When I dropped my car off, I immediately left for a walk. As I was crossing the parking lot, a gentleman asked if he could help me. I told him that I had left my car at the Subaru place for an oil change and a rotation and was just out for some exercise. We had a friendly exchange. Later, upon returning to Hudiburg, I crossed paths with the same gentleman again. He was Mr. Marven Johnson, service manager. We talked about life, his role as a mentor to youth, and my career as a teacher. As I was leaving, Mr. Johnson gave me a really nice coffee mug (of course it was nice; it’s a Subaru place) and his business card and insisted that I call him if I had any problems. What a great start to my day! I had never been to Oklahoma City and was just passing through after four weeks of traveling the country. I came into the dealership not planning to buy but just to look at what they had. I was approached by one of the sales manager to see what I was looking for. He than directed me to Will which was my sales representative. Will was super friendly and knowledgeable about the questions I asked regarding a car I wanted to see since they didn’t have any in stock. He offered to place an order for me if I wanted one. After a little contemplating I decided I wanted the car so Will walked me through on the ordering process and got that taken care of. We were recently driving through Oklahoma and needed a oil change since we had been on 4 week cross country trip and had chalked up too many miles. We pulled in and were greeted nice gentleman who checked us in quickly and gave us an accurate completion time which that day was less than an hour for an oil change and full inspection. It was much quicker and better service than our home dealer in Northern Nevada. I will most likely not be this area anytime soon again, but would recommend this Subaru dealer to anyone in the area for the friendly staff and quick service.
I had to go in for scheduled maintenance (oil change, oil top off, inspection, etc). I also had to get some recalls taken care of. I scheduled it on the website. I had both of my kids with me (9 and 3) and was told it would only take about an hour and a half. I was not offered a loaner. I ended up sitting in the dealership for THREE HOURS! Have you ever sat somewhere that’s not home for 3 hours with a 3 year old? It screwed my whole day up and I was VERY disappointed in having to wait that long for a scheduled appointment.
I feel that Hudiburg Subaru is truly the best in the area. I have tried the only other Subaru dealer in the metro and at Hudiburg I feel like I am family. I want to say a big thank you to Joey, he has continually has taken care of all my service needs and has absolutely went above and beyond. Nice selection of vehicles although they didnt have what we were looking for in stock. Loved the location but did not care for the person who helped us. We showed up for a appointment and they werent even there.. they did not even write our appointment down, they had our number saved and remembered upon speaking in person with us so the conversation DID happen.. said they were 5 minutes away we waited 30 minutes.. test drives were well. They were informative but didnt get the vibe that they actually wanted to establish a relationship resorting in a sale.. We were helped at Bob Moore Subaru.

First, big thank you to Paco, Manager John, Oscar and Marvin for what turned out to be an excellent car buying experience.It is a tough time to buy a car and I was not thrilled that it was necessary. I was worried about getting taken advantage of, buying a lemon, or paying a ridiculous amount. I shouldnt have worried.I bought a vehicle from Hudiburg and should have taken more peace of mind from buying from a reputable dealer. The car needed some work and the team volunteered to do it.When I brought it home I noticed what turned out to be s superficial and inconsequential issue. My mind jumped to the worst case scenario and I fired off a review detailing my observations.I got a call from John within a few minutes. He was professional and calming. He didnt get defensive or try to tell me I was wrong. His focus was making it right and assuring me that Hudiburg didnt want me to be unhappy.The next morning Oscar greeted me by name at Service and they identified what was causing my concerns. Martin the Service Manager explained in detail what had happened. There were two parts to it. One was a little residue on a hose from recent service (like I said superficial). The other part was my lack of familiarity with all wheel drive cars.I went so far as to have my mechanic verify what they told me and their explanation was spot on.Ill buy from Hudiburg again, even if there is another car shortage.

