The employees here are extra friendly. They put a lot of attention into customer care and fortunately enough this location wasn’t too focused on up selling me on the “latest and greatest” that my phone had to offer. I was there for a simple upgrade and the store id went to previously tried to sell me everything from phone cases to fitbits, so it was nice not to be hard sold so much.The only thing I disliked about this location was the wait times. I understand places like this can get busy but it’d be nice if Verizon our as much effort into quickly tending to their customers as they do instructing their reps on up-selling it’s customers to death.All in all not a bad place.
I was helped by George. I needed a new screen protector as I dropped my phone. He quickly put a new screen protector on for me. I had an excellent experience. It was quick and he was very kind and competent. I have had two good experiences at this store and will continue to go there.
I had a great experience here! Owen and Zack were so nice and helpful! Literally the sweetest people !!However, as I was waiting for my turn to be serviced I overheard a lady that worked there speaking rudely to zack about the music being too loud and ordering him to “turn that s**** down” !! At first I thought she was the manager but then realized she was just an employee. That is no way to treat your team members especially about something as MINOR as that. it made me feel very uncomfortable. I’m usually not one to write bad reviews but that genuinely bothered me because I later found out he’s new and still training. He handled it very professionally though! I don’t know if people can request team members but if they can they should definitely ask for Zack or Owen :)
I took my sister in to see if we could get my old phone activated with her sim card so I could give it to her. There was an issue with my phone. The young man, Christian, was extremely helpful and patient.As I have managed the Verizon plan and phones for my company as their IT technician, I have gone to this store in person when I needed something done and done well.Christian did not disappoint. My sister ended up looking for deals to just get herself a new phone. He was able to get her some good quotes quickly and even though the process took over an hour and a half, she walked out with a new phone at a great price, thanks to the help of Christian. I recommend working with this guy if you need help
I have a problem with my tablet, I went in to see if they could fix the volume! The speakers were blown! So they said they would send me a new one! Tom w a s very helpful with the problem! This was at the North Olmsted store!Thank you Tom!

Overall pleasant experience. Had multiple upgrades, with accessories, and added a line. Everything went well except for 1 device that required tier 2 support to correct.
Better watch out here as well home office tells you one thing and when you get to the store its another thing. Record conversations so you dont get screwed in the store.
Horrific Customer Service!The Puerto Rican girl that worked here tonight needs to be fired immediately. When a customer walks in its customary to greet the customer. Dont let me walk around the store for 5 minutes knowing full well that theres a sign-up procedure. She very easily couldve let me know the procedure and had someone sign me up. Instead I wasted time thinking that with only 2 customers in the whole store I might be able to get this chore done today. Nope. 5 minutes later some Joe Shmoe comes up, takes my info and asks me to wait in my car. After another 10 minutes (still 3 employees here and 2 customers) I asked for an appointment. The Puerto Rican girl (she spent 5 minutes talking to a previous customer about how ethnic she looked without a mask on...total dribble) rolls her eyes at my impatience, gives me sass, and rudely asks for my contact info. Heres an idea douchers: when theres 2 customers in the store and 3 employees use that 1:1 ratio. Help a customer. If you have a procedure, communicate it. Im fine with things being different because of Covid but this was my chance to sign up with Verizon! Aint doing that now.

There was no wait when we got there. I was helped right away. The Verizon associate took his time to diagnose the issue I was having with my charging pad. He was able to isolate the problem and gave me a new part that solved the problem.
Waited for over an hour post my scheduled time slot. The Verizon store let a walk in come before us! The guy didnt ensure the iphone was up and running for my daughter new phone, so while we were only there (seemed to be rushed out) for 20 minutes, the Verizon rep did very little - and we had to call Apple to assist us with setting up the phone after having to factory reset it. Very poor customer service from this store.
To long of a wait period needs to be better staffed they only can help 2 people at a time make you wait like a restaurant with 40 to 60 minutes of waiting till they might get to you.

Verizon is the worst service I have ever had. I have had it for 3 years and I decided to change my number and my phone didn’t work for a week and I spent HOURS on the phone for many days and they didn’t even do anything they just hung up and then when I go into the store GREAT NORTHERN MALL!! They tell me they can’t do anything and tell me I can do whatever I want with it because it’s my phone so they let me walk out with my phone not working and I had to switch carriers because Verizon is the worst!!!!

