Great place, unfortunately they were the only dealer within 6 hours that had the Tenere 700, which was $1150 (dealer fees) more than the dealer across town. Can you say David Stanley of the motorsports world? They like to jack prices up over $1000 above MSRP and other local dealers because they have to keep the lights on and will tell you they match other dealers pricing just to tack the original price onto the back and lie to your face about it. Bought a motorcycle from these guys earlier this year, staff was friendly and helpful on the phone and the buying process was smooth and fast. Unfortunately though when I bought the bike I was told my owners manual was under the seat, when I got it home and got the seat off no manual. Ive called a few times but still no manual. Been told to wait for a call back and never heard from em, and one time they said they were sending the book out but it never showed up! Its been months.

Buddy recommend I went there to get new helmet and sena so I did and sales man I worked with was awesome and very helpful and ordered a helmet and sena in for me and said they would put it all together when it got in, fast forward week I get call that everything is in so I go there and they inform me the salesman had quit and they wouldn’t put the sena on the helmet unless I paid hour shop labor ($130) and that they would have to cut the helmet to make it fit which is 100% wrong and would ruin any helmet to cut it. Went home and was able to install device in about 15 minutes (without cutting the helmet like they wanted too)

Love coming in here and seeing the new inventory, they had a few repeats of bikes while they waited for new models to come in. The salesman even let me see his bike and what he had done to it to show me what the bike I was looking at could also look like.

Everyone was super helpful when my husband took our son in to get his first 4 wheeler. From helping us get a good deal to making sure our sweet boy was safe and fitted with the right helmet!!! Best customer service ever!

Don’t buy your ATV here. Perhaps I should have known, but didn’t, that when you buy an ATV you are supposed to receive paperwork for a title. We received a bill of sale and thought we were done. We were never told that we had to register the ATV with the state and pay additional taxes and fees, much like a car. So when we recently had an offer to buy the ATV, we were informed by the prospective buyer that he needed clean title. We were surprised to hear that title was needed because we had a bill of sale. When we went to the tag agency, we owed almost $800 in penalties. After calling Maxeys to ask them to cover part or all of the penalties, of course they refused, claiming paperwork had been sent. Everyone makes mistakes, and in this case it is apparent nothing was ever sent to us, but more importantly, we were never told about needing to do anything further with regard to registration. The bottom line is the ownership doesn’t want to help make things right, and in fact I was told I was lying by the man who supposedly has sent out this paperwork for years.I bought here because the salesman seemed trustworthy even though they were more expensive on their price than the dealership in Jones. I would never give my business to Maxeys again and I would hope no one else does either.Very disappointed in what I thought was a reputable dealership.

First motorcycle purchase for our family and thanks to Maxeys it will not be our last. My son bought the Yamaha YZF R3 pictured. Mike and the rest of the guys and gals could not have been more helpful. From the early pre-buy questions to post delivery questions they have been very attentive. Oh yeah... they do deliver in OKC metro and some surrounding areas, just ask.

Great selection of youth and adult dirt & street helmets. They also have a huge selection of jackets, goggles, boots, goggles, and other technical riding gear. The heated gloves were a must this winter.Tony has a great staff and between Greg who is super knowledgeable and Carrie who can get your gear properly fitted for your riding style and budget. I live in Colorado, I used to ride a Kawasaki Ninja 400abs, but before long I wanted to change to a faster motorcycle. When I was searching for Suzuki gxsr750, the local price otd needed 14000, so I decided to search for motorcycles in other states, Obviously Oklahoma maxeys has a fairly cheap price. I immediately asked for some information, such as what fees I need, or the extra cost of a motorcycle purchased from an out-of-state. They told me that I only need to pay taxes and The license plate fee sounds simple, so I decided to buy motorcycles from other states. Everything was not so smooth. They needed an extra 500 yuan for shipping, and they couldn’t send it out in the first time. They were slow because they were very slow. Busy, after waiting for two weeks, my motorcycle finally arrived. The new car was absolutely undamaged, that is, the motorcycle was not covered up during the transportation process. The motorcycle was very dusty when it was delivered. This is not a good thing because it It doesn’t look like a new car. Generally speaking, their price is absolutely superior. There is no need to bargain. The service is slow. They will not contact them actively. You need to contact them to get further information. So if you are in a place, the price is very expensive. If you do, you can also buy motorcycles from other states like me. This is why I give 4 stars. I hope they can do better. In addition to the price advantage, they need to improve the quality of service and follow up the order speed. Friends who need me will recommend them, but unfortunately the car I bought in August has not been licensed yet. I dont know if it is because I bought it from an out-of-state or because of covid!

