I made an appointment to drop off my VW and asked if they provided loaner cars with service, I was told they did. Took my car in told the service advisor Kathryn that it might be an o2 sensor since I had gone through this before she dismissed this saying there was no way. Okay then I asked if I could have a loaner car while mine was being looked at, NOPE we have none we book those months in advance Im told. So I scramble to find a ride which whatever I was more upset about how rude this woman was. It was test drove o2 sensor needed replaced and catalytic converters I came and picked my car up. I didnt appreciate the way I was treated at the service station and the fact that not one person can even greet you when you walk in the door I will be taking my business elsewhere thanks best 100 bucks I ever spent.

I have yet to be dissatisfied with their service department! Also theres free doughnuts.
