!Part 1/2! This dealership, and possibly whole Bob Moore Auto group is rotten to the very core.They made our first-time Porsche buying experience a living nightmare.We started working with Kris Grey early July on out-of-state purchase from Dallas. We inquired about CERTIFIED Porsche Macan. Kris was helpful at first, he followed up with promised close-up pictures of the car, and a walk-around video. The car was promised to have passed 111-point CPO inspection, meeting all requirements for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. After that We agreed on price, put down a deposit and made plans on coming over to OKC to finalize the purchase and pick up the car.When we arrived to OKC the car had an additional exterior damage that Kristopher overlooked, cracked headlight. He just shrug his shoulders, said it was his bad, but that it wouldn’t make them budge on the price.We took the car for a test-drive and I noticed right away that car had power delivery issues. It would hesitate on shifting through gears, and vibrate vigorously. It would also kick on downshifts coming to a full stop. All of my concerns were addressed to Kris right away. He shrug his shoulders stating that car passed all CPO inspections and no fault codes were found and mechanically car seemed perfect to a service manager Daniel Parker and pre owned sales manager Eric Dreiling.We are not new to car buying, and we were sure the car would have to go straight to a service center upon arrival to Dallas. Addressing these mechanical concerns and a cracked headlight we asked again If they could budge on the price for extra trouble.Kris went to speak to Eric Dreiling (pre-owned manager) again and came back with print out of that car passing all CPO tests, and inspections. He basically told us that the car was certified, that manager was not going to back off that price implying it was basically “take it or leave it” kind of deal.We have decided to leave, they gave us our deposit back, without even meeting with sales manager (unheard of in car business). After leaving and sitting down at the cafe for an hour, we have discussed worst case we would have the car at the service center for a week or two, and then still have the Macan at a decent price with two years of CPO warranty.We made an appointment to a service center in Dallas for a following day, then came back to Bob Moore dealership and signed the paperwork.An hour down the road we noticed loud knocking noise. That was rear valance panel hanging for dear life on couple of remaining screws. One more hour down the road the messages popped up on the dash “gearbox fault, possible no R-gear” then the car started to skip every second gear. For example It would accelerate in first gear to the top of RPM range then stall all power then kick hard and shift to 3rd, then 5th, 7th. Same for downshifts. Making this car super dangerous to drive in traffic trying to change lanes and loosing all the power. On arrival to Dallas It would not go into Reverse.The car was taken to Porsche dealership in Dallas the following day. That day I’ve got a call from Kris from OKC saying that Porsche CPO won’t kick in until after 30 days from time of purchase, and they would rather “unwind” the deal and tow Macan back to Oklahoma. He was unpleasantly surprised after finding out that we have already taken the car to a dealership and they have started working on it. Kris said he would have to discuss it with his management and get back to us.Couple days later we’ve got the call from Dallas dealership, who diagnosed Macan with handful of issues, few of them related directly to gearbox. Dallas dealership also confirmed that this car won’t show as Certified in their system and any work that would have to be done would be out of our pocket.At that point we started working with Porsche of North America directly trying to make Porsche OKC to pay for repairs. Regional specialist was assigned and the case was opened.
Jackson Reeves was an absolute peach! I enjoyed the entire experience. I did not feel pressured, not even once! In times past, Ive been offered to take a vehicle over night, this was nothing like that! Im absolutely upset that I didnt give your dealership a try in March! My first time buying a 991.2 Porsche 911 Carrera S from a dealership vs. 3rd party, but this was one of the BEST dealership experiences Ive ever had!My salesman, Dave Dougrey, was great to work with and very communicative. Sent me pictures and video upon request being an out-of-state buyer.The sales manager, Eric Dreiling, was very informed about the car I was purchasing, gave me all the history, and worked out an easy-to-consider deal.The finance manager, Jared McElhany, was great to finance through, worked on great coverages that I ended up getting, and helped me with piece of mind for this long term 911 Carrera S purchase.Even the driver who picked me up from the airport, Don (dont know his last name), was great company and a fine young man to talk with on the drive to the dealership.Long review long, they are GREAT to work with, and I know the next Porsche I buy, I will make sure Porsche Oklahoma City is the first dealership I work with.
Its almost impossible to get a hold of a title clerk if there is something wrong with a persons paperwork. Then the sales people have no idea how to get to a title clerk because its own separate location downtown and they wont answer phone calls. It would be nice to be able to contact the people you need to without getting the run around to get the paper work you need to title a customers things.

