Alex helped with taking in my old vehicle when I couldn’t afford to do fix it and allowed me to trade it in and gave me exactly what I owed and didn’t have to roll anything over. With that being said he also helped me out with getting a new car as close as he could to my price point as he could with most of the features I was looking for. Reginald and the finance gentleman were super nice, extremely helpful and it was a quick and easy process. I have never had that positive an experience at a car dealership. I will definitely recommend Orr Nissan to anyone I know looking to purchase a car! The only issue was the guys who were detailing my new car finished their job and then didnt bring the car to the front for me. It took longer waiting on them than the entire buying process.

I was blown away by how nice everyone was at this dealership. The sales person took us on a tour of the (pretty small) dealership and he introduced us to every employee we passed and they all smiled and said hello. It was so strange to feel like they all actually cared that we were there. I was very impressed. We even had a lot of fun with the lady in finance. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Literally cannot stand this dealership. ABSOLUTE WORST. FROM THE TIME I BOUGHT MY CAR I have had ISSUES upon ISSUES with them. But today they messed up my car completely. i will never buy a car from Orr Nissan west again and will be telling everyone and their mom how horrible they are. They ruined my car in an oil change then tried to blame it on someone else when Ive only taken it to them. Now they refuse to give me a rental to drive until they fix it.
The best care of my car...ever!! I have an older car ... Mark, JC, Kim, and Dale keep it running well. The service department is honest with a customer. They will sit down with you and explain what needs to be done....and if is imperative or if it can wait a bit.Keeping a car in top shape can be trying. But ORR NISSAN makes it easy.

So Ive been to many dealerships in my lifetime, and usually I have had sub-pair to very bad experiences. Mostly bad, due to salesmen and managers trying to push out a car my, and not looking out for my well being. Not Orr. I set up an appointment to check out a used car. When I showed up the salesman was already outside waiting for me. His name was Reginald aka Reggie. I hope I got the spelling right. He knew my situation, and what I had to deal with at Bob H. Nissan . The day before I went to Orr Nissan. I dealt with Bob Nissan for three days, it just put a bad taste in my mouth. Yep! That is 3 painful days and a mark on my credit that it wont get back. It seemed very chaotic. I also felt like I was being beat around the bush, and they had me dealing with multiple salesmen, it was pretty bad at Bob Nissan. Back to the used truck I was going to look at. It was sold before I showed up, which I knew that was expected because it was such a great deal, or should I say it a steal for the person who bought it. This made it a great opportunity for me to work my wife in getting a new truck. (Hint Hint for married men that trying to get something). Well, it worked out because I walked out with a new truck that day. All because Orr beat Bobs price, their people are not pushy and have a sense of humor, the first impression/experience was great for my family, and Reggie. Ive never in my life met an honest salesman, until I met him. He did not use any hard sales tactics on me once, he was also up front with everything. He made my vehicle purchasing experience not great, but awesome than what I have dealt with before. He also made my day better, by working with me. I dont regret my purchase one bit. I would purchase again from him. Oh, I cant forget the finance lady. I told myself that I wasnt going to get any extra plans just Gap Insurance, but she had me sold on the entire plan. Man shes good. :-)

Best service experience to date! Orr has always taken good care of my Nissans (I am on Nissan #4), but the new format of getting my Inspection Report via email or text made the experience even better. I especially appreciated Emily answering my questions and explaining what my car was doing (and due) in language that I could understand. I appreciate so much that no one in the history of Orr has ever made me feel inferior, but it was indeed refreshing to have a female service person.

