ABOSLUTELY DO NOT BUY A USED BIKE FROM HERE. I bought a bike here in March, and a few weeks later it wasnt running right. I took it back and they fixed it by patching the carburetor diaphragms with super glue and not touching anything else. The only reason I know this is because it broke down 6 months later and now Im having to shell out $800 to completely rebuild the carburetors. ABSOLUTE SCAM BETWEEN SALES AND SERVICE.

So Honda Suzuki in Del City. A buddy had placed an order for a new 2022 Grom since March 21. Its coming to august now. First they said June, then July, then august, now theyre saying bike wont be here till September. Now he wants a complete refund because its taking too long and he couldve went to a different dealer in Oklahoma and gotten it a lot sooner. Now Honda Suzuki is saying in order to do a refund they would have to keep $300 for holding. Holding what?!? You didnt even have the bike to even charge a holding fee. Another reason why I dont buy any of my bikes from them. Ill make the 1hr+ to a different dealer to buy a bike. Also another buddy of mine just recently purchased a pcx160 and the bottom of the bar mounts were loose and not even properly tightened and they still charged a dealer prep fee. Another reason why I buy it directly in crate.

Im from MN and was midway through a quest to visit every county seat in OK when a sizable lag bolt found its way into the rear tire of my 2012 GoldWing in Oklahoma City. Needing service in an unfamiliar market is always a little anxiety producing but from the moment I called Oklahoma Honda Suzuki I felt confident I was in good hands. They had a Dunlop E4 in stock and replaced it lickety-split! They also checked the oil, coolant, and pressure in the front tire. These guys rock! Its great dealers like Oklahoma Honda Suzuki that make touring the USA via GoldWing possible and Im exceedingly grateful for their great service at a reasonable price. Thanks guys!

However the repairs and service took much longer than I thought, and I wouldnt recommend saying how much you can spend because I did, and they went over the amount I said by $35 and they didnt even get all of the repairs I asked for. Not a bad cycle shop. Theyre certainly heavier on the pricing compared to a lot of other places... and the staff is a bit... pushy and arrogant. Three hours after that, I was informed that the bike was ready. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I brought my 98 intruder to them in october. It took seven weeks to get what they call fixed. When i came to pick it up it was still popping through the exhaust never left the store that day and they admitted it wasnt right. Another week went by they said it was fixed it wasnt it still popped through the exhaust and they did nothing to it for the entire extra week. I said it wasnt right they argued with me said i was wrong and that it ran fine it most certainly did not run fine it was still popping. Their excuses changed by the day every time I called them it was something different. First the choke cable was broke i found it was not then the choke was turned to wrong place and pushing cable in too far. It cannot go in too far the way its designed, then the choke cable was falling off the linkage but it was not and finally they said the choke only controls one cylinder which it does not it splits to both cylinders and is working fine on both cylinders. There has been one lie after another and its become ridiculous. After calling the owner he made all the same excuses and failed to listen to the customer. The owner has had several messages to call me back and has done nothing. They have had several opportunities to correct this situation and have made no effort to do so. The owner and employees do nothing but dodge their responsibilities to the customer. I have purchased stuff for all three of my bikes from here but after this my business will go elsewhere it is ridiculous the severe lack of professionalism at this place. Their service writer even said dont say anything about this I can get in trouble. Constant lies and no accountability they have made no effort to fix their problems.

This was one of the worst Customer service issues I’ve had to deal with in person... although John handled the situation very professional. I made a decision to come to their office off of S Sunnylane Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73115, after I was told on the phone “I said we will call you when your parts come in you got that!” By the man in the parts department. By the way I was calling to figure out why my parts have not came in yet, this was weeks after I receive my first part. I’ve been waiting for this part For two plus months. I distinctly remember John say that he had some take offs that he would hook me up with when the part came in...Because I wrote it down, and I also recorded it thinking I was going to get in some sort of fight. Today when I came to receive my part I was told y’all would sell them to me for real the only reason I haven’t posted a bad review or complain about this dealership is because I thought I was getting tires out of the deal!

Great place to buy! I was shopping for a bike and had looked at other dealerships in OKC. Didnt think I could find a deal in OKC and had called and shopped with dealers in Dallas. I figured I could get a better if not the best deal there. Called these guys and they had two of the bike I was looking for which surprised me. I went in looked at it and asked if Honda was running any specials. The price they offered me right off the bat was better than anything I had been given from anywhere else. No haggling, no hassle, just the best price. They let me take a test ride and I was sold. I asked if Honda had any discounts for military. Nope. But they gave 10% to military even retired on parts and warranty. Sold! Good guys and the buying experience I was looking for while shopping for the motorcycle I wanted. Friendly group of guys who answered any question I had. At the end of the sale, I got to shake hands with the husband and wife team who had been there for 40 years.

I literally tripped across this business when out searching for a bike that I could ride. Im no midget, but Im not six and a half feet tall either, which limits the bikes I can ride comfortably. I decided to give this place a try because they have an Africa Twin on the showroom floor. Id only seen it at a couple of places, which makes it kind of rare in this town being one of Hondas more expensive models.First glance caught me off guard. Oklahoma Honda-Suzuki is an old school store. Its not flashy like the superstore dealers and is definitely small compared to many of the other motorcycle dealerships around town. Still, I was greeted the moment I walked through the door. The salesman didnt try to make the hard sell, but listened to what type of bike I was looking. I already have a cruiser that I dont ride as much as I should because of the weight of the bike, but also wanted to add a daily rider that I could actually ride without having to dread when I stop because my feet dont even touch the ground. I asked about the Africa Twin that Id come to see, which was sitting right on the showroom floor. Immediately, I saw that it had the same issue as the previous models Id seen. The salesman then walked me down the line and helped size me into the correct bike for my height and how I wanted to ride. He also steered me away from some of the more expensive models, not because of the price, but because the fit I needed to enjoy my time on my bike was more important to him than making the high end sale. That isnt something Ive seen at the other dealerships I visited that day.Oklahoma Honda-Suzuki is one of the hidden gems that calls from the days when actual bike riders worked in the business of selling bikes unlike the car salesman atmosphere Ive encountered at other dealerships around the city thanks to salesmen, many of whom never rode a bike, yet claim to know the product theyre pushing. I ended up buying the bike and after riding it for the first time, can say that Oklahoma Honda-Suzuki sold me the bike I should have bought the first time around. Its not only a perfect fit for me, but also my wallet. Ill definitely go back the next time Im in the market for a Honda motorcycle.

Small motorcycle dealer, but they have a decent selection of bikes. Their prices are not in your favor, of course. Their sales team is not motivated to create a relationship with customers or even get sales. When you walk inside, do not expect to be greeted. If you need a part, do not rely on their service department to find the right part for you, you have to tell them verbatim which part no.s you need, because they lack basic engineering and mechanical understandings. Do not take your bike here for service, their service people do not test bikes properly before letting customers ride them. My DRZ did not have the instrument panel connected the first time I rode it. Overall, avoid this dealer and hope they are replaced with a better Suzuki dealer soon.
