Went out to help my son and his girlfriend pick out a new truck. She was operating on a budget so we went several place before we ended up here. She found a truck she liked and the salesman said they could work within her budget. Emerging actually went fine until she went into financing.The guy went over gap insurance and they agreed to it and that was all that was discussed. When she went to sign the papers the amount was higher. The finance guy told her not to worry about it they worked with her bank often and they would take care of it.They get gone and look over the contract and they had added in several items that were never discussed by charged her money for.She and her dad took the car and paperwork spaying what happened and the watched the tape of the entire process. They ended up taking all the ad ons off and giving her a check for the trouble.I understand you are there to make money, but being underhanded in something totally different. You tried to charge her for things she didnt need nor want and to me, there is no need for business like you! You can be honest and sell cars!!

Bought a car here a few weeks ago. Seller was awesome went out of his way to help. Finance guy was a jerk and was arguing about added on charges we were never informed about. We almost walked but decided our seller deserved the commission since he was great and we liked the car.
My mother-in-law was involved in a wreck over 2 months ago, her vehicle to sent to the Collision Center. Its been OVER TWO MONTHS, and her vehicle is still not done! When she asks about the vehicle she is told its in painting. its been being painted for over two weeks!!!! I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone if you can please take the car somewhere else besides here. They do not care about how long youre without a car, and they dont care how long it takes. They constantly makes excuses and theres no way this vehicle should have taken this amount of time. Please please please if you can help it please go somewhere else this place is a complete joke!!!

WONT Be going back. Been Going here 4yrs NEVER again. Requested Tech to Check why Fuel Mileage was decreasing (ie run diagnostics, check fuel injection system). I was told vehicle was ready I asked about the fuel mileage issue, was blown off by the assisting Tech no matter how adamant I was. After Tech verified my request was hand written on my order still told me if there wasnt a light on there wasnt a problem. When I still wasnt swayed in my mission, he goes on to tell me look itll cost you $145 for diagnostics, youll need to leave your vehicle and Ill drive it for 100 miles essentially wasting your gas. **Heres the kicker: Im getting ready for a road trip and needed this checked before leaving but hey Ive only owned the truck 5 years and hes had it an hour so.Ive taken my truck to this Service Center for 4 years, I even bought my truck from Hudiburg and I have never been treated this way. I wont be back. EVER.

My wife and I went to Hudiburg Chevy a few days after a family member had passed away. We had been looking for a new car for a couple of months and went to the dealership to try and help get our minds off of things. Once the staff had learned about our loss we had staff members that weren’t even assisting us stop and give us their condolences. Our salesman Marshall was an absolute pleasure to work with and the rest of the staff made our purchase the BEST we’ve ever had. I recommend Hudiburg and Hudiburg only. The staff is second to none!!!

I started a chat with Jessica about the vehicle who followed up with a text. We set up an appointment to view the vehicle and she arranged for DAVID FIBERESIMA to have the vehicle ready when we got there!! You will definitely want to ask for DAVID because he is NOT your typical high pressure, arrogant, annoying salesperson! He will greet you with an honest smile, accommodate your interest, help you explore the options and go out of his way to be an ambassador or liaison between you and the manager, finance, and finale. There was no need to haggle because the price they set on the vehicle online was Great per the KBB and far below NADA value. The experience was second to none!
Got our Acadia serviced. They were very understanding and saved our Thanksgiving! They fixed the problem two other dealerships missed and were genuinely concerned for our safety.
I went to look at a new Chevrolet 3500 and they put me in a ram 3500. But I needed title in under 2 week or I could lose my contact they bin not start lean release for over a week. 1 month still dont have title. I have called bank 3 times. today I talk to used car manager now bank dont have record of me. How dose that work?This is a new post now( I just got the call I lost my contact so Im now unemployed. So all owner operators cover your butts. This is 3-24-17 and I still dont know if this is my truck or not. They wouldnt let me keep running mine. So now Im screwed. If they make things right Ill post it. Ps Diffie ford had the title to one of the other drivers I worked with in under 2 weeks. Yes hes already working. Update it is now 4-3-17 still no title. They could redo contract. That is what the bank says but they refuse. I have lost my wifes car life and medical insurance because we cant work truck without title. G.M will not even call me back after leaving messages for him to call me. Hudiburg used car manager and General manager I pray everything you love is taken from you. Cancer would do you some good . You care only about money. To everyone that reads this this is my experience. I know a few people that had good dealings with them. ( Until lawmakers change the law and make it where they cant float titles or make it a 10,000 or more fine on them they will continue to do it ). Ok rant done for now. 4-6-17 still no title. Can yall please give me my truck back so I can work. I have asked and asked. My insurance will laps on 4-15-17 yall need to hurry up. Im losing everything because of yall. (YALL NEED TO STOP FLOATING TITLES). It is now 4-10-17 still no title. I have not worked 2-20-17. 4-16-17 nope no title. 4-20-17 got the call the paper work is done. I called bank 4-19-17 told them it was past the contract date for payment. Told them I didnt have a job I lost my contact because I didnt work in a month. Bank and Hudiburg push it through some how. Im to mad to go up there so I told her to send it to me. 4-24-17 got pulled over for expired plates. I cant tag it tell I get title. Officer said it will be impounded tomorrow if he sees me agin.
Took my 2013 Toyota Sienna in to Post Oak Toyota in MWC for regular maintenance. In my opinion, the price and length of time for visit were both too much.

