Stopped at AutoZone/North Olmsted to pick up some auto detailing supplies and on one of the spray bottles the trigger on the sprayer was missing. AutoZone replaced it and they even gave me $10 for my headache. Good guys there!

Extremely poor communication over the phone. Tried to order parts for a brake job to pick up and was told all but one part was available, with the one part able to arrive the next day. Upon arriving the next day to pick up the completed order, I was advised they did not hold any other parts except the one part that required shipping, causing confusion and wasting everyones time.Update: apparently no one is working at the regional office.

My car wouldnt start when I was leaving Walmart in North Olmsted. I contacted roadside through my insurance and was started back up instantly. I drove to nearby AutoZone on Lorain where I was able to have my battery, alternator and starter tested for free. I called store after arriving and spoke to John. He came out right away and provided the best service I have ever received from an AutoZone. He tested my battery which was good and went over and beyond by cleaning cables which helped improve connection. He successfully tested my alternator and starter which both passed. Thank you John for providing me with exceptional customer service and curbside assistance without ever having to leave my car.

Excellent! Fixed my Gas cap, 1 2 3 and I was on my way! No charge since I bought the cap there!Yippee!!!

The staff are always super helpful and they always follow up with me a as soon as my parts come in.

I had the wrong year for my girlfriends car, and thus got the wrong oil filter. I needed to go to a different location to exchange it, but had no printed receipt. The clerk was able to sort out a solution, and I was able to get the correct part. I was very grateful for their extra effort to work this all out.

So nice to see a woman working there. I had a bad experience one time with a man at another Auto Zone and was treated poorly because I was a woman. Tina was friendly and knowledgeable.Thanks for all your help Tina; women like me appreciate a woman like you!

Just wanted to say that I had the best experience at this Autozone. Aaron went above and beyond with my car and I will definitely continue to come back to this location. His customer service was great and he was able to diagnose a problem with my car within 5 minutes that several mechanics could not figure out after several days. I also want to say that the manager James was also super friendly and nice on the phone when I talked to him. Thanks for a wonderful experience, I went back to the mechanic and told them the issue Aaron figured out, and voila, my car is running great again.

That is where my family goes for things we need for our cars. The employees are extremely helpful and if you are looking for something specific will do whatever they can to help you find it. I love how they help with small things like checking oil. They are knowledgeable and if they dont know something will go the extra mile to figure what they need to out. I also like how they sometimes have low cost kits for things like oil changes.

Conveniently located close to my parents house where I can get in and out without any difficulty while here visiting. They were very helpful and responsive over here and the prices are on par with many other stores so it pays to shop here. Especially when you are in a hurry. Many thanks for a job well done!

Crooks! Reason i say this is because both oReillys and auto zone tested my battery. OReillys told me the truth. They said your battery is still taking a charge and doesnt need replacement. OReillys said just trickle change it. Autozone said the battery was bad and also the starter. Lol there no test for starter so how did he know this for sure? Autozone are crooks, plain and simple avoid them. I recommend OReillys!

Dont bother. Rude, misquoted the prices. Online prices are way off from stores. Had better offer from another company and decided to move on. Dont even ask for a price match, they acted like I was stealing from them! Go to Advanced Auto.

This place is easy to find and very easy access off Lorain Rd in North Olmsted. It has a great selection of all sorts of auto needs, not to mention, its own parking lot so that parking near the entrance, getting in and getting out are never a problem. I very much appreciate the knowledge of the staff over auto products and problems. They even offer free services, such as battery checks, for those busy times in your life.

They have the worst service every time I come to this place I asked about my emergency brake she was so lazy thelat she couldnt come out and help me out!! When I bought a/c pro for my truck the other day old guy didnt know what he was talking about and he couldnt help me!

My car always needs something and I can just walk in buy it and they install it (this time it was a battery). I had them replace my wipers and light bulbs in the past too. They always did a good job and I can be on my way quickly.

I showed up, they were busy. John was very helpful, came out to my car to diagnose the problem. The manager was alright, but John seemed more knowledgeable. John really deserves a raise. I was impressed with how he went out of the way to assist me.

I went to get a oil change special for my Audi and the red shirt guy at the counter had a horrible attitude and said he is a Master Mechanic and doesnt like Audis, when he went to look up my car he told me they dont sell oil for Audis .Ive been a customer at the store since it first opened I did call and complain to corporate. Ive told all my friends and family that own Audis not to go there..

My car battery died tonight and the two guys working at the North Olmsted location went above and beyond to help me and made replacing my car battery an easy process. The freezing temperatures didnt stop Joe from replacing my battery and I greatly appreciate that. Awesome people working at this location!

Worst place, went in there because my dad bought a part for my car, I had to go back because it wouldn’t fit. The lady INSISTED that it was the correct part and even tried to tell me how far it was suppose to go in, when in reality it is suppose to fit all the way in. I went over to OReillys and they got me the correct thing I need SUPER FAST. Will be going to OReillys from now on.

Just like most parts stores. They have a couple guys that know what they are doing. Check and double check your stuff. Ive made many trips back due to part number issues or whatever. They arent called autostoned for nothing.
