-3 wk wait. Once it was something as simple as changing a belt . Another was just determining the difficulty we were having starting it. 2-3 wks each of the 4-5 times. After inquiring with the lady that owns the place, I was told by her that they only employed one mechanic and he was also busy putting new carts together to be sold as they came in, therefore, causing a back log on the repairs for their service work. Well, our grand kids have out grown the cart and it’s been sitting in the garage for a couple yrs. We decided to give it to a friend who has kids just at the right age for it.I started calling the shop (Sooner) back in early March and talked to the owner explaining to her I purchased it from her and wanted to bring it in and have it checked out prior to giving it to a friend. Her answer now, 3-4 yrs later since I waited 2-3 wks to get it serviced and back was, we’re behind because of the Pandemic so call me back in a wk. I called her 3 wks in a row and got the exact same story. Finally, after my fourth consecutive wk of calling to inquire about bringing it in, I reminded her this was my fourth weekly call and she was telling me to call in a another week. I then asked her when she thought I could bring it in and she said, in an unforgiving tone, “I have no idea”. She later stated in that same conversation something she had told me a few yrs ago with an added hitch. That they were busy putting new carts together and if I hadn’t bought it within six months they couldn’t service it, which didn’t make sense because the manufacturers warranty is one year.This lady is as nice as can be when you call or go by to inquire about purchasing a new cart, but trying to get them to service it is like pulling teeth and I promise you if you buy there you will always have problems getting good or any service. And the other catch to this entire mess is no one else in OKC will service one unless you purchased from them. I finally found a guy In Guthrie who works on them and had to tow it there and back for a few simple repairs.With all that said, I would suggest buying from a reputable dealer in OKC that will service you after they’ve made their money off you during the initial sale. And for the sake of your kids not having to be disappointed due to waiting 2-3 wks for repairs (and you will need some) if you can even get in, stay away from Sooner Cycles And Power Sports.

I wasnt really sure what I wanted when I went in. My family and I was about to move to Kentucky, had a budget like most everyone, however Robert helped me pick what would work best for my family, ended up buying 1 adult size go kart, 1 go kart a size smaller but not the smallest one, and a 125 dirt bike, was real pleased with the price he gave me, also very happy with the customer service, I wanted the smaller go kart to match the bigger one, they didnt have one assembled in the same color, however they was happy to assemble one for me while I waited. Theu Had it assembled quickly, and without issue. This purchase was around 3 years ago just forgot to leave a review until now, as I was looking them up for parts to fix what we have torn up. Thank you for all you done for me, will be contacting you really soon.

Crashed my moped only a day after purchasing so I dropped it off here.let me tell you Robert and Chris are some of the most nice and understanding people I have met since my time in OKlahoma. They were friendly and understanding. I cant wait to see my scooter once its repaired. I think they will do an amazing job, as for customer service they are amazing!!!!!

Great place, Great people! I bought a used 125cc little Chinese youth ATV for daughter. Needed some love. They had every part, decent pricing, and more than happy to instruct me how to do things on my own. Very helpful parts people and techs!

Purchased a 300 go cart for my son. Day 2 of getting to ride it wouldnt start. Called Sooner Cycles and they advised it was probably a fuse that was bad and told me how to change it out over the phone. Worked great until the third time we went to ride and the back wheels something or other went off track and it wouldnt go when put in gear. Apparently this happens if you dont come to a complete stop and push in the brake before changing gears. We took it back up and thy repaired promptly with a smile. Been riding for a month now with no problems. Son loves it.Also purchased a 150 go cart for my younger son and to date there have been no problems.I would recommend Sooner Cycles. Good customer service and a decent go-cart.

We purchased a cycle here last year and have had nothing but fun with it. The people at Sooner Cycles are incredibly kind and helpful. They always take care of us and do it with courtesy and respect.

They have a great show room and I was treated very nicely. No shopper stalkers here. All my questions were answered and when I made my purchase the mechanical team showed me how to care for my new bike and do basic maintenance. I am very satisfied with my experience and I recommend Sooner Cycle to everyone.

I bought a Taotao 150cc Scooter from Sooner Cycle less than a month ago. I love it and drive it daily. I have 700 miles (1100 kilometers) on my scooter. Today, I was out enjoying my ride when I busted a throttle cable ( my racing). I pulled over and attempted to make the basic repair my self but realized that is was imposable. I called Robert at Sooner cycle and explained my problem. He went above and beyond to take care of me. Robert showed up in his personal vehicle and trailer, loaded me and the scooter, took us back to the shop where they started my repair service immediately. The service manager and mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable. They had me in and out very quickly. I do and would recommend this place to anybody. Thanks Robert,Chris and the mechanic (sorry didnt catch his name). This was all done at NO Charge to me...P.S. The quality of anything mechanical is only as good as the preventive maintenance..........