Bait and switched us. I called to confirm 3 times that the vehicle was there on the day of the appointment. When we arrived the sales guy said Oh no we sold that vehicle yesterday can we interest you in something else? Umm... No you cant. I checked there website 2 days later. The same vehicle was still there. This is obviously a standard tactic for this dealership. Take your business somewhere else.

Hudiburg has been around forever and I truly expected more of their dealership. I went to look at a car and was pretty much lied to from the time I met the salesman. I understand that you want to sell a car but you really dont have to lie about it. I called to make sure the car was there before I came. The customer service rep said that he would go check and make sure the car was on the lot and get the keys if I was going to come in for test drive. I told him I would be there within an hour to an hour and a half. I was then told who my salesman would be. When I went in to test drive the car the salesman told me I was lucky I had come in then because the car had been pulled around for somebody else. We did the test drive. I had brought a friend with me who also drove the car because I wanted his expertise. The salesman kept talking to my friend instead of me. he had been told I was the one that was interested in purchasing it. He would ask my friend how he liked the car, he told me it was important that my husband like the car. not there to discuss my personal life. I was there to purchase a car. My friend noticed a slip or a give in the transmission so that was one of my deciding factors not to purchase the car. I really dont think that I could have bought from that salesman anyway no matter how I like the car. When I was going to leave he told me that he could not hold the car for me. I told him I had not asked him to and that was fine. He proceeded to tell me well there was going to be a another person come in and test drive it first thing in the morning and what was I going to do if they put a hold on the car and purchased it before I could get back. That was the last lie I needed to hear from the salesmen. He said he had been in the car business for about 10 years but that could have been a lie too. Good thing Hudiburg has a lot of salesmen. By the way, the car I test drove is still on the lot.

Friendly staff, and not so bad for being a dealership. Wait times for simple services like oil change and tire rotation normally run 2 hours. Better off going to a quick oil change place or tire place. The chairs and rug in the wait area need a serious shampoo/deep cleaning. Quoted prices arent always right, and vary based on who gives them to you (and if they put the right model car in the quote). They recommend services based on dealership standards, even if the service is not in your cars service manual. All in all Id say average for a dealership, but with service shops that are cleaner and faster, combined with cars available online.....dealerships will have to step up their game.
I am not one to write reviews on much of anything. But the service I received deserves this and more. I cant say enough about Ricky Schulz my Sales Guy. He has helped me throughout the entire buying process! Ricky worked with me so well, that I went out of my way to buy an Oklahoma truck when I myself am from New Mexico. It was worth it financially and because of the customer service. He answered all my questions and was very kind and extremely helpful. I am 100% certain I will return again to buy from these guys in the future. A lot of dealerships could take some notes on the way they treat their customers. They dont just preach it they practice it. In my opinion they were over the top on everything. I was ready to buy a truck and just needed someone to make the effort for me, and many dealerships didnt return calls or make that effort and that floored me. So to find these guys is a breath of fresh air! You guys deserve 10 STARS, your the real deal and I appreciate everything!

