If I could rate 10 Stars i would. this is an amazing company. i own a local auto repair shop in Kingman, AZ. Being a business owner is stressful enough, so when it came to my new shop i was constantly looking for someone to install my lifts. I found this place and am so glad i did. These people are amazing and go above and beyond and take such pride in what they do, I wish more people in todays world did. Lance and his partner who came to install the lifts were very honest, friendly, and professional as they come. I ran into an issue with one of my lifts and Laura helped me not only figure it all out but took time to help me out of her busy day to find me another lift and get me on the schedule for installation. What a great woman to deal with very helpful, professional, and just all-around great human being, her determination and drive to help me says a lot about her, and her team and this company. I will never look any further than them, highly recommend for any shop needs. These people tale great pride in their work! Thank you all again!!!

I called Expert Automotive Equipment because I was looking for a local car lift installation company for my business to display a car.When they asked if I had purchased a lift yet and I informed them I hadn’t and gave them the price that the other company quoted me, the sales guy gave me his pricing and to my surprise their pricing was actually better! I then decided to purchase my lift and installation through Expert Automotive Equipment.They had a very knowledgeable installation team that came out very quickly and got the job done quick. We have had it installed for a couple weeks and their guy even came and inspected it for safety! It’s a purchase I definitely didn’t have any buyers remorse with.

Great service!This company is located in North Las Vegas but they deliver to Laughlin and in to Arizona. I needed some other equipment from North Las Vegas to be delivered to the same location as the lift I bought from them and they let me put it on the truck saving me a hefty freight expense.I tried to save money by installing the 4 post car lift by myself. I am pretty handy and fairly strong and was able to install it in about a day but it was a tough day Im going to be feeling for a while. If you have any question about your ability, let the pros do it for $600. My lift had a shipping weight of near 2,000 lbs and one piece that has to be lifted about 2 probably weighs about 800 lbs. If you arent familiar with moving bulky and heavy items with sharp corners and edges that want to cut and pinch you, this isnt the project to learn on.The delivery was more eventful than I expected. I wasnt clear that the driveway to my building is dirt and their forklift does not do well on dirt so the delivery crew offloaded the forklift on the street, moved the lift from the flatbed on to the trailer the forklift was on and then we were able to slide the lift off the trailer on some Auto-dolly wheel skates that I brought for just such a problem.The crew was great dealing with the difficult situation I sprung on them. I couldnt ask for anything better.After that hard day of assembling my lift, I did a successful test lifting it to full height, lowering it completely and then using the caster kit to position the lift exactly where I want it.In the end, I needed a lift, Expert Automotive Equipment was the lowest price local distributor, they did me a big favor by hauling the other equipment and the delivery crew worked hard to drop the lift in my building. After assembly, Im happy with my new lift and I doubled my storage.My alternative was to rent additional storage space for about $2,100 a year. I have wanted a lift for a long time so even though the lift cost more than that, I look at that savings as a huge discount on the price of a lift.

My husband and I decided to find a way to put all our cars in the garage due to the upcoming summer heat. We found Expert Automotive Equipment as we seen them putting up a 4 post car lift in our neighbors garage. The installers were very kind and called the office where Laura reached out to my husband within min, and had the owner out to do a free site evaluation. 1 week later we are now a 3 car garage instead of 2. Ordered a car lift to be installed in my new garage. Dave the salesperson was courteous and professional and we agreed upon a price and time of installation. Crew shows up a day early without notice and I have to have them come back the next day when we originally scheduled the appt. They show up the next morning on time and after instructing the crew where they need to drive to stay on hard ground they didnt listen and got their truck and trailer stuck and I mean stuck. After four hours they call me to inform me they had gotten the truck out of they but wanted to reschedule? I said cancel my order which they then said they would install the lift which they did. Upon leaving the site they left the ruts that they created behind without even attempting to fix them even though i provided rakes and shovels. Now I am left to clean up their mess! Not happy with the installation crew. Cannot recommend them when theyt dont care about how they leavce a job site.

I needed to get a lift for my new shop. These guys were amazing! Scotts knowledge and insights saved me a bunch of money and there was never any pressure from them. When the guys showed up to install the lift, I was very surprised by their expertise and professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get a lift or any other equipment from them.

Had the guys from Expert Automotive Service come and install our 14K drive on hoist today. They were right on time, kept us up to date on how everything was going and for a very fair price. Wonderful group of young men! Decided to get a lift and the office helped me find the right lift for my needs. Shortly after their amazing and professional installers came and installed at my house. They installed it perfectly, efficiently and in a timely manner. They had their ALI inspector come and check it for safety and it has been a great investment.