Great customer service and all around great car buying experience
My car was a recent used purchase with issues caused, in part, by a previous owner making poorly done modifications. Diagnostics were quite involved and repair time was lengthened by waiting for a part to arrive from Germany, but timely updates by phone helped greatly to alleviate my impatience. I am very happy with the results. My beautiful car is like new again.
New to the Porsche Community. Made an appointment to drive in from Tulsa. Had a great experience and was well taken care of. Scott Corman, my Porsche sales associate, was very helpful, outgoing and passionate about what he does as well as making sure we were well taken care of. Mackenzie, my financial associate, made the loan process easy and breezy. Eric, the Porsche gadget guru, broke down all of the tech clearly and efficiently. One of the best car buying experiences I ever had. The Macan S made it pretty amazing too!

I recently purchased a used Corvette Grand Sport from Bob Moore Porsche. I was on vacation at the time, and trying to make the deal happen via telephone while in the middle of a 900 mile drive back home to Houston. Though everyone I met at the dealer was very attentive and polite, I primarily dealt with Dave Dougrey on the sales side. Dave is a fantastic guy to deal with. He did a great job trying to expedite the process so we could get back on the road, and was extremely diligent about following up on my questions and calls, even before Id committed to buying the car. As I sat waiting to see the F&I guy with the usual lava in the pit of my stomach, I was very pleasantly surprised when I got to meet and deal with Mak. I spent a decade and a half as a corporate car guy for major manufacturers, and thousands of hours inside the dealerships I was responsible for. We used to joke that when the antichrist arrived, there was a 93% chance hed be an F&I manager. Not this guy. Mak was also great, very polite and helpful, and a joy to deal with. I may live 500 miles away, but Id do business with this dealer again for sure. Thanks guys.
I have to give a Shout Out to the Service Department at this Porsche Dealership. Daniel and Samantha are Absolutely Awesome, as well as everyone we have dealt with in the service department. They are so professional and detailed in the information on my Porsche and I am extremely confident with the guys in the back servicing our car. I bought this car out of state several years ago, but appreciate this particular dealership so much with helping with any issues or need that may come up. Also, weve bought 2 other car from them and equally as happy with them and the transaction on those deals.

Purchased a CPO Boxster before it hit the lot. Dealership knew over a week in advance that I would be picking it up at an arranged date. They had 2 days to detail it and did not. Buffed and a fresh coat of wax and the scuff marks removed from the interior would of gotten them 5 stars. Love the car, everything I imagined and more.
Waited 7 months for delivery of a 2021 911 Carrera S. This was partly due to factory shutdown related to the Covid virus. The dealership kept me informed of the delay also there was a delay in a customs in Houston and again my sales person kept me informed. Friendly staff selling excellent automobiles.
Scott was patient, extremely knowledgeable and honest. The service department is also Aces. I’m actually looking forward to my next 10,000 mile service so I can chill and eat the soft nugget ice and drink the awesome coffee. Scott is the OG Porsche Sales Ambassador! A+ from start to finish.
Dave Dougrey has probably forgotten more about Porsches than Ill ever know. He answered many of our questions before we were able to ask them. Hes that good. And we didnt feel like the dealership was trying to sell us a car. Their goal was to make sure we were happy and got what we wanted. Ive never experienced a less stressful car purchase. Well be back in a few years when its time to upgrade our 2018 Cayenne S.
Had issues, but the general manager, Ryan DeToro, quickly corrected it and was able to provide a solution for my wife and I.
Less than honest. I bought a $73,000 Audi S8 David. Upon entering the finance department I was told I needed they needed to talk to my banker to ensure I had sufficient funds, and after the finance officer talked to him and got confirmation I sent the wire. After receiving the confirmation that I had sent the wire, they told me that they could not let me take the car until they had seen the money in their account. The problem was not that they were going to have to deliver my car, it was that they were less than upfront on their policy and my driver was 200 miles away before they had told me the truth. Will not go back, will not recommend.
Great experience here. Went to look at a used Lincoln and Volvo they had on lot. Went at slow time of day (weekday a.m.). Dave was helpful, easy to like, and accommodating. Agreed upon price was out the door price. No gimmicks, no games. Also, got fair deal on trade without negotiating. Just good people helping others buy cars. I had the pleasure of visiting Porsche Oklahoma City on a Thursday, with the intention of checking out a used Macan S. I’ve owned Subaru, and Audis (and until this particular weekend, thought that was the best car I’d ever owned) What happened over the course of the next week created what I hope to be a long relationship with this dealership. I was greeted by Jared M. the moment I approached the dealership, and immediately struck up a relationship. He was easygoing, friendly, and answered all of my questions and quickly set up a test drive for a similar vehicle since the one in question (found on their inventory website) hadn’t arrived at the dealership yet. That weekend, Jared kept me posted on the status of the Macan S I had in my sights. The following Monday, The Macan S drove like an absolute dream. Hugged the road, more than enough power when needed, and raised the bar for luxury after the Audis I’d experienced.The two Jared’s and Mackenzie helped to make the best possible financing deal happen, and before long I was driving home with my car. If not for their help and patience through my frustration, I would not be driving what is NOW the best car I’ve ever owned.I will absolutely be coming back to visit these guys, and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a fantastic car.

