Top notch customer service!! The owner of the store took wonderful care of my grandma. He helped her find a nice, afforadable phone without taking advantage of her! He was very patient and took the time to explain the differences to her. Then he helped her transfer her numbers and photos. He also hooked her up with a good deal on a phone case, screen protector and car charger as well! He took just of good care of her a few years back when she got her first smart phone too! Such a sweetheart! We will definitely be repeat customers! Thank you for being an honorable business.
Ive been going here for several years now and the owner has always been kind and very helpful. The store is set up nice, its very clean. Hes very personable. I will only go to this store. I use to go to the one that use to be in Fairview and the store was in shambles, the guy was impatient and rude. He was a rip off. I see why its no longer there. Like I said this store in North Olmsted is the best Ive ever been in. I will continue to take my service and my husbands there. I have friends that will only come to his store and they live many other places further away but they get treated with respect. Thanks for running such a great store and service 🙂
This place is definitely a place to stop if in need of another phone. If you are as wonderful at destroying them as I am then definitely stop here over all of them. Staff has never steered me wrong, cant say that about other stores unfortunately, but I seem to go visit this store a couple times a year, and if you stop in for a phone question or need you will get honest, real help here!! You will always know EXACTLY what you are getting in this store. Thanks for all the great service, i know i will be back hopefully later rather than sooner, for once..
Nice, kind, respectful young man filled w/ the seasonal spirit helped me pay my monthly bill then set up my account for auto withdrawal. Owner was very nice. I called the store and he missed the call; I didn’t leave a voicemail but he still called me back five minutes later, which impressed me. When I went to the store he was super helpful and kind. I had my new phone, switched from Sprint, up and running in no time. Plus it was a great deal for a new iPhone 8.
So few weeks ago I bought the 3rd screen protector for my phone in 45 day span, wasnt going to buy another but he told me if I buy one and it breaks he will replace it for free, I got it and few other things as well, very helpful and accommodating since it has broke again cuz of the design of the phone and protector arent the same but it is the one ment for this phone, and they are replacing it like they said

Jay is a great guy. I have many lines through him for work and for my children. He is honest and upfront with info and prices. I stopped at 3 metro stores to see if prices are the same at each store. One store quoted me 400 something out the door. I paid 220 with jay for the same thing. Beware of other metro stores that try to scam you. Thanks for your help Jay, we will stick with you for all our future phone needs.
I needed an affordable, yet functional phone and came here. Jay not only took care of me, he went the extra mile. If you need a phone, or are less than in love with your current provider, PLEASE do yourself a favor and see Jay. Hell, even if you like your current plan, you may find you like it less after talking to Jay. Hes knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, honest. He truly wants to make customers for life, not just sales.

What a great store. I went in to purchase my wife and I new phones. The owner helped me out and got me taken care of quickly. He really impressed me because my kids asked for a sucker. He did not have any and instead of saying no, he ran 2 businesses down and bought them suckers. Stand up gentlemen. I will do all my business with him. Very impressed! !

I wouldnt trust this guy. He doesnt help and could care less that I was having problems on my network. He wanted to get rid of me so he told me to call customer service. He didnt even try!! He activated a phone and took my money on a service that doesnt work. Buyer be aware .....scam