Vick was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They did a ton of work on my Suzuki Boulevard and they were very transparent on the cost of parts / labor. Very understanding of what I wanted fixed now vs later and were super helpful!

Visit 1 (Bike 1) we went in to buy 3 dirt bikes, possibly 4 as the family is starting to gear up for trail riding. The first bike we wanted was a yamaha tt50. We were told that they didn’t have one for a few weeks and we’re okay with waiting. Then We found that Maxeys adjusted pricing was almost $1000 higher then MSRP. So we looked elsewhere and found one in Shawnee at MSRP. So we bought it. (2 months later, still no call from maxeys).Visit 2 (Bike 2) I found a Honda CRF125 big wheel on their website. Knowing I have top tier credit, I applied online for financing, hoping this would secure this bike at advertised pricing. Day one I received credit bureau notifications that my file was pulled. But After 3 days of hearing nothing from Maxeys, I figured I’d drop in to check on status. We found out that I goofed and applied on the wrong bike (I own this one). But was told there is another due in, in a few days and I’d be put on it. A week after hearing nothing, I called up there again, was told unit hasn’t arrived yet.Visit 3 (training wheels) I went in to buy a training wheel that was worn down, for my sons tt50. The sales guys and parts department were super nice and actually GAVE us a new tire, which we were SUPER grateful for and made us feel valued this time. But because we needed 2, we decided to buy a couple of 2 wheel dolley tires. (My plan was to bring this wheel and tire back when I was called back in to buy this CRF we’d been waiting for). I also inquired about this CRF125 and was ASSURED yet again, that when it came it, I’d receive a call.Another week goes by - I still haven’t heard anything, so I went on their website and saw that they had received this 125crf. So I called AGAIN and talked to their salesman. I was told that the website updates before the vehicle gets there and again assured I’d get a call as soon as it came in and would be within a couple of days, because my name was on it and they know financing was good.Yesterday, another week later I refreshed their website, as the bike was still pulled up in my cell phone browser and now the bike is unavailable and they don’t have one on there. Knowing how vin solutions sites works, this has became suspicious to me that the vehicle came and sold. (Pure speculation: I’m sure someone offered a higher price). So today, I called and asked for the sales man I was working with 3 times and was told all three times that he was busy (again, speculation… my called are being screened and duct) as all 3 times, I left a message and not heard back.With that being said, 2 times this dealer has let me know how much the value a prospective buyer and at this point, I’ll continue to take my business elsewhere, as we still plan to buy a CRF125 for my wife a TT250 for my father in law, and a TT250 for myself.In fairness, I feel like after the sales or their fixed ops departments, are likely to take care of their customers, based on my experience with them. Please forgive me, that I haven’t brought this tire and wheel back to y’all, as my plan was to bring it, when I picked up the crf125. But I will make time to drive 20 minutes to get it back to you soon.I’ve been in the dealership business for about 20 years now and I will share with you what I’ve learned, “shady business, will cost you more in the long run”. Sure the market is favorable to you now, with folks panicking and spending stimulus money. But things will return to normal and the the sales people that take care of people in trying times, will be winners when people become repeat business. I have 4 boys that are eager to hit trails with mom, dad, and grandpa and lots of friends with kids of same interest. All I’ve that prospective business is a lost sale to Maxeys, before the opportunity arose and I truly hope this business can learn from this write up.Communication is key and had my calls not been duct or even a call back would have kept this review from hitting Google, as it’s not often I write anything negative.

They are price gouging people, $900 in delivery, document and destination fees.

