If you’re interested in a new or used bike, Harley World should definitely be on your list of stops. The staff here are excellent and make you feel like part of the family. Dennis is a great, low pressure salesman that will take the time to answer any and all questions you may have, and Phil the sales manager is a great guy to deal with. He will shoot you straight and do you right on the bike you’re trading and the bike you’re buying. Leon in service is a great guy as well, and always takes time to answer any questions I have about my bikes. The parts team are great guys as well. This is my go to H-D dealership for life. Amazing people, and great deals on one of the best bikes on earth!

I broke down on a very long road trip. Harley Davidson world got my bike in very quickly and diagnosed the problem. Bike was ready to run again in just a couple of hours. Service department was great.

The motorcycle training course offered here is a beneficial class for new riders or experienced riders looking to get an M endorsement on their license.

They had the bike I wanted, and I was given a fair price. They made sure I was taken care of it when I found that there was a problem with the motorcycle that made sure to get it fixed in a timely manner. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The parts and service department are always quick to help and do a great job and getting things fixed and finding the parts you need.

I do not have a google account so I am using my son’s. The Harley Service department in this particular store is an absolute clown show. I’m not sure who is in charge of their service department but someone needs to be fired. I bought a brand new bike there June 5th and ordered the exhaust the same day. It was supposed to be in June 30th. Then it pushed and pushed and pushed until I finally asked for a refund and against my better judgement I let the service guy talk me into just going with a different exhaust that I didn’t even want. Only because they had everything in stock and it would be in 3 days later. Well I waited 37 days and called back and low and behold the kid at the service counter ordered the wrong header pipe. So here we are waiting again.Update: I can’t reply to the owner’s response of parts being back ordered but that’s not the problem. The service manager told me the part we have been waiting on for the last month and a half had 9 of the correct header pipes in stock in Texas. My main issue is that this has been going on for 110 days and nobody has done anything to help.

I was hesitant about buying a bike because I haven’t ride one in 7 years but the guys from HD where really helpful and encouraging. They have a machine “the jumpstart” that held the bike in place so that I could get familiar with the shifting without having to worry about falling and it was awesome! One of their instructors walked me thru the shifting/controls and took me to their parking lot/training course and gave me directions until I felt confident enough to ride my new bike home.

Absolutely the worst quality of service Ive ever seen on my 15 SG CVO. Greasy hand print on my gas tank, new scratch on the back of my saddle bag, exhaust slip ons werent installed evenly, wire left out and wasnt replaced after service. Wont go back, and this is where I purchased the bike from. Screw that holds seat on was almost out by the time I rode 15 miles. Whoever did the work on my bike, personally I would fire. No excuse

Okay selection of new and a few used Bikes. But had to ask for a sales man because there was no prices marked on the bikes. Then the sales man could tell me the MRSP on the new bikes. If I do get a new Harley Street Glide it wont be here.

I am an out of state rider (PA) and my bike broke down on interstate 44 yesterday afternoon, the service department took my bike right away and one of the mechanics give me a ride to my hotel in his personal truck, they worked on my street glide this morning and I am back on the road... What an amazing group of people.Thank you guys for care.

I went to Indian Nation first, Jennifer didnt have what I was looking for but she got on her computer and sent me to the parent store. She called ahead, had the sales manager Phil waiting for me. If youre not riding a 20-30,000 dollar bike, they dont seem to have time for you. Everyone seems to be on commission. No parts support for older bikes. Treated more like a step child than family, I was certainly not treated like a paying customer.

Great bunch of people. Very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and led me to a couple of options that met my criteria. Did not try to hard sell me on something I did not want. Yes, I bought what I wanted and love it so far. Price was fair, not high nor low but fair. Staff was excellent and friendly. Finance office actually got me the lowest rate around. I checked previously and knew what the rates were. I highly recommend them.

It was a joke trying to sell my bike. They offered $3000 when its well worth $5000. They tried to get me to trade when all I wanted to do was sell. Will never go back to Harley in OKC again.

Totally scandalous! Charged my son $950 freight fee to bring the bike from the back of the shop out to the floor room. Also he traded in a bike with his cash purchase and no credit was given towards the purchase. Then they charged him $299 document fee, which was for running the copy machine to copy the title. No TTL was paid. So I guess because my son was young and inexperienced he had it coming. What ever happened to ethics? Doesnt exist at this shop. Sleezy used car salesman at every step. Thats really good for the Harley brand!

Broke down on the side of the road North of the Ardmore exit, on our way to Sturgis. I called World H/D and told them my situation. The service guy promptly told me they didn’t have time to mess with me and wouldn’t send any help. I asked if they knew anyone that would come get me. I got the number of Motorcycle Rescue. He said he’d be on his way but was in Oklahoma City. Five hours later he showed up. He took me to Fort Thunder where we came in 15 minutes before closing. They rolled my bike in the shop and stayed two hours after closing to get me back on the road. There’s at least one dealer in Oklahoma that knows how to treat you.

These people have real compassion and everyone who needs a Harley should go to this dealership. They will get you what you want.

Good store with good selection of apparel. 2 ladies that worked their were nice and offered us help and showed us how the stock and shirts were arranged. Although, the ladies were nice, they made us feel uncomfortable by continued fallowing is, like we are going to steal.

The only reason to take two stars off is due to my experience with the Service Department. From the get-go, Leon had a bad attitude and an unwillingness to help. I was looking for a specific type of new handlebars for my soft tail, and he lied on the sizing to make a sale. The Iron Nation location, who are awesome, informed me that there was an entire 4” difference than what Leon had stated. Advice to Harley, give that guy an attitude adjustment before a customer does it for you.Other than that, the sales team have always been awesome and friendly. The gals at the merchandise counter are always super friendly. RJ on the sales team was also extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made our experience a good one.

Everyone is really nice and helpful.The used bikes are a little over pricedHowever not horrible. Im sure they would likely work with anyone. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I dont think anyone would have a hard time getting a decent deal...The New Bikes are priced pretty much in line with everywhere else. However I think you might get better service and bang for your buck here.

Great atmosphereHad some work done to my bike here and the techs are very knowledgeable about the task to be done and were able to give me several other ideas to go to upgrade from there. The quality of the work is fantastic, no scratches, scuff, or bad workmanship. I ordered and had lights installed and some modified engine work. Im happy with the results.
