I had a very good experience at this visit. After I checked in, my wait time was very short - about five minutes, maybe less. Everyone who worked there was very professional - from the receptionist to the person who did the necessary tests, Dr. Ricks, and the person who helped me choose new frames. It was a very good overall experience. All were very friendly.

My wife and I have used Vision Source since retiring in 2016 . They continue as one of the best sources for our eye care. Always treated with “down home” styleTreatment.

Everyone there was very nice. We were seen on time. Dr Ricks was easygoing and answered all my questions. They had a large selection of frames. Misti was super sweet and patient. She allowed my daughter plenty of time to try on frames. I highly recommend this location.

Horrible service! It took them almost three weeks to get my daughter’s glasses. I realize it can take a while to get glasses, but the real problem is Misty’s attitude toward us. She had a tone with us every time that we called to check on the glasses. She has a real attitude problem. Today, my son and daughter went in to get the glasses and she chewed them out. She said that she wanted to make sure that we got the message that she is mad at us. She is playing victim when she should be apologizing. My daughter has special needs and she scared my daughter today when she went in to get her glasses! We will never go back here!

I’ve had the same frames for close to two years. I had the lenses replaced at Vision Source OKC South 11 months ago. The day I got the glasses back with the new lenses I noticed the frames had been cut and epoxied. I thought nothing of this and assumed it was a standard practice. Cut to today and one rim came apart and my lens fell out. I was completely fine with either getting the frames fixed, replaced, or getting a new exam and frames through my insurance. When confronted about the shoddy work, everyone at the store called me a liar, and said they were not cut and glued, but just damaged, and was adamant that they did not do the work shown in the photo. I felt belittled enough to seek out another optometrist and will unfortunately never be returning to this business.

I got there 10 minutes early to fill out paper work. Then seen fairly quickly once I was done. Everyone was very nice and the whole process went fast. The glasses are a good price too which I was nice. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.

You wont go wrong here.Just had my great granddaughter in for an exam. She was treated as an individual but not as a kid. Her instructions were phrased to match her ability to understand. From the front desk to picking out the most stylish pair of glasses, this place was truly amazing. The women who helped me in the front were so kind. I’m in a pretty large wheelchair that I can barely drive and they were so patient with me. The doctor was very knowledgeable, he answered my questions AND he has a great sense of humor (ty Dr Ricks!). Rosa helped me pick out my glasses and she was AWESOME. Most ppl won’t give their opinion on how the glasses really look; Rosa made me feel so beautiful in my new glasses. She actually made me excited to wear them. The last thing I want to mention I a that I thought I lost a bottle of meds while I was in the clinic. The front office woman (with the beautiful hair!) looked ALL OVER the clinic for my meds. I just thought that was so kind of her!! Overall, if you’re looking for good people, these ppl are it. I had an outstanding experience and I WILL return. 🦋

I was treated very well, I was seen by the doctor fairly quickly around the time of my appointment. Dr. Yadon was friendly, personable and answer all of my questions. I really appreciate the technology available with the eye imaging software that enabled me to immediately see the scans of my eyes The doctor went over everything with me about the scans. I have already forgotten the very nice and friendly associate that helped me pick out my frames and discussed all of my glasses options. She was terrific, very friendly and patient. I would highly recommend vision source for the customer service that I received and for the technology that enabled me to see real-time images of my eyes. Vision Source is by far the best eye doctor I’ve been to in my lengthy career of wearing glasses and contacts. They’re professional, personable, warm and helpful. I have a tricky prescription and it’s never been difficult for them. I truly have no complaints and would recommend this office to anyone I know.

In the recent international eye staff competition they came in first in friendliness and second in efficiency. It was a close loss to the Chinese Nike shoe assemblers. I was there to get my eye exam like I have the last three years with my children. After the exam, I told them I will be back to pick out a frame for my prescription since I just got off working overnight and tired. I paid up front to reassure them I was coming back. My copay was $20 for the eye exam but was charged $50 which I assumed was for the frame copay which was $25 based on the last time I was there. However, when I went back to select a frame l was told I have to pay an additional $25 for the frame copay. I told them I paid already and the lady that helped me with the frame said my total was $45 for eye exam and the glasses but the receptionist immediately canceled the bill and changed it to $75 and since I paid $50 already my balance should be $25. I asked what the extra $30 was for and she said they used a special machine to view my eyes so they don’t have to dilate the eyes and I asked her if my insurance covers that and she said no. How come I was not asked before using it on me and she said my doctor ordered it. How can a doctor I never saw before order a special machine without asking or seeing the patient for a regular routine eye exam? Once you come in with insurance they start to add all kinds of stuff to make money off folk and bill patients for unnecessary test to make money because they assume you can pay. Apparently they have been doing it for the last three years I’ve been going there and I just found out this time. The receptionist was so aggressive and rude to me, very poor customer service and they lost my business for life. I would never ever go there again or take my three children there for that matter.

My experience with the staff members was really great specially for my hours I go to work at 8:00 and I dont get home until after 5:00 on Wednesdays and Fridays they open up at 7:00 that worked out great for me they were very comforting explain everything and it was quick I made it at work on time I do recommend them thanks

My dr. was fine. He was quick and made nice small talk. However, his staff is completely unfriendly. The woman who works the front desk didn’t smile(she was wearing a mask, but you can tell when someone is smiling even through a mask). She didn’t welcome me, she didn’t ask how I was, no form of being friendly whatsoever. She stone faced said “can I help you”. The woman who took pictures of my eyes, also never smiled or ask how I was. She simply asked if I had contacts in and handed me what I needed to take them out. She made a comment about me not remembering how a machine works(I go to the eye dr. once a year... no I don’t remember how your machines work). When in the exam you she asked the questions she needed, put them in the computer without trying to be kind or talk at all. Listen, I’m all about getting in and out. No need to prolong an appointment and sit and chit chat. But I shouldn’t feel awkward or uncomfortable when I need to ask questions. I should feel welcomed and comfortable when walking in and getting my eyes checked and I did NOT get that. My husband and I are discussing finding a new place to get our eyes checked not due to the Dr., but due to his staff who made our visit feel so uncomfortable.

They didnt have a very big selection on glasses for boys/men. The lady kept bothering us when my son/daughter looking for glasses and wouldnt give them a chance to look so they just picked a pair of glasses even though its not the ones they wanted.

I had a wonderful experience at Vision Source OKC South. During this crazy time of COVID-19, everyone was practicing safe procedures from the moment I got there until I left. I watched everything being cleaned and never felt uneasy about the cleanliness of the office or the staff. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I really appreciate the thoroughness and the time spent explaining things to me. I would give them more than 5 ⭐️ if I could.

My husband and I were so impressed with the compassion and care that the doctor and the associates provided very warm and caring and was our first time getting his eyes checked so my husband was very pleased and very happy so that makes me happy I think they did an awesome job no ans butts or maybe about it if you havent been able to get your eyes checked they have reasonable prices I mean we got our eyes checked and we spent a little under $600 so Im saying go for it because you cant get a greater deal.
