My experience has been nothing but positive. Theyve worked on a couple of my vehicles from a minor fender bender to touch-ups. Low overhead, but professional company, means you get a great deal on high-quality work. The owners being the operators means they take great pride in their work. These guys are experienced and trusted by some of the biggest car dealers in the area for a reason. Great to deal with. Id definitely use them again. Ive recommended friends and family to them and theyve all been extremely pleased with the results.

A friend of mine referred me to C&K Auto Magic after I had a vehicle scratch my drivers side door. I was so glad I took her advice!! Chris Maw was great. He took the time to explain to me how he would fix the door and how he would match the paint. I felt very comfortable letting him work on my car. In addition, he contact me and wanted me to know I had another scrape on the passenger side. He sent me pictures and asked me if I would like that repaired as well. now that is service!!! I would have never noticed that if it had not been for him and I would have had to take my car in for a second time. These guys are the best! They are really on the ball. I called them with an issue and ten minutes later they were at my business picking up my car. About 15 minutes later, the car was repaired and returned. Wow! Best service ever!

Worst quality work Ive experienced and first place Ive gone to where they falsified documents with my insurance for monetary gain. When I drove away my from bumper which they installed was loose and could be moved by hand. Also the light bar they installed was loose and had a horrible electrical connection which flickers when it rains. They charged my insurance company for multiple items they did not replace and came back to me asking for more money. They only stopped pestering me when I revealed to them I knew they had falsified the documentation with my insurance. Super shady and I would not recommend.

This is a cash only business so take that into consideration if you care about warranty on the job. Needed a bumper fastener and my paint chips filled in. Thought about filling myself but decided maybe better to have a professional do it. Im quite sure I could have done a much better job myself as an amateur as they painted beyond the paint chips so it didnt look nice or precise. When I picked it up the painted spots were still wet which makes me think they did it in a matter of a couple minutes. I said it didnt look very good and they said I should get a full paint job then. I had to take it back a second time because they missed several spots. Two months later a couple places they had painted fell off so Im guessing they didnt use alcohol or anything to clean chips before painting either. So I took it back again for this they kept trying to sell me on a full paint job as I get the feeling they were never satisfied with the amount of work I had done so they didnt care about doing a good job and tried to sell me on other items. If thats the case dont accept the job. They said they were probably new chips and brushed me off.
