After being rear-ended, Caliber Collision worked promptly through our insurance to get repair covered and completely. They work they did was beautiful and came in a week ahead schedule. They even addressed an outstanding issue with another part of our vehicle, giving us a great assessment resulting in another quick fix. We appreciate their professionalism and caliber of work. Just had some work done by Caliber Collision. I could not be more pleased with the work that was done! We were helped by Russ at the Clearfield store. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions we had. Their work is top notch. They have a system that sends you a text for each step of the repair so that we could know the progress of the repair in real time. Their communication was awesome and we were back on the road quickly and felt like we were treated fairly and honestly! Way to go Caliber!!!

We have had several vehicles repaired over the years and we go out of our way to use this company at this location because of their high quality work and attention to detail. They stand behind their work and are easy to work with. My BMW only had 16,000 miles when I hit a recap on the freeway. $6000 damage but it looks like it did from the showroom. Excellent work.

I appreciated the great, overall customer service experience with Caliber. The repair work was also perfectly executed. From dropping off the car, to getting the rental set up, it was super easy with the receptionists help! The text updates were so wonderful! I easily knew what was happening during the process of the repairs and knew exactly when to pick up my car. Also, when I did pick up the car I noticed they Vaccumed it, filled up my gas tank and left the car nicely washed!

They did an awesome job- we were rear ended and they were recommended by our insurance. They even let us drop off our rental car there when our repair was done. All of the work is impeccable and they made sure our van was all clean and tidy before returning it to us. Very happy with their work

This place was great at communicating, but didn’t deliver what was promised. The front bumper had some damage after my Camry was rear-ended and we were pushed into the car in front of us. They pushed the front bumper back in, but after over$7,000 spent through insurance and $170.53 of my own money, they failed to paint the scratches on the front end, as Roger had promised. Also, this place puts your pick up date way farther out, so that when they finish a couple days early, they think you should be grateful and give them a great review. Not impressed enough to recommend this place. Plus, they left the floor mat covered with dirt and mud. Just another greedy, petty repair shop.

I had my rear bumper replaced. Dan helped me by doing an estimate. Fortunately there wasn’t any hidden damage beneath the bumper when it was removed.Dan kept me updated by text everyday so I would know how repairs were going.When I came back to pick up my vehicle it was nice and clean. Ordered wrong parts. Bad communication with insurance. Did not return calls. Took 3 months for something that should have taken a few weeks. Tried to blame my insurance for their incompetence.

Dan is exceptional to have as the lead on the repairs. He noticed a couple of missed fixes, set up the return date, offered a free rental, and had it fixed the day after I returned the vehicle. Having done autobody work in the past, I was pleased with the workmanship and the paint match. The car is a 2020.

They repaired my civic and did a trash job, I was promised I would be satisfied and my car is looking bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy, they used cheap parts and parts that should’ve been replaced they re used and have fallen apart after a few months. I went back and the dirt bag claimed I bottomed out my car so it’s my fault... so much for full coverage and being happy this has been a lesson in not trusting what these devils promise. No good lying thief’s!!

Lindsay is hands down the best Service advisor I have ever worked with. She was very professional, knowledgeable & polite. She kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process and did everything she could to get my vehicle back to me in a timely manner. I havent had the best luck in the past with Collision repair so its nice to know I have an honest place to take my vehicle in future.

Guys never go here to get your car fixed, they called and told us my parents vehicle is ready we show up it has a check engine light that was not there when we left it to be worked on but it was leaking the antifreeze and they told us we had to take it to the dealership so they can fix the check engine light we were not satisfied with their work what so ever. Wouldnt recommend this place ay ALL.

They painted and installed a new bumper to replaced the damaged one and the paint bled below the tape line on several locations. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

After using misc. Shops in the valley for body, frame, and alignments. I had a car and after visiting numerous shops and missing valuable work time......nothing they reported sounded correct. So after scheduling with Caliber Collision, they were able to identify and submit and est before 1pm that day. They just pulled it in around 10 a.m. needless to say had work done and car has never driven better !!!!!!! Thanks, Chad, Roger, Lindsey and Dan!!!!! You Rock!!!!

Our car got into an accident. We went with Caliber Collision because they were a USAA certified repair shop (we have USAA for our auto insurance).Everything with our insurance was slow and confusing, but once we got our car into Caliber everything went smooth and fast. They gave me updates every other day. And even though our insurance paid for the repair, the total cost was very reasonable.

Great experience.Im always wary and critical of body shops after a super negative past experience and bad workmanship at a different shop, but at the Ogden Abra they were AMAZING! They walked me through everything, kept me updated along the way, and even finished a full week early, with no compromise on quality that I can see. Their lifetime warranty puts my mind at ease, too. The gentleman who did my initial walk-around was a little too down-to-business, and could smile a bit to improve his bedside manner, but I could tell he was being thorough and was good at his job. I am so happy with the work that Im getting my windshield replaced by Abra Auto Glass instead of Safelite, who Id normally would use.
