Wanted to give a shout-out to David and the service department at Greg Darnell Ford. Their service and honestly is greatly appreciated. This interaction has truly restored my confidence in going to a dealership for repairs. Will certainly use them again!
Dealership refused to honor employee pricing. I understand that these are strange time in the auto industry. I have driven fords for over 30 years. this is the first time that a dealer refused my business.
Id suggest not going here for anything. I took my wifes car here for two recalls. They said it would be done the next day. We didnt hear anything for almost a week. I called and they said they were waiting on parts. Maybe let us know? Expecially when you wont give us a rental. About two days after I called it was done. They put black tar to hold down the roof rails, I thought I read in the recall they were supposed to replace the clips but theyre the experts. The driver side rail is already loose and lifting up again. The tar got everywhere. Dots all over the windows and car that wont come off. All around the railing, looks terrible. There was a recall to tape a bar under the seat that has been cutting people. They removed the seat cushion and some of the connectors on the bottom and didnt clip anything back. I know probably not all the mechanics at this dealer are terrible but we didnt win that lottery. Good luck! Never going here again.
The new 2021 Bronco II was there. Its pretty nice but they cant sell none until January 2022. No test drive bc the gas was low in the car. I love the doors come off the hard top can be removed, so excited to get one but who knows when that will be🤷♀️
Our Ford Edge has only been cared for by this dealership. I’ve never been anything but we’ll pleased. We appreciate how well they care for our vehicle. It’s so nice to be respectfully treated as a customer. We always ask for Matt in the service area. He makes sure we are completely aware of what needs to be done and it gets done properly. It’s nice to actually to walk out happy. A rarity in this day and age.
I have purchased (3) vehicles in the last 6mo. from Mr. Greg Darnell and i must say each purchase led to the next purchase. The reason behind each deal was simply customer service. fairness, and great people. Every car or truck buying person owes it to them selves to meet Mr. Gregg Darnell for there self and you will see what were talking about. That is why we give them the (5) stars. Not from the area work on the road, the gentleman with the leg tattoos, when above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready to go back out on the road. Really appreciate that, most people just change my oil take my money and send me on my way. I dont remember his name but thank you handsome!
My first experience actually buying the car was great very friendly and quick process.Service area is terrible they never reset the oil light even though I asked them if they did. They got into my car click buttons said yes it’s reset it just takes a day or 2 to update on your app then 2 days later it comes on, also I asked for them to check air pressure I’m my tires they say they did tire light comes on 2 days later. My back window was off track on new car they said they fixed it and a week later it was off track again so they said they ordered a new part and 6 months later still no part so they do the same thing they did the time before so hopefully it lasts. So I will no longer take my car there for service.
I have never experienced customer service of this caliber before. From the first contact until my car was returned I was made to feel that I was the most important customer. I was informed of everything that was being done and why. I was surprised at the low cost I was charged A big town dealership with a small town personality. I highly recommend Lee for any and all service needs.
Working with Andrew was absolutely incredible. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made sure my car was taken care of! He kept me in the loop and I did not have to wait for hours on my car and to have my questions answered. His prompt, professional, and personable attitude makes him the best employee at Greg Darnell! The water pump on our F150 went out on us on our long drive home...we had it towed to Greg Darnell Ford..where Andrew and Lee took care of us and got us back on the road in a matter of hours not days. They are a great service team and even went above and beyond to find us parts so we didnt have to stay over night. Andrew kept us informed the whole way and made sure our military discount was applied as well...great job great guys..I would recommend them to anyone anytime !
I always reach out to Lee in the service department. He is amazing, very informative, communicates very well, and very personable. When working with Lee I am not just a number or a customer to push in and out of the bay, but I feel like family. If my car will be at the shop for a day or longer he will keep me notified every step of the way. I greatly appreciate Lee for all his hard work on the front end and for helping me out with all my service needs.

