They were very helpful, they did everything they could to make sure that the part or tools that I was looking at were the tools I needed and the part that fit my vehicle. The tools options, they have a wide collection of tools for DIY projects. I have been working on cars for past 6 years and can definitely agree that they had my back when I was working on my projects and had all the right tools I needed. Their car parts also made high quality and they have different brand parts. Very satisfied.

Terrible. I bought a bad can of fix a flat and when I used it in their parking lot and found it was bad. I amen then to replace it and they refused. Tried to tell me it was my fault that trigger on the can was bad. Wont ever go back there.

They gave me the wrong part when I took it back very easy be refunded. I asked for a belt bypassing the air condition unit he gave me a regular belt when I brought it back he said well the computer didnt give me that option well that would have been nice for him to tell me . I got the belt from another auto parts store that knew it didnt offer that option but knew what other belt would work.

Dummy on the phone couldnt help without knowing the specific number or application - seriously Im just looking for a valve for an oil pan to replace the plug (screw on one side, valve in the middle, hose connection on the other side).Said I was more than welcome to come in and look at all the drain plugs he had when I specifically said I dont want to plug but I have one to match up the drain pan thread size.This dummy just wanted to fight me every step of the way didnt want to look to see anything at all and I dont have time to take it over over there or money to waste if you dont even have a clue what Im talking about.

Looking for something specific and it was on top shelf and employee was kinda rude when it came to getting item down.

Stopped here because as we were exiting the freeway our car advised us our break lights had stopped working, and this was the closest parts store. The main cashier was on the phone the whole time, we needed assistance because we could not find the recommended bulb on the shelf. We waited several minutes for another associate to assist us. We had to approach the counter and interrupt him. Less than friendly, less than helpful. We did eventually get him to check in the back and he found our bulb. We will only visit this location again in an emergency situation.

Associates are always very helpful particularly with diagnostics. However you have to block the drive when they come out to your car because its in a strip mall and you have to pull to the front door. A little inconvenient but otherwise a great place to get parts.

They test and install several things here, they have a good team here very,very helpful. Not had any trouble getting anything i needed for a repair.

Nothing new, if you dont get a manager or assistant theres not much help there. If you know what your looking for they might have it.

Ordered blower motor as online pickup because the 20% discount which was in stock. When i installed the blower it was a good fit but when i turned it on there wasnt any air comming thru the vents turned out the part was for the rear which is my fault and i admit it because when i ordered it it said exact fit for your 2007 e150 and I didnt read where it said rear. When i went back to see if i can get a refund or exchange i was told because i installed it theres nothing that could be done. Kinda of a disappointment because this store is right down the street and it was the place I always bought my parts from. So i ended up going to Autozone and bought the correct blower motor but still stuck with the blower i bought from advanced auto. Sorry to say but after allthe years of buying parts from this place. I will never go back.

Lied to me about having a Bosch alternator when in fact it wasnt a Bosch alternator at all, but since my mechanics where waiting for the parts I had to take the junk alternator. Not pleased and no stars.

I have been a loyal advance customer for a few years now, however I had found it increasingly difficult to get the filter/oil deals to work for me. I was informed due to the filter i have (a paper filter with no metal cartridge) that I am not eligible for the discounted rates no matter which oil filter i buy. Although the clerk was very nice his only solution was I buy it or I dont. The 30 dollar deal would be 45 for me, so I went to the Autozone in North Olmsted where the same deal with an stp filter instead of purolater was 28 dollars. Thanks advance auto for making there one less store to choose from. Try autozone they will treat you right.A former loyal customer.