We use EXPERT AUTOMOTIVE for all our shop equipment. Being a luxury brand dealership, we pride ourself on our workmanship and customer service as does EXPERT AUTOMOTIVE. Our dealership was remodeled in 2016. This included installation of 30 inground racks, over 70 reels with water, air, drop lights, and oil at each stall, compressor and air dryer, waste and fresh oil system, waste antifreeze, etc...We had multiple issues for years after the remodel from leaking rack pumps, sticking pump relays, inferior reels that failed within a month.... an absolute nightmare after a multiple million dollar remodel. The company that did the install was from a different state and did very little to help after they were finished with the install. EXPERT straighten out everything out and has maintained our shop since. The office manager Laura fought Balcrank to warranty out the defective parts for the reels even after the warranty had been expired over a year. Laura prove a design flaw and had Balcrank send the updated parts. She is an amazing person who has always went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service. Sebastian is extremely talented and knowledgeable. Dakota is always prompt and informative throughout all of his repairs as is Emilio. Scott is brilliant and has always taken the time to answer any of my questions. The entire team at EXPERT AUTOMOTIVE sets the bar. We have dealt with many shop equipment companies and none of them can hold a candle to EXPERT AUTOMOTIVE. We thank them for all that they do for us!

My husband purchased a lift from this company called and Laura is getting it all taken care of.

Very nice people, very bad service. Not sure who exactly is supposed to be the expert considering they installed the car lift incorrectly. They then said they needed to charge extra to finish installation (putting on the chain once I got a new one) even though I had paid full installation fee the day of delivery and had been told they would just come back and put the chain on once I got it. Did not show up on time once (which is fine if they had just said theyd call before coming but no, they gave me a specific time each time and then were late by 2-3 hours). Either way, ended up doing job myself to avoid more mistakes and wasted time, especially after I was told that the misaligned lift was not their guys fault, but the fact that the lift had no chain at the time (didnt realize you need a chain to be able to measure and align two posts, seems like the chain would just be the proof that youve measured correctly afterward. Anyway, feel free to try your luck with this company.

This company was asked to come out to my friends house and give a quote and to wright a letter to his insurance company as to how my truck fell off of his car lift. Scot Salisbury came out and looked at the lift and gave a quote to my friend and later wrote a letter to the insurance company with out looking at my truck. I called Scot and asked him to come and look at my truck and he said he would but it was like pulling teeth it took over two months. When he did come to look at my truck he did agree with I told him about the trunk being lifted by my friend in the wrong spot on the frame and that was why it fell off and he said he would wright a amended letter stating to that fact. Trying to get a letter out of him was not going to happen as now he doesnt want to wright a letter that will conflict what he has already stated. This is hie responice to me after SIX months of trying to get this taken care of. WOW not a way to do business at all, we will see if he will show up to court and say the wright thing.(Danny- Concerning your request for me to revise my statements made to First American Property & Casualty Insurance Company; I regret to inform you I will not be allowed to formally make any statements to conflict what I have already stated. I stand by the point that the lift itself did not fail, nor did the arms slide part causing the lift to fail in its intended use. I have been sought after by this and several other insurance companies as an EXPERT when it comes to lift. My opinion and experience is only valid from an installation and lift manufacturers recommended use, and that is what I have provided already on this request.If I was present at the time that this event happened, or had been called to help assess the initial mishap; I could provide that view. If I (as a Business Operator) had installed the lift or even sold the lift; I could offer you more support. Unfortunately, I have already given my statement to the insurance company and lift owner and cannot then give another recount of the actions based on pictures and what I saw on your vehicle.I feel you have all the information and physical proof, for any party to do their due diligence and come to a similar conclusion that you have stated. I am just not able to attach my name and company to that exposure, due to the likelihood of negative recourse in a situation that I have no part in.)

VERY UNHAPPY. SCREWED UP ARE FIRST LIFT BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION AND LACK OF SAFETY STICKERS. WAS NOT OSHA APPROVED. EMPLOYEES NEVER MADE CONTACT WITH MANAGER BEFORE THEY STARTED OR AFTER THEY FINISHED. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. AND SINCE THEY DID THE FIRST LIFT WRONG WE HAD TO GET NEW CONCRETE LAID, WHICH COST IN THE THOUSANDS. DIDNT GET NOT ONE SORRY OR ANYTHING. OH AND WHEN THEY FINALLY INSTALLED THE SECOND LIFT THEY REFUSED TO INSTALL HOW WE REQUESTED. IF YOU LIKE TERRIBLE SERVICE THIS IS YOUR PLACE.

We purchased our shop lift from these guys about a year ago and I must say it not only was a hassle free experience Jackson was amazing and very knowledgeable along with great customer service, plus we have had 0 problems with our equipment!