The laziest customer service Ive ever seen. We bought a 4 wheeler 2 months ago, and waited this whole time for the title. I finally went up there and she had the thing sitting on her desk the whole time. The service department consists of some children working on bicycles. They had no information on anything I asked and couldnt give me a simple answer on what the torque was for the chain bracket. He says its gotta be torqued right but when I asked what it was, he just said we usually tighten it as tight as we can, but you can bring it in. The idiot popped a wheelie on my 4 wheeler while getting ready to load it into my truck. Just all around lousy service. They know what they are selling is cheap, which I also knew, but they dont care to tell you anything to help. They just want your money. Look up Gilliam power sports in Guthrie. That guy was very polite and helpful. I will never go back to sooner. Im surprised they are still in business. Dont take your equipment there.

Do not recommend this business. I took my 150cc scooter in because I could not get it to start. Paid the 30+ dollar diagnosis fee. Heard back about a week later saying that it would have to be rebuilt and it would cost around $700.00 to fix. For that I could buy a brand new one. I declined to fix it and told them I would pick it up. Next day I go and pick it up to find that it had not been put back together like it was when I took it to them. The mirrors were taken off, the plastic shell around the gauge cluster was not screwed in with the screws completely gone. The carburetor WAS COMPLETELY OFF and just laying inside the engine compartment under the seat. All electrical wires were unplugged, the battery was dead, and overall it looked like it had been half assembled! Ive called up there and they refuse to put it back together. I am assuming they are doing that because I declined to have them rebuild the engine. Stay clear of this business and spend your money elsewhere.**3-9-19 Response to owner comments to my original review. My review above has no holes or inaccuracies. Reading through your other reviews and your responses to them, seems as if your customer service was very poor 4-5 years ago. Quite frankly, your responses do not make me want to do business with you.

I am not even trying to make this place look good it was the best place Ive ever spent a $1000 I bought a their bike and they informed me on every little detail about it and after I bought it I looked it up and it was the same price online so they did me good i highly recommend at least stopping by to have a look

Sales was Great! However, dont have to take in for warranty. They took forever. The mechanic called and quoted a price. We okayed and then we finally called back a week later to check on it. Were told by owner that mechanic should have never called us and it was incorrect info. Then quoted triple the price. We okayed and still waited 2 weeks for something he said would take 2 hours. The machine is a small 4 wheeler that had oil leaking. They made multiple remarks of that we were off roading it (ITS A 4 WHEELER!!) and that someone too big has been riding. 1st they dont sell 4wheelers for 5yr olds per what they said when we purchased. 2nd our tiny 5yr old is the only one who rides it. Also, owner has a hard time separating personal life from work life. He whined everytime we spoke with him about his truck being stolen. And looking at the bill, they replaced something that wasnt even discussed on any of the phone calls.

Recently bought a youth atv (foolishly) with no warranty.......claimed they had spent a whole week going over the atv, failed to start when we got home they did replace the battery. Took it back a second time after only 2 hours of the kids riding circles around the house the alarm and box fell off into the chain, chain came off and wires cut ( after going over for a week really ) seems odd parts falling off the hand break breaks off and front end seems shaky they just attached it back on and sent us on our way. Well heres the ass kicker after maybe possibly 10 hours of riding in circles speeding around the front tire spindle bolt busts off as child coming out of a wide turn causing him to go off and the rear end bent. As im going over it i see even another cotter pin missing after finding one missing the first weekend we brought home. I guess i was extremely wrong to assume that i was purchasing a used atv from a dealership that would maybe have taken the time to actually go threw the atv as they had claimed and that if it was only rode by small boys and not beat up on that it would last and i could get by without a warranty but guess i was wrong.

My kids got to ride them for only a few months and the motor went out and than all type of other problems started happening. I wasted my hard earned money at this store. DO NOT BUY FOR THEM. They aslo charge alot to fix it. Customer service wasnt very good either.

Very poor assembly on the four wheelers. Our four wheeler was in the shop twice with less than five hours of use. The owner was very argumentative when I spoke to him about the problems we were having. He would not work with me at all.
