Had a problem with a prescription from another eye doctor. Bright Eyes fixed my problem and were much more than fair on the price. Everyone there is professional and nice. This will be my familys go-to from now on.
Extremely professional staff! Friendly to work with!
This doctor was amazing. He went in depth explaining everything to me. He made sure that I didnt leave with unanswered questions. He didnt push me to buy glasses from him either.
Dr. Womack is the first eye doctor I’ve ever been to because I never knew there was a problem with my eyesight. When I got there I was greeted pleasantly and was assisted quickly. Dr. Womack is very kind and professional and found my perfect prescription in a matter of minutes. Everyone there is super sweet and friendly. I’m definitely not a big fan of doctors’ offices but my experience there was painless and very fun.
Dr.womack and staff is very nice & sweet & helpful, they answered every question and was very patient .
I took my daughter here because another eye doctor said her eyes were fine and vision 20/20, but she still was having problems. Dr. Womack figured out the problem. With her new prescription glasses- the eye strain and headaches are gone. Friendly and professional staff- thank you, Dr. Womack!
This is a great place. I’ve been seeing this doc for several years. He definitely knows what he’s talking about and caught an autoimmune disorder quickly and recommended a specialist for me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. Highly recommended.
Dr Womack and his staff are fun friendly and work hard to give you the very best possible care. Ive been going here for years and have been more than pleased every time.
I moved to the village a few years back and realized it’s about time I got my vision checked again. Also, my glasses are scuffed and old and really causing me some problems lately - especially since my 9 month old likes to rip my glasses off and throw them across the living room.So I decided to be a big boy and look up local optometrists that took my insurance.Naturally, Bright Eyes popped up first and being the closest option I went there. They weren’t able to get me in for almost two weeks but that’s okay, what’s two more weeks of waiting?I’m going to save you some time and skip the visit, because there isn’t much to report. Doctor came in, seemed knowledgeable and the staff got me taken care of as far as selecting a frame I liked on site and getting them ordered. There was an issue with my insurance at first and they couldn’t seem to charge me the right amount - but this review isn’t about money. It’s important to note that I asked the staff for a rush order if possible, because I work in emergency services and have to be able to have glasses that work clearly and well. They said “no problem” to this request. My appointment was on November 11th. Today it is November 30th and my glasses are still not in. The first week I called, they told me “there was an issue with the post office and they found out that my frames were never shipped off”, but I was told that they’d be in in 3-5 days at the latest.I have called every week with no answers. Last week (the third week), I asked if the doctor or office manager knows what’s going on. The receptionist said “I mean we’ve been putting sticky notes by your file”. So that answer was no. It honestly seems like the girl that answers the front desk is trying her best, but that upper management staff literally leaves her to fix everything without help. She sounds defeated every time I talk to her and honestly it wouldn’t surprise me if she took my issues seriously but anyone above her that she went to didn’t.Later in the third week I called and asked for a manager to call me directly. This never happened. Another week went by.I have not been told anything about my frames or any updates and have had to call to ask for them myself - weekly. I guess if you’re going here for an exam that’s fine, but please for the love of god don’t get glasses in house from them. It has been a disaster, and they blameshift to either the post office or “the lab” anytime you call. Without apology or attempts to rectify the situation.Listen, I get it-I’m not a Karen and never leave reviews. 2020 sucks and it’s hard on everyone-but this was just a massive ball drop and the staff couldn’t care less. Magically after calling again and totally Karen-ing it and asking for someone to call me with answers ✨the glasses are ready✨Today is the start of week 4 since I ordered my glasses. They couldn’t call to tell me that themselves though right? I could have literally ordered with Zenni or Eyemart and I should have. But support local right? I guess not unfortunately.Take care of your eyes everyone! Just not here.
I cant remember my first visit, it seems its been maybe 3 years or more?I had a eye puncture and it was bad! Dr Woe (Whomack) help me heal that horrible painful eye poke! Now I use him for all my needs, in fact I am going to call the office on Monday and order my new prescription glasses. The entire staff is great, Dr Woe makes you feel like the old days, when there was REAL customer service! Thanks Sabrina J
The contacts I needed fit and feel great. Ive been to other Optometrists in different places Ive lived and never found one I liked. Dr. Womack has been very professional and detailed in his eye analysis - I can tell he cares. Initially, I was referred by a friend.
These folks know what theyre doing, theyve found issues that other doctors have missed and are willing to listen when you have concerns. Easy to work with, I highly recommend.
I love this place. The people are friendly and professional and we come here for all my sons eye needs.