I wanted to give Metro by t-mobile a chance since they had an online promotion for buying a SIM card and bringing your own phone for a $50 prepaid Visa card. When I received the SIM cards I was prompted from customer service to visit a local store. I wanted to call before I stop in to see if they were able to assist me with porting my number. The guy that answered the phone sounded very rude. He barely listened to me on the phone and contained a very arrogant tone the entire conversation. He was helping other customers in his store but he should put me on hold if he had a lot on his plate.The store representative informed me that I can stop in if I pay for an activation fee plus tax not including prepaying a month of service for 2 lines. I asked him for an amount that I needed to pay to start service and yelled, well I dont know until I process it on the computer. I was frustrated by his tone so I told him that I dont need to be treated like Im worthless and hanged up the phone. He had the nerve to call me back saying, dude I aint yelling when clearly he was being hostile.Never in my life did anyone treat me like Im dumb and talk down on me from someone working customer service. Due to this experience I gave my business to at&t. I am certain the man from the store will try to cover up this review and say that I am extending the truth. He needs an evaluation and better customer service skills since T-Mobile network isnt comparable to at&t or Verizon. Personally, I rather pay a little extra to get treated with dignity and respect. They should really step up and take accountability for the negative actions to do better business. Treat customers like they are always right not low lifes relying on a free phone. I dont need a free phone as I clearly stated I have my own to bring.RESPONSE BACK TO THE OWNER:I dont need free anything from your ran down looking shop. Your representation is very immature. You dont call a customer a bully and act like a tough guy over the phone or on the web.You work in a customer service based environment and you cant handle an insult or pressure. Maybe you should consider something else since you clearly arent cut out for it. All you couldve said was I cant waive the activation fee but feel free to come in and I will be able to help as best as I can.If you think its hilarious that I got upset with your arrogant tone then you are very ignorant and immature. YOU would be better off running a soup kitchen with your demeanor. At&t is very professional and knows how to handle multiple customers at once. Consider learning from the best.P.S.S.I am having a great weekend due to getting the service I needed with awesome support. Im sorry you cant put the effort towards your service aptitude. I was in the store when this person below Rajina Thompson came in. Lady was a complete mess. She was complaining that her Verizon phone wasnt working at home and was blaming the metro pcs owner. She proceeded to verbally assault the owner as she gave hin the finger and walked out. The metro pcs owner handled himself with great poise and dignity and was nothing but respectful. He is a true professional. I have been coming here for years and will continue because his service and professionalism is unmatched.
The only MetroPCS I will go to, the owner is very knowledgeable and the customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend getting your next phone from here.

I visited this location yesterday with my uncle, and I was very unhappy with the service. The employee at the store was very unprofessional. He was eating sun flower seeds while talking to us and spitting in a cup. When I asked him for a flayer that contains the terms and condition, he told me you can always look online. Overall he was not helpful.
This guy is one of the biggest scams in all of metropcs stores. This guy took our account number and told us its his property. Tried to scam us out of money. Told us we couldnt do the 2 lines for $80 tried to charge us all this money for a free phone. Went to another metropcs and they gave us the phone for free and did the 2 lines for 80. This is the second time this guy tried to scam me never again will I got back to him.
I specifically went to this location based on a stellar recommendation from another customer of his.He wasnt too pleased that I decided against adding a line to the plan. He did not seem thrilled that I declined the case and screen protector for an extra $40+.I made a comment about purchasing another phone elsewhere and dealing with activation myself, not too sure he understood what I meant, but at that point I just wanted to get out of there because he was acting pushy and miffed.Seemed a bit confrontational, I refused to engage that mess. Im pretty good at reading people and usually can understand the vibe coming from them.He kept on saying stuff in an unpleasant tone as I was leaving.I said nothing more than have a nice day as I was leaving. I was not rude at any point during my visit.Pretty sure he called me a few choice words after I left.Wont be back.Dude in Fairview by Giant eagle is 100% more respectful.Edit:Will not remove this review.Please take responsibility for your attitude and demeanor. I expected more coming into your store today.I am really not concerned with what you do or do not have on video.I dont want cell phone accessories and whatever else youre selling pushed on me like a used car salesman.Im sorry you do not understand this, but people dont like that stuff, and I feel bad for the people who cant say no.... Because you asked me three times about accessories.No means no, man.Edit #2:Before you decide to visit this particular location or any other authorized dealer location to make a purchase, make sure you call MetroPCS and speak with a representative to ensure youre not getting shafted on the in - store prices.I called MetroPCS after my visit to this guys store. Found out that Jay was about to charge me DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF WHAT IT WOULD NORMALLY COST TO ADD A FOURTH LINE WITH THE FREE PHONE PROMOTION.The metroPCS representative told me that if I ran into this problem again, to call metroPCS while Im in the store.I added a third line about one year ago, and did not take advantage of the free phone promotion. I did this at the Fairview park location. It still cost me less than the price jay quoted me.