We took our Outback in to be serviced, the front sensor was not responding and they did the computer check on the car and it said it was in good condition. The tech said it was dirty and they did a complete wash on the car to make sure the car was clean and the sensors. It is perfect now and we really appreciate their help getting it right.
After multiple bad experiences at my local Subaru dealership, I went to Hudiburg Subaru while visiting family to get some routine maintenance done. Marven, Oscar, and the rest of the team took excellent care of my car and made sure that I was safe after noticing some extreme wear/misalignment issues that had come from my previous tire rotation. Im so glad that I went in when I did! Ill be sure to use Hudiburg anytime Im in Oklahoma, and may just have to schedule my maintenance around family visits going forward.

This was our first time dealing with Subaru. We purchased brand new with a trade in.We took advantage of the online financing application and the online trade value estimate. John and Dustin called us when they had the model we wanted. We had a deal worked out before we ever did the test drive. They made us a terrific offer on our trade before we ever took it on the lot. As a borrower with baggage I can say without reservation that Subaru as a lender blew my doors off. The in-house financing beat all the credit unions I know of. By a lot.I dont remember the names of everyone we encountered, but Joel in finance wrapped up a terrific experience for us. We went in knowing what we wanted, but we were not pressured at any time while dealing with this team.The test drive is better described as a technology class for the uninitiated. We spent most of an hour with Dustin as he methodically walked us through all the safety features in a 2021 Forester and demonstrated them on the road. Some of those features I refer to as the witchcraft, because everything is so well hidden and so perfectly functional it has to be magic.When we left, the handshake was genuine and the car was gleaming. I absolutely recommend this dealership. When the need arises, we will be back!Update: We returned to the dealership 9 days after the purchase. Our vehicle needed door moldings installed, so I called our sales guy, Dustin. He had the parts ready and the car was being attended to within 10 minutes of our arrival. The car came back cleaned. Less than 1 hour turn time, and they still offered me a new car loaner for local errands. Just an extension of the awesome service we got during the purchase. 👍👍

This post is mainly for the service department. I purchased my vehicle in November of 2020 and it came with one year of free oil changes. EVERYTIME I was due for an oil change, it was an ordeal. They could never get us in at our scheduled appointment time. For example, we had an appointment at 2:30 pm and they said it was going to be an hour before they could get to us. We rescheduled for another day and the same thing happened again. This happened on two separate occasions. The 2 times they did service our vehicle, the wait was ridiculously long. They dont offer any courtesy vehicles for your wait. If youre busy and need a quick service for your vehicle, find somewhere else.
Seriously the best service I’ve ever had dealing with buying a new car. They go over ever single little thing and it makes you feel like you’re not just money to them. So kind and sweet every single one!

We were warmly greeted upon arrival for our appointment. They also promptly got me in for my service even though I was about 30 mins early for my appointment.Pete was my advisor. He did a great job explaining the process to me and made sure there was transparency throughout my diagnostic and repair.They gave me a loaner to take home. It was such a nice complementary service. They made sure I could pick up my daughter and head home for the evening, so I didn’t have to wait around on the repair.When I got my Forester back, I found it not only repaired, but washed! Thank you!They even called a few days after the repairs, just to make sure everything was still satisfactory. I couldn’t be more pleased with Hudiburg Subaru.
Extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up and lack of care in handling an issue with my Subaru. I purchased it in March (purchased elsewhere) and then brought it in to Hudiburg for a couple of recalls. When discussing everything with the service advisor, Joey, we let him know there’s also an issue with the clear coat peeling on the vehicle. The hood is covered in peeling spots. He took pictures on an iPad and assured me he would contact me back the following week to discuss next steps. We never heard from him as promised. We followed up with him ourselves but he had lost the pictures and asked that we text new ones. Still no follow up was done on his part. We then reached out directly to Subaru USA who opened a case and requested those pictures from Joey but he claims again that he doesn’t have them. Now we are back to square one with getting new photos and submitting them to Subaru for review. It’s extremely frustrating to be ignored and have the ball dropped multiple times. I can’t help but feel he doesn’t care to help because there’s no money to be made!
Great experience buying my first new car. Never felt overly pressured and TeeJay helped me a ton. It is a great experience every time I take my Forester in for maintenance too. They work is fast and efficient with great customer service!