Sold me a car I cant register. Im an out of state buyer that flew in to buy my (used) dream car on Dec 5, 2018. Everything went right on the *initial* sales side. No title when I drove off. Calls to the dealership before the winter holidays were met with our office is off until next year. Fine. January comes and after much persistence, still no title until Jan 22. Even then, the paperwork isnt right and cant register in Texas. 5 calls, 4 emails since Jan 24 and nobody will even return my calls. Escalations to general manager - not returned as of Feb 25.Take your money elsewhere!Update - March 4Received missing paperwork via overnight mail and finally able to register. Appreciate their diligence in following through.
Went in to look at a vehicle. Sales manager gave me an offer for my trade in and I didn’t agree with their offer. I handed back their keys and asked for my key back. Not a big deal and we chose to look elsewhere. At that point in time the sales manager followed us out of the building and they stated that my car had an issue and I took it to a local shop to have it looked at but never had the repair fixed. He stated “it never got fixed and he called them to verify”. Well that mechanic shop I had my vehicle fixed at wasn’t even open today.I would highly suggest staying away from this dealership for the reasons of being lied to and dishonesty to fill their own pockets.
I had some rodent damage in my Porsche and Daniel in the Service Department at Bob Moore - Porsche OKC took exceptional care of us and our car! As soon as I left the service center, I ran over something in the road and popped a tire (really bad day, leaving the service center to turn around and go right back). Daniel greeted me promptly and took my car back. He took care of my tire super fast and gave me a great deal on the tire considering the entire situation sucked! I HIGHLY recommend Bob Moore - Porsche OKC. They take great care of their clients! Thank you so much!

My attention was drawn to a pre-owned Macan S that Porsche Oklahoma City had posted on AutoTrader. My initial inquiry was promptly responded to by Dave, who has some 23 years in the business. I was immediately emailed a personal video walk-around of the Macan. Though I live 500 miles away, they were also interested in making an appraisal of my trade-in. This was accomplished through sending a series of photos and written descriptions. Sales Manager Eric assisted as we arrived at very fair numbers. Two days later, when I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Dave, who presented my potential purchase and left me with it to inspect and drive on my own, while he took my trade-in for further evaluation. There were no tricks or surprises. When we each had done our inspections, the numbers stayed exactly to the dollar to what we had projected by phone and email. I will say that the Macan I was buying was actually better in person than I expected, and my expectations were very high. Then came the paperwork, done with Mackenzie in finance, and it was a breeze and all as expected. I was there less than two hours, then headed out on my 500 mile test drive home. I am having a hard time believing the Macan was pre-owned. It seems new. Before I arrived home, Dave texted a video, thanking me for my business and since getting home, I have been contacted by the dealership twice, asking for input concerning my purchase experience. My experience was right at exceptional and I found the dealership very interested in evaluating their performance in order to improve at every step of the way. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
The customer service is fantastic... Until they close the sale. Once that happens they obviously do not care one bit about you. I have spoke with them on four different occasions since purchasing my vehicle about them sending the proper paperwork so I could get my plates before my temporary tags expire. Every single time I’ve spoke with them they promised it was going to be overnighted that day. My plates expire in four days and they still haven’t sent it out. One of the gentleman from the financial department actually told me on the phone earlier today that it should have been sent Six days after The sale was closed when they got the proper paperwork approved. Half of the time when I’ve called they just give me the runaround and it has taken me like eight phone calls just to speak with the financial department four times. On top of that they didn’t give me my second key when I purchased and The sales manager (Will) assured me that he would have it sent. At one point he scheduled a time to meet me to give me the key and then never even showed up without a phone call or anything. The next time I spoke with him after that he promised that he was mailing it out that day. That was over a week ago and he still hasn’t done it. Please believe all they care about is closing that sale and after that to get anything done you have to make a lot of noise. Terrible customer service