My wife and I bought two cars from Hudiburgh used cars yesterday our salesman was John Hathcoat it was the best car buying experience of my life John was very knowledgeable and eager to help we looked at and priced several cars and after we selected the ones we wanted it only took a few minutes to finalize the deal they were very well priced and exactly what we needed. Then Preston in the business office was fantastic too. I highly recommend Hudiburgh if you are in need of a car.

Parents have been looking for vehicle for months and found dream vehicle here on Friday. They are pre approved with their bank and unfortunately bank finance department isn’t open on Saturday so waiting until Monday to get paper check finalized for dealer. Well come to find out they actually sold vehicle right from under them even though they had signed purchase agreement. It is so disheartening for my parents.

It was a terrible experience. I called Wednesday to see if the truck was available since I was driving from Wichita, KS and didnt want to make a wasted trip. They said it was available and that they would pull the keys so no one would look at it until I got there Thursday. I took a vacation day Thursday to come look at the truck and called them in the morning on my way down. They said it was ready for me to look at it. I told them I had a work conference call at 11 that morning, which was about when I would arrive. I said I would be in the car out front for about an hour on that call, then I would be in. I got there at 11, pulled into the lot and had my conference call, then walked in about noon. They said the truck was at the Nissan dealership getting a wheel bearing and that it would be done about 1:30. That was disappointing to say the least. I said since we had time to kill, they might as well look at my car to see what they would give me in trade in. It is a low mileage 2013 G37S sedan that I bought last fall for $16,500. Rare model with the manual 6-speed. Trade in on it is about $10-11k. Retail about $13k-15k. Had a cash offer in Wichita for $9,700 from a dealership to just buy it outright. The manager offered me $6,500 for it. I told him I worked at a dealership for 5 years while I was in college and know the routine. Start with the lowball offer and see if they bite. He said, well that was obviously a long time ago. So he low balled my car and basically called me old at the same time. Told him not to waste his time on the trade in and I would sell it myself. By this time it is 12:30 and realized I had at least an hour to wait for the truck to get done before I could look at it. Didnt plan on sitting in a dealership on my day off without even looking at a truck. I started Googling other Titans in the area. Found one 12 miles south of your dealership at L K Auto.. Same year, same mileage, same options, except this one had leather and it was cheaper than your Titan. Told the manager I was leaving and not to worry about the truck. The salesman called me while I was on the way there saying he had the truck and was on his way back to the dealership. Told him not to worry about it and that I would not be back. Got to L K Auto, they offered me $11k for my car and got the deal done with no fees. Exact opposite experience from Hudiburg. Very disappointed with every aspect of the situation at the Hudiburg dealership.
One of the best decisions ever made to purchase my amazing truck thanks to Taylor Cook. I browsed the car lot looking for that one special truck, searching for my lost counter part that has yet to be in my life, or so I thought. Taylor had seen I need guidance and offered his knowledge and wisdom of these beauties. I kept changing my mind, is this the one? How about this amazing piece of machinery? It took a while constantly changing my mind, this was a big commitment, I had to pick the perfect one! It was as if Taylor looked into my soul and my thoughts, he was very understanding and cared a lot about the people and what I wanted. All these trucks I had seen and I started to lose hope but Taylor like a magic genie guided me to this one awesome truck, that I somehow missed! It called for me, on that cloudy day a beam of light seem to break through the sky shining down on this masterpiece. Taylor had made my dreams come true with this truck. I found a truck online from this dealership a few weeks ago. Usually, I am a little skeptical when it comes to dealerships because I dont like dealing with the staff and would rather go through a private seller. This go round was a little different. The staff up at Hudiburg was fantastic with unparalleled customer service. First off, I was set up over the phone with Cody to discuss the ins and outs of the truck. He then set me up with Jared who was an awesome salesman. Last but not least, after negotiating I then was set up in the financial department with Yolanda. She provided such a great experience with making sure I was set up with the lowest interest rate possible. Yolanda did not stop working until she found what I was looking for. She worked extremely diligent over the phone with a handful of banks around the area. Having the will to make sure your customer is happy and also making sure the customer leaves feeling the way they should separates the good from the best. I will definitely be keeping all of them in mind when looking for a another vehicle in the future. They all deserve raises in my book :) Thanks again everyone!