Stranded in Nowhere, Oklahoma. Towed to your dealership a long distance. We arrive after hours on a Friday night. The service team did a wonderful job of instucting me what to do, working me into their busy schedule, and getting us on our way home by early afternoon the next day. Outstanding! My only complaint is that the dealership, like most others, lacks a place onsite to drop off towed vehicles after hours.
Pete provided standard customer service. While offering the service options, there wasn’t much enthusiasm nor explaining of the specifics/details in any way, which made the customer experience factor on my end seem very “transactional” and “disconnected”. My main issue was a lack of professionalism in the service I’d ordered. I had asked for the cabin air filter to be replaced, only to find that the new replacement one was sitting in the passenger seat, uninstalled! I have pictures to prove it—me having to remove the old one and install the new one AFTER I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE SERVICE. Not a good experience.
People are very friendly, very nice, good car buying experience. I bought a used vehicle and that was very nerve wracking. I did not know they don’t wash, vacuum and give a full tank of gas for used cars. I looked under the hood and the battery had corrosion plus the headlight connection was missing. They did replace the battery and fix the headlight connection when I pointed out the problems. This was all done same day, kudos for getting everything done in approximately 4 hours! I would return to the dealer for a vehicle and service.
During this visit, it was an hour before the gentleman came out to tell me that they hadnt started on the car. It would be another hour before my car was ready and it was very chilly outside. honestly, I feel very concerned for covet safety at this location. Multiple times I saw associates wipe their nose and then grab paperwork or use a pen. Theyre also dont completely mask when theyre in your vehicles as well. There are not sanitizers stations. The gentleman that did help me though was very friendly and personable although he seemed very overwhelmed and I believe they were short-staffed on this day. If I did not have a warranty through them I would not use this service provider.********10/22/21I amend my review in reflection of the service team. Namely, Pete. It’s a rarity to have a service provider that is so dedicated. I had a service and my first full detail. There was a problem where like it appeared liquid or something got behind the glass where the odometer is and I got his attention. He looked at immediately. And you know what I appreciated almost? His transparency “I really don’t don’t what would have caused this” instead of saying it didn’t happen or couldn’t. He investigated. And he called me promptly after I told him it didn’t go away overnight. He EXCEEDED my expectations by telling me today that he spoke with his manager and they will replace the part. I was over joyed and speechless. You have no idea how much stress that took off of me—-like yet another issue to argue about with most companies. So thank you Pete. I appreciate you. And make sure those managers give those “addaboys” as earned. Thanks again.
Had the check engine light come on in our Subaru and was able to get it in to Hudiburg Subaru the next day. They found the issue, overnighted a part, and everything was back in order and I picked up the car the next afternoon freshly washed. Great service experience.

Updated Review: While we LOVE our Ascent, we have been beyond disappointed in our buying experience. We came in, signed all our paperwork and trusted Hudiburg would do their job. Thus the very positive review below. They did not. Issue after issue popped up. Hudiburg dropped the ball time after time, promised to make it right, and then did nothing. Absoutely NOTHING. After multiple phone calls, taking off work TWO days to drive to the dealership, and a screwed up payoff on our trade in that the dealer had FOR A MONTH; we are FINALLY finished with our purchase. Hudiburgs response?? Sorry, bye. I love our first Subaru, but I dont know if we will ever buy from Hudiburg again. Extremely disappointing experience.We are very happy with our experience at Hudiburg Subaru! Our sales associate, Rodney was wonderful! John, our delivery specialist really helped us get to know all the bells and whistles on our new Ascent. We also wanted to support Hudiburg because they do amazing work with our local Alzheimers Association. The companys heart for our community definitely won our business now & in the future!!