I brought my car in for a recall a d they took excellent care of me! They were incredibly accommodating of me and the fact that I have a newborn and couldn’t be without a car. Not only did they provide me with a loaner, but they switched out both of my car seats without me even asking. They communicated with me right away when my car was done and worked with me on what would be a best time for me to switch everything out. Matt is the absolutely best, I will continue to go to him for anything I need.

Great experience 👍I have always been told that you get more for a car selling it yourself. Greg Darnell Ford changed all that. We needed to sell daughters car. I listed it on Facebook and sat it by the road with a for sale sign on it. I had a few lookers nothing great. I started calling dealers just to see what we could get for it. I sent pics to Samantha and got a great quote over the phone. I took the car into the lot. The appraisal was good. They paid off the bank and I walked away with smile and a fat wallet. I will do all of my future vehicle purchases through Greg Darnell Ford. Really nice folks!🙂

The process was smooth, stress free and no nonsense. Just had my truck serviced this morning and it was a great experience which I expected. I purchased a truck from Greg Darnell Ford in April 2020. I was pleased with the service we got, so when we decided to update my wife’s Ford Transit Connect to a new model with additional features we went to Greg Darnell Ford. The first van we drove had some sort of issue, when you got up to around 30 mph it started to vibrate ( I suspect it was a bad tire). So, they brought another van for us to look at. The salesman said we needed to get gas, about three blocks away. We ran out of gas in the left turn lane right by the station and had to wait for someone to bring us gas. We did like that van, however it didn’t have roof rails. They agreed to put roof rails on for us. Three weeks later they called and said they had the roof rails. So, we took the van back for them to get installed. When we got their they told us they had ordered the wrong parts. Three months later they called and said they had the right parts. Trip two to the service department. The rails where install but now there was a noise similar to a partially open window. Bear in mind that the van we traded in had roof rails, so we know what it should sound like. In addition, there were black finger prints all over the head liner. Trip three to the Service department. They told us they found the issue and fixed it. Now there were even more black finger prints and a cracked panel in the back of the van and the headliner was sagging in some places. The noise was still there. Then my wife went to the car wash and now the roof was also leaking. Trip four to the service department. They said one of the nuts was backed off so they tightened all of them. The noise is still there. They did clean off the finger prints, however they tried to say the damaged panel was not from them. There logic is, it’s no where near the headliner. I guess the headliner must have magically floated into the van and attached itself. We never said the headliner caused the damage, but they had to get in the van to do the work. They finally agreed to patch the panel. So, I guess we are waiting on them to contact us for trip number five to the service department. In the meantime, we have a van that is 5 months old, has a noisy roof and a damaged panel. Seems more like a downgrade than an upgrade. Guess who won’t be getting my business in the future?
I took my 2016 ford fusion that I purchased from Greg Darnell ford for a repair on the alternator, Lee in automotive repair and Matt Murphy the service manager greeted and took care of my repair fast even dealing with the insurance company on my behalf which was extremely professional on there part..BEST DEALERSHIP in Oklahoma city hands down.

I do not recommend this place I bought a truck 2021 had a manufacturing defect in the paint, the dealer had it repaired and they left it worse, they tried to repair it a second time and it was much worse apart, they affected other parts of the truck, and they did not lend me a car in what According to they fixed my truck, they certainly had it for a month for nothing.It is not possible that another dealer will help you solve the problem where you did not buy the vehicle and Greg Darnell just threw the fight at each other and did not solve anything

Ia friend of mine she said her aunt works there her name is Stephanie Tammy I thing blond hair she had a trucker delivsr the truck to Illinois for $1200 but the driver is stranded in Missouri cause he has no gas to go rest if the way to Illinois and u guys wont help him with gas to come and I been trying to get the drive money I spent all together $1500 for delivery fee and gas money but the gift cards I bought were no good so some way u guys need to help this driver or any driver u guys use need to give him enough money for gas to deliver your vehicles