I love this place. I bought a DR650 from them back in October. The bike has been excellent. The service was excellent as well. They always have a large selection of bikes, gear, pets, accessories, etc. Any time I’ve been in there, the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Even if I’m just in there goofing off sitting on bikes. Mr. Maxes himself will talk your ear off about bikes and his adventures. He is always very pleasant and entertaining to talk to and he loves motorcycles. When I bought my bike, Billy in service went over it with me thoroughly. He knows bikes and is an enthusiastic employee. If you’re in the market for a motorcycle, do yourself a favor and visit Maxeys.

I live in Michigan and I bought a bike from Maxeys earlier this year. The transaction was conducted over the phone and via email. The purchase went smoothly with no problems whatsoever. I scheduled shipping from a third party transport from Maxeys in Oklahoma City to Michigan and the sales rep at Maxeys held the bike at their shop until the bike was picked up. I got a GREAT price and excellent service! I couldnt have asked for more.

I bought an atv here last summer. This place had the most help. I didnt have a sales agent following me like a vulture, but when I needed someone they were close by and available. The selection and showroom floor is the best layout Ive seen between okhonda and hok, ajax comes in close 2nd. Im pretty sure Ill be back this year for a new toy😎

Took a new Honda Rebel in for its first oil change to Maxey’s. Where I bought the Rebel brand new. Honda requires you to use an authorized service center for the warranty to be on good effect. I was very shocked and surprised. They charge a $150/hr service charge and so the oil change came to almost $270. They did have a sign about hourly charges for service but I though surely oil changes are a flat, resonate fee. Not highway robbery. Stay away and go elsewhere. If they can’t treat you better than that on an oil change then use someone else. I did also ask for advice on which oil to use and the service clerk told me the difference of oils was like the difference between Coke and Pepsi’s.... Awful.

Had my first service done on my Polaris Ranger. The service department was very knowledgeable about the questions I had. They also took the time to answer my questions and earn my business and trust. After talking with the service representative I felt comfortable leaving my machine with them. It took about a week for the initial Ranger service to be completed. The price was fair, and I like that everything that was completed was on my receipt so I could see all that was done and the work was done right! I also needed to pick it up later in the week and they accommodated my needs. Overall fantastic service department. Highly recommend Maxey’s!

Good selection. Nice staff. Solid place to pick up some motorized toys of all types and sizes. They have new and used products and also take in trade-ins. Theres also a shop next store that sells all your equipment for your riding purposes and needs.

I cannot say enough great things about Cody. He was phenomenal throughout the entire process. We went in with very specific things we wanted and he accommodated every singleOne of them. He was very upfront and honest about everything. He also guided us on areas that I was not well versed on. We will buy from him again! He made every penny spent worth it!

Took my scooter in for a new tire. They didnt have it in stock but got one ordered pretty quickly. It was Saturday afternoon and they were super busy but managed to squeeze me in and have the tire put on in about an hour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The display inventory was a little small but had a wide variety.

Cody was extremely helpful when I was purchasing my 2019 Yamaha Tracer 900 GT.They didnt have the bike on hand, but Cody was very quick to find the bike and arrange to have it transported to OKC. He facilitated my trade, got my financing all set up, and kept me updated throughout the process. All of this was done through email and text message.Knowing this was a bike that wasnt on hand - and one that is fairly popular - I was expecting it to take about a month. I called on a Wednesday and rode it home the following Thursday with an out the door price well below MSRP. Incredibly smooth process from beginning to end.

I cannot say how much the folks in service helped me out last week! My family has had a few motorcycles and scooters from this joint over the last ten years or so. Most recently I had a scooter that I was needing to sell, but needed a new battery and some basic tune up stuff done before hand. They initially told me it was going to take about 5-6 days for them to get to it since I dropped it off mid-week, which would normally be fine, but I explained the situation (that I had an out of town buyer that would only be here on Friday) and they busted their butt to get it handled for me. Shout out to Vick and Lonnie, like, BIG TIME- so kind and courteous to me and very professional.

Ive done quite a bit of business here. Great group of guys and gals. Service was quick and fairly reasonable. Parts usually get there in about a week, if they dont have them that is. Mark in parts will make your bike look like new if you ever need a detail.