If you are a first time buyer, do not trust Hudiburg to not take advantage of you. They lie, twist information, lose paperwork, and every other scheme you can imagine. I even had an employee admit to lying to me. My experience was so horrible that I have almost made it my life mission to talk anyone I know to not purchase a vehicle through them. I have lost out on almost $10,000 because of my poor decision making. Do not repeat my mistake.
I bought a new-to-me Honda Civic at Hudiburg Toyota on Labor Day. The girl who helped me (Caitlin Chain) was super helpful and willing to get my questions answered. I was in and out in about 3 hours, and drove away in the car I wanted. I think Brian helped me with the paperwork and was willing to get me financed at a great rate and Brownie in the financial department was honest and efficient and got me in and out quickly. Overall, I was impressed with how nice and friendly everyone there was, and I really appreciate how honest and transparent the staff was. It makes buying a car less stressful.

Such a pleasure working with Kevin Hardiman! After driving to two different car dealers and test driving 4 different Dodge Chargers, we went to Hudiburg Toyota. I wish we had started there. We walked in about 15 minutes before closing just to take a quick test drive of a 2016 Dodge Charger. Kevin was friendly and professional, willing to stay past the dealership closing time to help us. The car was perfect, everything the kid wanted, and we were ready to sign. Unfortunately, the dealership finance team had left for the day. Kevin came in early the next day to meet us and finish up the purchase. We were in and out of the dealership in about 90 minutes. I cannot reccomend Kevin and the team at Hudiburg Toyota enough. They are professional, low pressure, easy to work with, and friendly. Buy your next car from Kevin. You wont regret it!

Me and my wife came in to trade our car in for something different and informed Chris W. the used car salesman to look over our info we provided before running our credit to make sure we werent wasting each others time. There was only 2 new cars options they could help us with (2018s of course) so we started looking at one, it got later that day and was told to leave and wed hear back the next day, the next day rolls around and we were informed we needed thousands of dollars to put down both with or without the trade in, as no lender would help us without a hefty down payment. My wife said no if she had 4k-6k down she would just pay off the trade and sell it outright. Once she said that she was no longer an importance to Hudiburg, and never received any response to the credit issues or a thanks, just nothing. Really fealt like they just wanted a sale and once we disagreed on the financial component, we were nothing. Getting approved or denied by any lender evidently means junk here, we had no idea this meant re-running credit again and again, several times it was the same exact company twice. If we had known each lender would equal a hard inquiry we would have went with a plan B, and left but that was never discussed or mentioned, we were left in the dark about that unmentionable, very deceiving. If anyone values their score, you can understand how 9 hard inquires is very upsetting. Later in the evening after business was squashed we both received notification of RECENT hard inquires on our credit report, not one, not two, but NINE HARD INQUIRES, they did 9 hard pulls on our credit report and dropped the scores a ridiculous amount, each hard pulls takes two years to come off your score. I know personally my wife has worked hard for the last few years to build up those scores and it took them all of two days to take it all away. Not cool **I will add we went to a different dealership locally that didnt run our credit 9 times, their customer service was outstanding, every single question was answered and their was no mystery to the deal. We got exactly what we wanted with a reasonable down payment (still, a 2018)*Be careful with this dealership, these are usually 4-7 year commitments, nothing should go unmentioned or kept a secret. These folks sure didnt have our best interests in mind, thanks for nothing Hudiburg!

I had to update: Great auto group and service center. Been coming here since 2006 always has a good experience that has turned out great with each new person I had interacted with. Enjoy that they do change with times for the better...and always staying up to date on equipment( state of the art) also ways to save you money and waiting area with new Cafe espresso machine.