I bought my Forrester during an unusual time to buy a car: the 2021 “chip shortage.” However, the thing that I appreciated the most was that as soon as I expressed what I wanted, it wasn’t like that scene in the movie Fargo. There was no attempt to try to pressure me into an upsell that I didn’t actually want. Chill dudes throughout the entire experience.
The guys at the service shop are always so kind and helpful! Joey helped me out this time. He made sure my window got fixed and took care of the recalls on my car. I bought a new 2021 WRX here and TeJay helped make the process laid back and hassle free from start to end. He was able to answer all my questions and had the vehicle detailed and waiting on the showroom floor when I picked it up.
I made an appointment online, which was very easy, for a multipoint inspection and an oil change. Got to the dealership at the appointment time, they immediately in-processed my car and went right to work. A little over an hour later (yes they were very busy with my appointment being the day before a holiday weekend) my car was done. Everyone was professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Awesome service, and what they did, was give me all of the information to my car, that no other dealer has done to date for my 2015 Outback. From recalls completed, warranty information, future high mileage information, and more. Joey, my service advisor took care of my car, and made sure everything went perfect. He answered all my questions and was prompt to reply to any messages I sent.Chris, the sales manager, may put some pressure on to make a sale but that doesnt mean hes not willing to work with you. We were able to easily reach an agreement on the new price and trade-in value for my old vehicle. Even though I didnt buy the first day I came in, nothing changed when I did come back. The previous agreement was still honored.Paula in finance made quick work of everything and was more than happy to show me all the options and answer every question I had.

I was such an easy customer to deal with, and I feel as if the salesperson didn’t care about this being my first time buying a car.When I came to pick up my car, the salesperson gave me the keys and seemed too busy to care about making my experience personal. (Sarcastically: Thanks for taking my money and making me feel as if I was a commission, dude…)My gas tank was so empty when I came back two days later to pick up my new car.. and we had a whole conversation about how it was empty when I was test driving it. really couldn’t spend $20-$40 dollars?

Bought my first Subaru today from Connor at Hudiburg Subaru. I have to stay it was a fantastic experience considering I HATE and DREAD purchasing new cars! Very professional team. It was a 3+ hr service. They have me a loaner which was great. They also kept me well informed of the progress. My only problem was I left really wanting to Bhutto another Outback. By far the best car on the road.
Price very fair and service was excellent, only wish they gave me more realistic timeframes. What they quoted for an oil change as being an hour and a half lasted 3 hours. Somewhat disappointed by this.
I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to because how great my experience was at Hudiburg Subaru. I was a first time car buyer and worried about being taken advantage of. Connar was patient with us when we were asking a million questions and she was able to answer ALL of them!! Connar was so knowledgeable and not overbearing once. I felt as if she really wanted us to have a great experience and we did thanks to her. She addressed all of our concerns and went above and beyond to help us. This will be the first place I go to when I am searching for a new car in the future! 10/10 for customer service
I purchased my first Subaru and I absoutely could not want any other SUV! It meets every need and I feel so blessed to be driving it. The service I have received has blown my mind. Oscar is the only one that I will see for any service I need. He greets me with a smile every time and gets me in and out as soon as possible. Because lets be honest, who has time to waste?! Oscar is the model for the best custimer service representative that any company would love to have! He goes above and beyond his duties every time I am there! Oscar treats Subarus customers like they are the number one priority every time and makes me feel important. When I picked up my car, it was newly cleaned and I was so excited that I almost cried. It was the nicest suprise ever. I will continue to service my car here always. Thank you Subaru for hiring some of the best in custimer service. All your guys there are great and kind to work with!

Went to get my first service done calling and scheduling was not exactly the best attempted a few times but the next day I called got set up right away the services performed were quicker than I expected thank you for assisting me looking forward to the next one