The staff and management here are amazing!! I had a little bit of a wait, but after having a horrible experience at another Verizon store, ibwas pleasantly surprised how well the staff took care of me at this store. I will definitely refer people to this store and go back.

First Ill say that the employees are friendly and seem to be understanding of what customers want without trying to force them into a specific purchase. Only downside is the wait time for when youll actually talk to someone. After giving your phone number, youre put in a queue and pretty much just have to stand there pretending to look at phones and other tech you dont want until they come back to ask what youre looking for. But I have to give them credit for their patience dealing with senior citizens who cant decipher their phone from a can of soda.
Actually very nice and very helpful that theyre open until 8. Verizon needs stores opened in various areas w some having later hours and some earlier hours to accommodate everyone. THATS CRITICALLY NEGLECTED SADLY.

I went to this store ready to buy a new phone and just needed a few very basic questions answered. I had done plenty of research before going to a store and new exactly what I wanted. The place was very busy but I was assured that I was on the top of the list. They then continued to help 3 customers before me. I understand that these things happen and was very patient and still excited to buy a phone.Eventually, I worked with Britt who was uninformative, rude, and completely impersonable. She told me that she has worked with the company 6 years but couldnt answer simple questions and was very uncooperative. We had questions about our contract that she could not answer or bother to ask a co-worker. As we walked away from the store my younger sister witnessed Britt throw her tablet in frustration and storm away into the back room. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but the whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating.I recommend going to Best Buy instead.
Ha! I gave this store and a different associate a 5 star last time. Unfortunately, this time was an absolute joke. I recommend you stay away from this location, but if you do decide to take a chance be sure you check your paperwork. What a circus....Update:It took a little too long to get everyone on the the same page, but fully understanding the manager unknowingly walked into a firestorm and couldn’t change what had already happened, he eventually took action to make things right and as a long time customer, that was all I could hope for and appreciate the effort Josh put forth to do just that.The three star rating is the average of the initial one star and the five star effort to offer an equitable solution for what had transpired.Thank you again for making things right.
Fairly quick in and out this time, though I was there when the store first opened. Great customer service. Got a new phone painlessly, and switched up my plan for some decent savings. 4 stars only because Ive come here prior and waisted around for an insane amount of time.

Hands down best experience in a retail cellular shop, and I used to work for one! Granted that was for blue and not red but its all relative. Brian is excellent, bar none the ideal CS rep you want for any company.
I called the store on my lunch break and asked about 2 gizmo watches. I spoke to Josh and he said he would set them aside. Once I arrived at the store I was assisted by him and Lauren. I expressed to them that I wanted to purchase the watches at full retail and NOT enter into a 2 year agreement. There was no logic in paying in full and still be bound by a contract. They practically argued me that I had to get the 2 year agreement and when I mentioned I would instead rather purchase online they lied and said online would not allow me to purchase without a 2 year agreement nor would I get the $50 discount per device. Well, that was obviously not true. I ordered online, got the discount, was not obligated to enter into a contract and went back to that location for in-store pickup as they were one of the few locations with both items. Very unpleasant experience. I understand being on commission but customer service is a part of their duty, also. I will not be coming back.

Walked through the store for 20 mins, was never greeted let alone asked what my purpose for being in the store was today. Then a group that walked in behind me was assisted. Apparently you must be middle aged with kids to be worthy of shopping here. Ill buy my phone elsewhere

Switch AT&T to Verizon to Verizon store at North Olmsted. Got 4 brand new iPhone with 5 lines (business plan). Verizon over charged me with one of the line. Called Laura (sales person) and Valerie Clister (store manager) a million times, left 7 or 8 messages they never call me back not even once. But when I had a chanced to talk Valerie Clister she said shell take care of it. Well, she didnt. I went to this Verizon store three times but still the same. Well, If they dont take care of this problem I will file lawsuit against this Verizon store. I hope the owner read this message and have someone contact me.These people cant be trust they will ignored you after they earned your business. Stay away from this Verizon store.