Just brought my Porsche 911 in for the 6 year, 60,000 mile service. Daniel Flores (service advisor) was very professional throughout this experience. I was offered a service date and time that worked for me. Once I arrived, Daniel promptly took care of the paperwork and took the car in for the service. I elected to stay at the dealership until the work was completed. The Bob Moore Porsche dealership facility was great, folks there were friendly and answered a few questions I had. Daniel visited with me about 40 minutes prior to the conclusion of the service and explained that the car was fine with no really unexpected issues except one. The rear spoiler required a reset because it was not operating properly during the technicians inspection. The car was washed and looked great when it was returned to me. I was completely satisfied with the service Bob Moore Porsche offered.
BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY!!! MISREPRESENTING USED CAR AS CLEAN.BEWARE!!!!!When something sounds too good to be true, it usually is!This PORSCHE dealer tried to sell a VERY ROUGH 4Runner to me (VIN JTEZU5JR2C5041318), representing it as a high-quality Clean CarFax vehicle.I drove from Dallas, 4 hours each way, to see a Toyota 4Runner at this Porsche dealership. The CarFax stated that it was accident free, the car had several upgrades that I wanted and the price sounded amazing.As I researched this car, I called from Dallas, speaking with Alex and his manager Moses. Alex said that he would go outside and look the car over for me. He reported that he would rate this 4Runner a 7.5 or 8 out of 10, because it had a few paint chips on it and a paint drip on the back bumper from where someone had probably touched it up. I felt comfortable making the long drive for this vehicle – being sold by a Porsche dealership. My expectations were high!Upon our arrival, as soon as we walked up to the 4Runner, my friend immediately said that this vehicle had been painted. (My friend has 35 years in the auto industry, having sold vehicles, wholesale and retail)I am still stunned, I dont know what to say. I would never expect such a vehicle to be sold at any manufacturer franchise car lot, let alone a Porsche dealership. I expect to see such a rough vehicle only at a “bad credit accepted” dealership.What we found:Roof had a very uneven appearance – similar to the hail damage we’ve seen recently in north TexasHood and fender were not alignedRoof rack rails were missing end-pieces on the driver sideEvery panel had a paint jobPaint drips around the carPaint Overspray on the black plastic moldingsOverpaint (too thick) between fender and moldingsBondo on the hood where it had been fixedPaint job had the orange-peel appearanceI couldnt tell if they used spray can paint or a paint roller brush, I just know that a group of kindergartners has better quality-control.Alex told me that the vehicle had been evaluated and even referenced the write-up, telling me that it stated tires did not need to be replaced. So, the dealership is definitely aware of the condition of this vehicle, at the time of their evaluation. This should be disclosed online and when I called. What a waste of time. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from Porsche Oklahoma City or any Bob Moore dealership!For reference, Ive purchased at least 15 cars in the past. As I saw this 4runner with such a great package available and seemingly great price, I was totally up for buying it from this Porsche dealer even though it was a long drive.I wouldn’t even pay $10,000 for that vehicle, with the shoddy work that had been done, not knowing what has happened to that 4Runner.
Had an amazing experience yesterday at this dealership. I was working on a trade deal for a new 718 GT4, and Dylan went above and beyond to get the deal to close for me. I decided to drive my 991.2 GTS down and drive the GT4 back home, 1200 mile round trip, and Dylan had everything setup for me to make a quick turnaround at the dealership to do the drive in one day. Jarod in finance was the best advisor I have ever had. (25 new cars in 10 years) All in all, thank you too the whole team that helped me. (Dylan, Jarod, Scott, and Taylor)

We inquired about a car that was all of a sudden more expensive when we got to the lot. They than turned around and tried to steal our trading claiming it had an issue it didnt have and further claim they confirmed with the last mechanic we took it too which was impossible given that shop wasnt even open the day in question. Just skip this dearlership.

