My I phone shut down on me the other day and I started looking for a place to purchase a battery, checked the Apple store to get a price. Then checked I Phone Mend. I didnt have to drive very far, didnt need an appointment. Upon entering I was greeted and welcomed by a nice gentleman. I told him how my phone had been acting up and he replaced the battery immediately. Total cost with tax was less then the Apple store. The battery on my iPhone 8 was not holding a charge and the battery needed to be replaced. I called iPhone- Mend and they said bring it in, and they would have it repaired in 2 - 3 hours. The battery was replaced within the specified time and the price for the repair was very reasonable. They do a great job!

If you also made the mistake of not purchasing the warranty with your iPad you’ll quickly find it costs almost as much to get a screen repair as to purchase a new one! I just Recently broke my iPhone X screen. This would be my fourth time coming here to get my screen replaced. (I know I need to learn how to take better care of my phones) Every time I have to come here. I always get fastest service and they are very friendly. No doubt they are the cheapest in town. Took my pc there to get fixed when i had messed up my computer trying to fix an issue. THey fixed both problems and had it back to me the next day. Reasonable rates as compared to chains like Geek squad who wouldnt even let me bring the pc in for a week even though I had a service contract with them. They fixed both problems on my pc and its been running fine since. He also told me what went wrong so I understand what to do in the future.

Great little shop, quick and courteous.Mike replaced the (badly) broken screen on my sons iPhone SE, as well as replacing the damaged home button. The whole thing took about 30 minutes.The shop itself is just a small office in a nondescript building (near Fish Furniture). Dont be put off by the lack of front-end glitter. Mike isnt interested in selling you gadgets and accessories -- he wants to fix your phone, and he does it well and for a reasonable price.

Excellent experience. Called ahead for appointment. They had one right away. New screen put on my 6S+ in about 35 minutes. Best rates in town and they had my screen in stock, which many others did not and had to order. Would absolutely recommend and will return if my kids decide to play catch with anymore of my devices.

I should be giving this one star, but the price and timely manner prevent that.Mind you The service done to my iPhone 5s was quite a few months ago, if not longer, so exact details as far as time and pricing I cannot provide. I had a badly cracked screen, and got scheduled for a repair pretty quickly.The repair only took a few hours and most of that was due to him having prior repairs to finish.When I returned to pick up my phone, he explained to me that damage had been done to the body of the phone and he had to try bending it back into shape to allow the new screen to sit properly. I had no issue with this.The issue I had, was that after paying for the service and walking out with my phone, I very shortly realized that my phones speaker (for normal phone calls) did not work. The speaker phone worked, but the normal one did not, and this was not an issue prior to the repair.I called to ask what could be done, and I was told that I would have to schedule and pay full price for another repair, to which I had just paid (I believe around) $80 or so for the initial repair.I was very displeased with this. Makes for bad business when you break something that youre suppose to fix and offer no compensation, a discounted price at the very least... Reluctant to give more of my money away in fear of more problems, have dealt with all phone calls via speaker phone ever since. Yes, yes, time to get a new phone I know.

I had issues with my iPhone on Saturday morning. I emailed Mike at 4:47 PM (EST) and he responded by 6:14 PM (EST) instructing me to come by on Monday. When I arrived Mike was friendly and discussed the iPhone issue with me. I dropped the phone off and within an hour or so he called me with the diagnosis and an estimated time of pick up. I live in Central Texas and called a repair store in San Antonio and they said that is was so complicated that they would need to send it off and could expect my iPad (broken screen) back in 7-10 days. I was greeted nicely right when I came in the door. I discussed my iPhone issue and right away they started working on it. They also kept me updated on my phone throughout the process which I very much appreciated. Mike was honest and told me something else other than the screen on my boyfriends iPhone needed to be fixed. So I took some time to discuss it with my boyfriend before going with the service yet. I was charged a $37 diagnosic fee because I did not get the service done that day. (I am saying this to just be aware to be sure you want your service done here first before having them work on your device! ) But that can be “waived” or applied towards your service if you come back in. Which I already knew I was coming back!Fast forward:We came back and decided to get my old iphone screen repaired and his motherboard and screen repaired. I did have to call Mike a day before so he could order the motherboard before we came in. The service was fast and friendly! Both phones were done within an hour or actually maybe less and at a great price! It was the best price quoted! I really appreciated the authenticity and how professional the business was! Weve need a few phone repairs in the past several months. Mike has been extremely professional, helpful and very reasonably priced. He has provided accurate quotes, made the repairs quickly, and called us to let us know the repaired devices were ready for pickup. He even advised us that a specific iPhone repair that would be cheaper at the Apple store than through him, as he could not obtain the part required at a reasonable rate yet (iPhone parts are not widely available until 6 months to a year after the model is released). We will not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family who are in need of a phone repair.
