After Airport Infiniti was sold, their headquarters, Mercedes Benz of North Olmstead, refuses to refund a GAP cancellation.

I drive to MB of North Olmstead 1.25 hours passing Kempthorn & Gamley Mercedes to get me GL63 serviced. Their service is 2nd to none.

This review is for the Collection Auto Group GMC Dealer located in Beachwood. I was greeted by the salesman politely and I inquired about a new GMC Sierra. Salesman took me through the options and was really through explaining to me the certain discounts. I made it CLEAR before sitting down that I was SHOPPING AROUND AND NOT SIGNING TODAY. He put some numbers together for me and I told him.... let me sit on it for a few days and see if I can do it. He than got the sales manager to speak with me. The sales manager was extremely pushy for me to sign papers for about an hour and I kept telling him I need to think about it. He than started prying me on how much I make a year and my other finances. I was appalled that I was arguing my personal finances because all they wanted to do was sell me something that I may or may not be able to afford.I work in customer service and I meet a lot of people everyday...if anyone tells me they are looking for a car/truck I tell them to stay away from the Collection Auto Group. My experience was absolutely terrible and severely lack in customer service.

This group is a bunch of crooks. I put a down payment on a car last week. Then they decided to sell it over the weekend while I was waiting for them to finish up the paperwork on their end. Stay away!!!!