The store only had one screen protector for an almost new pixel 2. They said they couldnt sell it to me because they couldnt find it in their computer, even though they had it in front of them. They said theyd have to ship it to me and did not even try to fix the situation.
This is a corporate store and they made an adjustment on my phone to try to improve my reception when I am home (I live in a communications dead zone and the fix didnt work... I still cant get a signal in certain parts of my home... Thought those day if standing by a window, were gone.) they also straightened out my voice mail which still isnt showing when I have a message. I now get a text message...but at least it works.The store did their best but the company needs to address these dead zones. A repeater in the area would sure help but I guess they dont want to spend the money on a middle class neighborhood (and this extends beyond our street).
I have had more bad experiences at this store than positive. A few times I have stopped in, I have been taken care of promptly and satisfactory. Most of the time its a 30+ min wait, the staff is rude and not helpful, and just not what I expect from a company that costs as much as they do for service.

I went in with an iPhone 6s that worked perfectly and had a tiny crack that wasn’t even on the screen and it didn’t affect the performance at all, it was barely even noticeable. I wanted to switch from att to Verizon to be on my husbands plan and the sales associate Christian, promised us a great deal on upgrading to the new iPhone 11 and we were all ready to check out and finish up. He seemed very nervous and multiple times said that he needed to ask about different things from another associate, it was very clear that he didn’t know what he was talking about and he was promising us things that he couldn’t follow through with. In the end we canceled the deal. He was very inexperienced, arrogant, and could not answer our questions thoroughly. I am very dissatisfied with him and Verizon at this point. At least ATT has never given me these problems at all. They’re always willing to help and fix any errors.

Normally I avoid customer service like the plague. Was having a recurring problem with my iphone. waited in line for almost an hour, all the while the hostess, Roberta, would walk around and call me by my first name, let me know its only a little while longer and also chit chat a bit. I was not stressed or upset at all by the time It was my turn( not a usual thing for me. She took it upon herself to take care of my issue quickly and professionally. I will definitely continue to use this location from now on.

Picked up a new device at this location. Love the attention to details and the willingness of the staff to help. The location has plenty of demo items to to use and help with your selection. I like the different items they carry beyond phones. Bose bluetooth speakers, even drones.

Wonderful sales associates that were very helpful. However, too many supervisors standing around and hovering over people. Their unappreciative attitude of their customers is disgusting. If they need something to do... Help the people waiting... Friends are encouraging to switch from Verizon based on this experience alone. So sad a group of supervisors can have such a lasting impact.

Got a new Iphone 6s by using the 611 customer service feature because the store only wanted to sell me an $800+ top of the line Iphone. Once I received my new $200+ Iphone I brought it to the store to get help transferring and setting up my new phone. But no....I need to make an appointment for a tech to call me at home cause the guy at the store cant???? I call Bull----!! I am a senior citizen....need some hands on tech help....Verizon has no problem taking my money, but providing customer service??...thank you for nothing. I will have to find someone to help me...and it wont EVER be this or any other Verizon store.

Some of the rudest staff that couldnt be more obvious they had no interest in helping me with my Samsung Galaxy S9. At the old location on Lorain Road they were MUCH more helpful and made you feel like they care about your situation. Will never return and Ive been with Verizon for over 12 years....
I am a business owner and have Verizon products in all my trucks. Im here at this store at least 6 times a week buying new equipment. Eric the store manger is absolutely great and his assistant missy great couldnt ask for a better Verizon store. They are willing to help you every step of the process from buying the phone to hooking up gps in my trucks I had a Verizon wireless customer support 24/7 great work great people great store. ( this is not a robot I am a true person)

Stay away if you can. The people at Crocker Parks Verizon are better. I had to go in here for a SIM card and the lady was rude and dismissive. She actually told me to call around to other Verizon stores to see who had one. Isnt that her job as a customer service rep? I pay $2,000/year just for service (not counting the $800+/- in new gear for the family), and these people have never treated my family well. They only seem interested in commission. If youre not buying something to line their pockets, youre not important. The team at Crocker Park have displayed an eagerness to help customers whether its a SIM card or a new phone.