This is the third Ford I have bought at this location, two when it was Jackie Cooper, and one with Greg Darnell.I had a great buying experience at Greg Darnell Ford. My salesperson, Samantha, was very professional, and went above and beyond to get me a good deal. She got back with me quickly, and supplied all the information I needed to feel like I was getting exactly what I wanted. The Sales, Financing, and Service departments were all top notch.
My complaint is with David in the service department. My husband, whom is deployed right now did a survey that was emailed to him about the service he received on a key replacement. He was not happy about a few things and noted his complaints and perspective of the situation on the survey. David called MY cell phone today to confront my husband about why he said what he said about him. I think that is very unprofessional to allow your employees to do, when a complaint is sent that employee should never be allowed to contact the customers because clearly there is an issue MUCH LESS THE WIFE, he was confrontational with me and at this point I didn’t even know my husband had submitted a survey. David went on to tell me “I received a nice little snap shot of a complaint your husband left about me”, I also think this is unprofessional, do you not take those surveys seriously to the point you’re screen shotting what has been said about an employee and sending them out in a text? As opposed to having a meeting with the employee and maybe having said employees supervisor call and speak to the person submitting the complaint.

Darnell Ford has the WORST service department Ive ever seen in my entire life! Google wont let me give them zero stars, but I would.June 10th: The car arrived at Darnell Ford for an insurance claim/vandalism repairJuly 27th: (7 weeks later) Repair complete, FINALLY.This was a vandalized steering column repair, 15 labor hours and it took SEVEN WEEKS!!! A productive shop couldve rebuilt the engine 7 times in 7 weeks.All I got was excuses, inattentiveness (its nearly impossible to reach your advisor by phone), & ignorance from the service department during the course of the 7 weeks.One of the excuses is that I told them not to touch the car until the police report (finished June 10th, same day) and the adjuster sees it (within the 1st week). The remaining 5-6 weeks did not allow for any good excuses.If you like your expensive car baking in the sun (the middle of summer for mine), collecting dirt on the paint, then take it to Darnell Ford for repairs.Also youll either need to already own a 2nd car, buy another one, or pay $3500 for a rental (recent COVID era pricing for a 7-week rental).

I had a terrible experience with this company. I bought a used 2012 Shelby and was told the car was all stock. When I received he car it had been modified. After several problems during the sale process I requested a refund of my money and was told if I continued with the sale they would refund me 300.00. I never received the money. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they lied about everything to make them sound like they had no fault. I have been buying Ford products for 40 years and this is the worst treatment I have ever received. Take my advise and don’t deal with these folks....they are dishonest and unethical!!
I drove from Kansas City to this dealership and it was well worth the drive. Samantha the sales lady was awesome to deal with. She worked very hard to make the deal. Bought I nice used Ford Truck there yesterday, Ray was a great salesman, didn’t pressure me into anything and just talked to me like a regular person not even about vehicles half the time! The service manager at Darnell Ford was outstanding! I was traveling across the country with a Yakama roof top tent on my Ford F150, when the rooftop tent came loose. This dealership does not install these tents, but the manager was willing to help me anyway. In 5 minutes, he secured the tent and had me back on the road!Thank you Darnell Ford. I owe you one!
We developed a slow tire leak as we traveled thru OKC in our Lincoln. They were able to get us in with in 10 min, found the nail, repaired the tire & we were quickly on our way. They were also very welcoming to us & our 3 pups while we waited inside, making sure we all had water & were comfortable.Awesome customer service!Would definitely recommend!
The people are nice enough but their online prices can be thousands less than the amount they will actually sell the car. In my case, I would have had to be a farmer who drives an ambulance while in the military to get the advertised price. It’s a typical bate and switch operation that also charges over $400 for a “doc fee.” A doc fee! It’s a fee to process paperwork and mail it. An operating expense. As a customer you are responsible for the clerk’s wages. Why there aren’t fees for the accountants, the property lease, the balloons on antennas, the overnight cleaning staff, etc is a mystery.
Ive seen the many different views of everyone on here. I have to say that Greg is different than any other dealers in the area. He went above and beyond in finding my vehicle. Was not pushy and got exactly what I wanted. Didnt hide anything and kept his word where all the other dealers in the area failed. Delivered quickly and took care of me along with being very professional. Was my least stressful car buying experience. Would buy from him again.