I originally had denied any service contracts, etc when in Finance. Of course, they had to get their manager. Manager came in and presented me with a service contract, that quite frankly sounded to good to be true. He assured me that it was no gimmicks, $100 deductible, etc. So my wife and I accepted his service contract through Millennium. Fast forward 3yrs, I am having issues with heater so I am trying to figure out how to use this service contract. Call Millennium and they tell me they have no agreement with me. Call Hudiberg and they tell me, yes I have a coverage but it is through Allied. And has expired. They show 4yr/48k miles and on every paper I have it shows 4yrs/100k miles and through Millennium. No one has been able to help or try, they just forward you from person to person. Definately appears I am out 3k dollars. Wow. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
My husband and I could not be happier with the simplicity and kindness that we received while getting our new car. I never leave reviews, but felt compelled to after our experience. We drove in from another town, so they stayed open late for us without being impatient or pushy. We worked with JT, who was upbeat and professional while we looked at our car. He was able to answer all of our questions and explained everything to us in an honest fashion, and did not use any “typical salesman” ploys. After we agreed to purchasing the car, we worked with the financial manager, Mario. He was awesome and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We will always purchase our cars here from now on. Very happy!

Upon first look, Derrick has the confidence to be the owner of this well respected dealership but the humbling attitude of your everyday working class individual. When I first arrived to the dealership, Derrick embraced me and shook my hand as if I was the only customer on the lot. After establishing that I was just looking around, Derrick gave me the much needed space that I needed. Having gone to other dealerships, I knew that this is definitely what I wanted in a salesman. He continued to listen to what I was telling him as far as I what I wanted in a vehicle and helped me make the perfect selection. He never showed pushiness or desperation to make a sale. I can tell that this dealership is making strides to become a front-runner in Chevrolet because of the procedure that has set in motion. Last weekend, I purchased my very first, brand new car, and had it not been for the exceptional service I was provided at Hudiburg, I probably wouldnt have even come close to getting as good of a deal as I did! Salesman Adan Ibanez was a big contributor to the wonderful experience I had in my search for a newer, more dependable vehicle. I visited the dealership on numerous occasions to be sure of the vehicle I had originally chosen. Each time, I was greeted by a friendly salesperson and then taken to Adan for the remainder of the visit. I found that being able to work with Adan on each occasion made my first car buying experience more comfortable and easygoing! The finance guys worked super hard on getting me the absolute best deal on my interest rate, rebates, and financing options overall! I cant believe how great the people at Hudiburg are! They really care about the costumer and in shows. I have visited other dealerships when my mom was looking to buy a new car and they were absolutely horrible. Those dealers were pushy, incredibly fake, and didnt take no for an answer, all to just make sale with no concern for the customer. At Hudiburg, there was none of that! Our sales consultant, Chris Campbell was great to work with. We knew exactly what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend before we even got there. He didnt try to sell us something we didnt want or couldnt afford. He was very respectful of our price/payment range and worked hard to get us where we needed to be.Our finance specialist, Mason Myers, was also a pleasure to work with. He made sure to contact many lenders to get us a great rate. He was more than accommodating.Overall, this was one of the easiest, most pleasurable, and actually FUN truck buying experiences. Everything was great until i was told my new car I had just purchased would finally be ready to pick up in 2-3 days. I’ve now been waiting for almost 2 weeks and it got pushed back even further.

I started off looking at 2019 GMC Acadias, but we wanted was just out of our price range. We ended up getting a 2014 Acadia, and its only been a week but we love it. Our buying experience was excellent. No pressure sales, 30 minutes in finance, attentive, responsive, and helpful. The actual purchase of the vehicle was quite honestly perfect.There was a possible issue with a tire rod that was in the contract to get checked on a Monday after buying on a Saturday. When I got home I noticed all 4 tires had 10 PSI less than they should, and the oil was well overdue for an oil change. I told my salesperson that it was apparent the status of the vehicle had not been checked or serviced, which may be normal, I dont know. I concluded the tire rod was not an issue but just the low tire pressure, so I requested a free oil change in lieu of the tire rod check service. I was denied a free oil change, which left my experience somewhat flat because it is a $30 service I am requesting for free. I mentioned I was technically owed a service, but a different one, and that I work a mile away and this 1 oil change could lead to future business.It seems like they will do exactly what they have to do and nothing more. That could be normal, but the next car I purchase, I will be looking somewhere else.