I recently took my Boxster in for service and I am very pleased with the work they performed and the professional courtesy they demonstrated. The loaner car they provided was very nice and clean, which eliminated the burden of being without my vehicle for a couple of days.I would like to acknowledge Daniel in the service department as well. He is very respectful and gives straightforward responses to any questions or concerns that I might have during a visit. I can tell that he recognizes me whenever I visit and makes the process of checking in, discussing the vehicle, and checking out a breeze.I can highly recommend Bob Moore service department for routine procedures and more complex service work.

Bob Moore Porsche service department has been outstanding. Very polite, thoughtful, and they do good work. In in my opinion they are comparable to the outstanding Lexus service department and far superior to any of the other brands I have dealt with.
Purchased a used 2009 Boxster S. Had it shipped to my home. When the car arrived, the battery was completely dead. Had to jump the car to unload it from the car hauler. Once unloaded, noticed that the steering was very tight. Drove 4 miles and started to hear the power steering pump screaming. Looked under the car to see fluid quickly dripping underneath. I bought this car knowing that it had just undergone a complete 80K mile Porsche Maintenance inspection at Bob Moore. So I was confident it had no major issues. I was wrong. The car is beautiful. I love it, but, hasnt been out of my garage yet. Beware buying online, full disclosure is just a figure of speech.
I can’t say enough about my Bob Moore crew. Today I drove in unannounced with a possible problem with my Range Rover. I was met promptly by Dylan and immediately taken care of. He took the time to not only look into my concerns but put my car on a lift and show me the under side of my car and talk it over with me. I appreciated the time taken and the fact I never once felt like I was an inconvenience.

This place has great people. As a new owner of a Jaguar they were sure to explain everything they did with the oil change. I would recommend them again.
First service went great, had a couple of warranty issues both were addressed and fixed. Car was washed and delivered in just 2 hours while I waited and had coffee and watched the morning news. Great staff and I will pass it along to Mark and Megan at the golf course.

I had a tire blow out on my 2019 Cayenne, and the service department was so quick and great at getting me right in! They also found a loaner (very pretty Panamera) that allowed me to not skip a beat! Tire was replaced and a software update was done and the car came back in perfect condition. Great customer service as always! Thanks again!

Typically Bob Moore Porsche takes an extended period of time to perform service work. So make sure you get a loner. My car has spent 7 weeks in the shop so far in 2019. The customer service people are nice, but the dealership left my car to suffer $3,500 worth of hail damage, while I was expected to protect the loner in my garage. So dont go there for service during Oklahoma spring weather - your car service wont be fast and you might walk away with more damage that repairs!
Ryan Derr was prepared, efficient and a true gentleman to work with. Upon our arrival from Texas the SUV was warmed up and waiting out front when we got to the dealership. The vehicle was even better in person than the pictures online. He had the paper work prepared and our purchase was smooth and completed in just over an hour. We could not have had a better experience!
The Team that helped me was more than awesome! It was necessary for them to keep my vehicle a few days but that arranged a very nice loaner for us to drive. I called Daniel because I had a split in one of my front tires and we were headed out of town that evening for a soccer tournament. Daniel was so helpful and was able to get me right in and I got my new tires. It was an awesome feeling knowing that my family would be safe driving to Kansas. He and everyone at Porche are top notch!

I bought a 2018 Lexus, the right side door was damaged. I dealt with Eric D. the sales manager at Porsche, who used this body shop to repair the door. The body shop had it for 3 weeks, because it took them 3 attempts to fix the door. The 2nd attempt, the door was still not repair properly, the paint job was not done properly. My son told Eric the body work was unacceptable and the job needs to be done again. Eric handled this situation poorly and very unprofessionally. He not only yelled at my son, but he yelled at me over the phone. He told me I had to come get the Lexus, he wasnt going to spend any more money on the repairs. First of all, we didnt choose that body shop, Eric-dealership did, and we didnt do the repairs so why yell and be angry? this is a poor unprofessional way of handling the situation. The situation does not even deserve a 1 star.
I came by to look at a Macan and Dylan was very helpful and friendly on our test drive. I would highly recommend them if youre in the area and want an amazing car.

Service adviser and Dept. were good no issues at all, very courteous. But the fallow up is horrible. They hound you for a review. And if you opt out it takes 10 days to cancel so you get a barrage of emails asking how you liked their service. Im going back to Planet 911 for service.
Bought a used vehicle. Had a great experience and the purchase price was great. I would definitely recommend this dealership Asein and Moses where very helpful. We spent 4 hours driving vehicles until we found the one that fit our needs perfectly. It was a great environment to buy a vehicle and I felt no pressure to make a speedy decision.

I purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 Platinum. The vehicle is a good vehicle for me so far. The salesman Scott was less than impressive I called the previous day and let him know I would be driving out from Winfield, Kansas in the morning to see the vehicle. When I arrived and I went to look at the vehicle there were significant scratches on the leather interior of the dash which he either pretended he wasn’t aware of or didn’t know about because he didn’t know anything about the vehicle in general in regards to features of the vehicle. Fortunately I did because I had been researching the vehicle for some time. The gas tank was completely empty and he rushed me through my test drive because he was concerned we would run out of gas. When I purchased the vehicle I asked if the one key was the only one he had for the vehicle and he told me it was and how he couldn’t believe how people didn’t take care of their keys. 10 days later the spare key fob arrived in the mail after I had already spent $80 on a new one. Fortunately I programmed it myself and saved some money.In addition to that the day prior to going there I applied for financing but changed my mind and decided to pay cash. When the finance manager called me he asked if I was sure I didn’t want to finance with him and save some money. How do you save money financing I asked? He responded yeah I guess you’re right. The following day he offered to sell me GAP coverage on the vehicle after I paid cash for it.
Barebones Service.Went in for maintenance service and perhaps one or two new/used vehicles.I was interested in a new car and a trade towards a used one - even asked if my 2017 Porsche could be valued while it was there for service I had a call from manager the day after dropping it off then nothing after he said he would look at my options. Stood around show room to speak with someone when I was picking up vehicle 4 days later - two staff chatting in sales office the entire time so I left after about 15 min of looking through cars in show room. I had purchased my Porsche elsewhere because of lack of service the year prior when I was pricing vehicles. Dealer just seemed simply uninterested.Service work (oil change and window seal) was just ok. I had mentioned about my brakes surging and when I picked it up this was not even mentioned, no detailed follow up or brief as I’ve had at other Porsche dealers.For a Porsche dealer, probably my worst experience. Similar experiences getting my son’s older car worked on. Not that it was terrible at all, just not even close to Porsche standards (or Lexus as our other vehicle).
Great experience with Dave. Easy to work with and made sure the we owe stuff was taken care of even a couple months after purchase. First time Ive ever given a dealership 5 stars. Great customer service!

I recently purchased my first Porsche from them and they kicked off my first Porsche experience with incredible customer service and detailed attention given I flew in and drove it home to CA. I thank them and the whole Porsche OKC team for a great experience.
Went in for service- Quick turn around, professional staff. Daniel & Daniel in service are nice guys to work with, and clearly explained the issue.As an added bonus, the repair bill was also quite reasonable!
Bought a Lexus RX 350 from them as an out of town customer, took into my local dealership 30 days later and it needed new brakes and rotors. My local dealership said it never should have passed inspection and the rotors were warped and needed new brakes. I reached out to the dealership and said it was normal maintenance cost of owning a vehicle. I don’t believe that the normal wear and tear on rotors is 2+MM in 30 days. This is a safety issue more than anything for my wife and my kids as it is her primary car. I have learned my lesson about this dealership and advise you to stay away from them or make sure you have a mechanic look at the vehicle you are purchasing.
This dealership is exceptional. I have never had such amazing service. Sherilyn Jolly is such a pleasure to work with. Every porsche dealership should strive to be like this one!!
EDIT: Too many issues to go into, but I will say this: After the experience Ive had, I am now absolutely willing to drive to Dallas or Tulsa for service or future purchases, and will not knowingly work with this dealership again.The folks at Porsche OKC are great, and always take great care of me while Im there, and check-up on me afterward. During warranty service they always provide me with nice, clean, low mileage loaner vehicles. And I cant walk out of there without someone calling me Sir or offering me a bottle of water.
Hail damage - Be aware that Porsche Oklahoma City - Bob Moore Porsche will leave your car outside. They have routinely kept my Cayenne Turbo and Panamera Turbo for 3 to 4 weeks at a time for service work, always leaving it outside. Know this- They will not accept liability for damage to your car while its in their care, Yet try bringing a loaner car back with hail damage---
BAD BUSINESS!!! I went to test drive a car after speaking with a salesman and when I got there I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes before he finally came out to tell me he was with another customer, I explained to him that my lunch was over but I would be back after work and was still interested.. soon as I walk out the door the car sold. I will not refer or do business with this company. :/