IT WAS FOR RECALL WORK ON TIE RODS, THEY WERE VERY FAST IN THEIR WORK AND HAD ME IN AND OUT IN ABOUT A HALF HOUR.
The person in charge of receiving cars made sure everything was fine and I have to return on Monday to reset the computer. On Monday after work I was able to go at 4 pm, and the worker who was receiving cars at the door, listen my story and reset the computer in just 5 minutes. That action should be have done on Saturday morning and I did not lose all Saturday morning and stay stressed until Monday afternoon.
The service was done properly and cost less than I expected. Suggestions for other services were reasonable and not pressured.
Bought a used car for Orr Nissan West. It only had about 59,000 miles on it. Have only had about 6 months and it already is having engine problems. When we were buying we said we want an extended warranty. We want the best warranty offered because we dont have all this extra money to be having to fix stuff. Well when I called warranty to tell them whats wrong they informed me its not covered. After further investigation what we asked for is not what we got. Have called and left messages with no return calls and called today around 5 and kept calling till 6 with no answer period and it says they dont close till 8.
I experienced a low-ball trade-in offer, which I declined. Car was delivered without floor mats. Nissan has removed the forever-present garage door opener interface, forcing me to pay five-hundred dollars to have this basic tool installed. What Orr Nissan did well was to find a Nissan Altima SL, which other dealers could not do.
Mrs Lillian Kouri is one of the best sales persons i have ever dealt with. If any one is looking for a vehicle but doesnt like the shopper stalker experience, please go and see her. You will not be disappointed!!
When I walked in it was the intention of only looking at a car. But we went back to test drive another car, and decided to see what they would give us for our car. When they came out with an offer exceeding our expectations by a few $1000.00 We decided to buy the Sentra we drove and liked. They were up front and answered questions, Alex as was great. Rey was able to provide info in financing that we had never heard before, and the sales manager even made sure we were taken care of.

Litterally left in tears because they come at you from all different angles and try to make you feel bad if you dont like what they are trying to sell you. I cringe driving by this dealership. I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Renegade from Orr Nissan West. Initially, the service was great. I worked with Sandy who has been great throughout the process, despite poor service from other employees. That being said, I was rushed out of the finance office without getting the full picture of what I was paying for, and two months later still have not received the documents I was supposed to have received within 5 days from down payment. My car was also given to me dirty, the entire headliner was covered in dirt. The car also is having several mechanical problems including a busted speaker and the back-up camera not working. I brought the car in for service and was told they would call me the next business day. Two weeks and many phone calls later, I finally was able to speak to the service manager, Mark, who basically told me nothing was wrong with my car despite the clear malfunctions. I asked him what am I supposed to do, because these things arent working correctly and he told me that I should go somewhere else because I was being rude. I wouldnt call holding them accountable for fixing my car rude. Again, the only great part about my visit was Sandy so if you can buy a brand new car from here that is guaranteed to have no malfunctions then I would suggest. Other than that, do not buy a used car from this dealer and take your car to be serviced elsewhere.

Experience was good like normal. I am however still waiting to hear from Service manager regarding my windshield getting a repair. I was told the manager was going to call me yesterday but have not heard anything as of yet. I need to get the guy scheduled to address the chip before it begins to spider web across the whole thing. I have a new chip and the one that was previously repaired has started to expose again.

I purchased a new Nissan Sentra in 2013. I have kept with all of the maintenance to the best of my ability via the dealership. I have been informed that with 119k miles on this vehicle that the transmission needs to be replaced. Surprised on the lack of durability for this vehicle thats been under my care. I am only speaking for this type of vehicle.

It is the first vehicle Ive ever totally purchased on my own, so I was nervous, but my husband came with me and helped with the little details. Jessey wasnt pushy or annoying with any of the vehicles we looked at, which ended up being 3 different Nissas SUVs. I knew I liked the Kicks the best and he was happy to tell me all about it and sell it to me even more - without making me feel like he was trying to upsell me or just make a sale. Dena was hilarious to talk to and made the finance/paperwork part easy and quick.

I will not ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I had my Nissan Pathfinder in the shop numerous times and they never fixed it. The transmission blew at only 74000 miles. I had taken great care of the vehicle but the warranty would not cover it. Additionally at this dealership you cannot ever get anyone to call you back. You leave message after message and never can reach anything but a voicemail. I left over 15 messages before I finally demanded to speak with someone. Even then, he said he would call me right back and never did. I had to call again the next day and reach a different person. The office staff has NO follow through and you cannot trust they are there for the customer. Please steer clear of this dealership. You will be unhappy with not only your purchase but the team that helps pre and post sale.

