Nice people. They treat you like family and make u feel important. They also get u in and out not like most dealerships. Jeff was great as well as the others. I would recommend this dealership to people hands down. They knew my budget and did not give me the run around.

You will not find a better dealer experience than David Taylor. The sales team is excellent. They exhausted every avenue to find exactly what I wanted at a fair price. I give them A+ for customer service. .

If you go to David Taylor, Brian is trustworthy and will have your back.

Not sure the service area knows their business

Ray Ralph is an great salesman to work with on purchasing a vehicle. Was able to do all the negotiations over the phone since I live about 2.5 hours away. The truck was just as he told me. On the day of pick up he made sure he went through the truck controls. Making sure we understood how to navigate through the screens.

I went in on a Friday afternoon just to look at a few cars I had seen online. I didnt expect to purchase anything, even though I needed a new car badly. Waylan was out the door within 5 minutes of us being there and he didnt leave our side until I had found what I wanted and was happy! He pulled up the car facts on every car I test drove, gave me professional advice (trust me I needed that lol), and made the buying aspect of my visit super painless. Yes, I did find the perfect car for me! I also have to give a huge 5 stars to the general sales manager, Josh. He did an amazing job of getting my payment where I needed it and made purchasing my first car on my own super painless! To say the least, Im a customer for life. The whole team is amazing and I have nothing but good things to say and recommendations to boot.

My wife was involved in an accident that totaled our minivan. We needed a replacement and the first place we looked was David Taylor Chrysler in Mayfield. Once there I got with Josh the GSM and told him what was going on. Our sons play football together and we have been friends for years. I didn’t receive special treatment because of that, but what I did get was a Top of the Mark experience. My wife has a Great Car and everything was Perfect. So much so, on Saturday, I brought my daughter to David Taylor’s and she traded for a new to her car and the Great Experience just continued !!! Great place for replacement keys and fobs for vehicle.

I was in the market for a vehicle. I was asking the salesman about the price on vehicles and he informed me that the prices of the vehicle were only if I financed with them. So pretty much if I wanted to pay cash or do my own financing they were going to raise the price of the vehicle up on me. If you have an online price I believe you should have to stick by that and not be shady and try to squeeze more money out of people. Just because they maybe able to get a better rate somewhere else. I do not believe this was the salesmans fault but whoever is in charge of pricing is crazy for doing this to people. To me this is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend David Taylor in mayfield to anyone.

Terrible place to try to buy your car from. The finance manger is not on your side. The cars are listed at a certain price but will raise them if you tell them that you are doing your own financing. There were scratches on the vehicles I was looking at. If you are going to sell a vehicle for over $30k then it better be flawless. Nothing about it was flawless. Especially if you have to make a far drive to even come look at it in the first place and then get here and be lied to. The disappointment in David Taylor was very high. I’m sorry for anyone that will work with them as they will not work with you on anything.