I went in to get a F250 and trade in my vehicles and I worked with Nicole and Ray. They really made the car buying process easy. Ray was very direct and to the point and didnt jerk my chain around for hours! I will definitely be back.

Stay away from this dealership! Very unprofessional, rude, shady place of business!!!!!!!!!!!!We decided to purchase a truck from them, we live out of state. We payed for towing which was very expensive but they couldnt find one so they hired an 80 year old driver to drive it solo. They said he has carrier insurance and drives vehicles for them often (they probably pay him under the table because it turns out he does not have business insurance or have a carrier license). He then drives the truck into a ditch completely wrecking it. The dealership did nothing to fix this & has only been giving us the run around, stating we should have placed full coverage. They hired this individual and promised us the driver has carrier insurance & the car is also insured with Ford. It all turned out to be a lie. Pursuant to Oklahoma Law the title must be executed and delivered at the time of delivery of the vehicle which did not happen. They also lost the Original Contract so they just forged my signature and made a new one without notifying me, thats Forgery and considered a misdemeanor in most States in the USA. The car has not been delivered to me, and they failed to the terms on the contract which was to deliver the vehicle. I have evidence and will be making the public aware of how they run their business.Replying to the owners response to my review.Its about a 16 hour drive back from CA to oklahoma and the fact that you made him drive back to deliver a vehicle for Greg Darnell Ford shows how important his health was for you.I also have bank statement and a delivery contract that show who i payed for delivery of my vehicle Which is Greg Darnell Ford OKC.Who you hired to do the work for you is your responsibility.You can continue to lie its not going to help your company get away with fraud.

They forced a car on us i asked to see others or at least a different color sales person ignored the request insisted we test drive we did didnt change my request. then instead they tried holding us hostage to force a sale we walked. 3 hours to veiw 1 car not worth visiting
$4000.00 quote to repair! I took my 09 F350 diesel in because the power steering was making noise. My truck has always been serviced by Ford dealerships and I had been here before it became Darnells. First I was told there would be a $165.00 diagnostic fee, never had that before but since I was busy I went ahead and agreed to it. I got a call the next day that my hydroboost and gearbox was leaking and both would need fixed... $3300.00! Also they informed me my brakes should be replaced. $700.00! Total $4000.00! I was expecting a little higher because it was a Ford dealership but really? So I asked some friends for reliable repair shops and was given a few. Checked reviews and called one that had a 4.9 ratings with 64 reviews and was given a quote for the same work of $1634.00. About $2400.00 less for the same work. If you are not under warranty any longer dont go here.
Went there a few weeks ago and bought a car, had to buy a new tire the 2nd day I owned it. Went to see my family in Texas the next week and my car battery died because they sold me a car with a ruined battery. I was getting my battery replaced at an Oil change shop when they noticed oil was dripping out of my car because the “professionals” at the dealership didn’t screw a bolt in and allowed oil to leak. My oil level was so low it could have ruined my whole engine and I would have been out over $10,000. Another surprise, the $2,000 warranty I bought through them didn’t cover ANY of it lol! on top of all that the main guy who sold me the car was rude the whole time, Greg or whatever. Would 100% not recommend anyone to go there, and I definitely regret giving them my money.

Went with my mother to help her with researching the possible purchase of a new vehicle. My wife and I had a recall on our Ford Flex so we made a 1pm appointment. We show up and they told us they wont be working on it that day, that they just need to make sure its the part thats recalled and then order it and we can pick it up later that day. Five hours later, right before closing, we had to call them and ask about our car. They said they never got to it and that they wanted to keep it overnight and they will look at it the next day. Only to get an attitude with us when we wanted our car back. Wouldnt you like to know in advance if a dealership is going to be keeping your car overnight? They said dont bother calling anyone else because itll be days as well. Called Bob Moore and they told us they have the part and will fix everything same day and will take my wife to and from home since they have her car. Im not sure how the rest of this dealership is but the service department needs some work for sure.