The stereo type of car dealership sales people was not the case at Orr Nissan West. Upon getting out of car, we were greeted by a Jameel and was asked if we would like some water (wow). We shared what we there for, obviously looking for a new car. We were offered both new and used options to see their availability. We got to do several test drives, have private conversations, asked tons of questions, and were given peace of mind. There was no urgency to buy and everyone was patient. After choosing our future new car. We met with Deena, our financer. She was equally as kind and lovely to work. She was patient, reviewed everything (some things more than once), and explained all parts of our contract in detail. While we didnt get our exact rate, we were darn close and are 100% satisfied with the customer service. The new car was clean, detailed, and presented with a beautiful red bow. Jameel took an additional 20 or so minutes to explain how the tech portions of the vehicle work and helped set everything up. Thank you Orr Nissan West for being friendly, kind, and patient. We will definitely return in the near future for our next purchase. We are Nissan family and glad we chose yall.
I came across an ad on Facebook about the trade in trade up event the dealership was having, I inquired about the ad on a whim and I am glad I did!!! I am in a new car with lowered payments. I told Lilian what I wanted and that I didnt want to be there all day and she came through with everything I needed. Everything was fine the maintenance service was good. Just two things: I was not offered a ride home when I informed the maintenance was going to take a few days. I had to ask for the ride home service. Second thing when I picked up my car the exterior of the vehicle was filthy and had bird poop. I maintained my vehicle in a car garage so it was not filthy when I dropped it off. I was told when I bought the car from orr west, I would have unlimited free car washes. I am disappointed Orr West did not fulfill this promise.

Added update May 8th 2019I honestly dont know where to start with this. Orr Nissan was the worst dealership I have ever worked with. They sold me a 2014 Chevy impala that had been flooded with water damage and had so many issues. I was taking it back up every day for a moth with issues. After being left with no car on multiple occasions I finally got them to take the car back and put me in a new one. They placed me in a 2014 KIA forte a month later. Maybe if that was the first car they would have put me in it would have been better. I would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy. Please, please never buy a car from here.May 8 2019Update:So Orr Nissan West strikes again!! I just got a letter in the mail saying we had a parking violation at Oklahoma University medical center. For April 25th, on a White... Chevy... Impala... for starters we got rid of that car in January AND we have been in Ohio since March 4th...Update: We have called the west location THREE times today and no one will call us back. Guess we are calling corporate now. Spoke to Oklahoma Medical center where the ticket was issued. They told us the car is in our names and we still have a lean on the car. Something is starting to smell fishy.
Scheduled an oil change through the online chat with Stephanie, which pops up on the bottom right of the screen as soon as you log onto their website. During scheduling, there was confusion as to whether Stephanie had changed the appointment from 2 pm, to 1 pm, as requested, so before leaving for the appointment, we called to verify the time, only to be told that we had NO appointment. Spoke with a service manager who had no idea who Stephanie is and seemed unfamiliar with the process of scheduling service via the chat, although that is featured prominently on their website. They should remove the chat feature from their website if it doesnt work. If you click Start Here on a service coupon, it takes you straight to chat with Stephanie to schedule that service. They couldnt fit me in the same day or the next day, after having waited for my appointment. It was my first experience with Orr Nissan and it will be my last.
Purchased vehicle when it was still Fenton. Still took vehicle for service. Always took great care of the vehicle but despite consistently taking it in saying something was wrong- the transmission blew. I did everything correct. Regular maintenance, oil changes, etc... but with less than 90000 miles I was forced to pay either $10000 in repairs or just start over with another vehicle. There was no help from the dealership despite constantly saying something isn’t right and being told I was wrong. When I called to get my gap insurance back I had to call over 10x before anyone would help. No calls were ever returned and I was always pushed aside. When I did reach someone they told me to fill out paperwork and send it back. I did this and confirmed they had received it. They said yes and expect a 12 delay. Come 15 weeks later I call back only to be told that they don’t refund these and that I needed to go through a different company. So I waited all that time for them to not only waste my time, tell me wrong, but also make me call 5 x to even get someone on the phone. Stay away from this dealership. They will not help you. Horrible customer service all around. They have no follow through and customer service is not important.

I must say it was the least painful experience I have had at any dealership. I was in and out in about 2-3 hours. From salesperson -Jean Marc to finance- Chris, they worked hard to get me into a great car and went above and beyond to get the best deal and interest rate possible. My car was towed here being the closest dealership from our home. Had I went to this dealership first to look at cars I wouldn’t of ended up purchasing one. The “manager” Mark was the rudest most disrespectful I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been a Nissan owner since 1998 but dealing with this guy has made me come close to swearing off Nissan’s. There’s definitely something wrong when the manager tells you he doesn’t care if your unsatisfied with a Nissan and if I’m so unhappy with it then trade it in! I was appalled, ended up hanging up on him bc I was at a loss for words at that point. When I looked at their website and seen all the negative reviews with his name specifically mentioned I’m amazed they still have a business to run. It’s crazy that someone with that many bad reviews with his name specifically mentioned still works for them!
