OMG!! This was the WORST. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! I had my hood prop stolen off my car here and they have yet to replace it. Had my car here for 10 days, they threw my old parts away after ENSURING me that they were in a box in my car (they lied the entire time) 5 days later the car was back in the shop for the SAME ISSUE!! SPARE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!

I went to AA auto center as a referral from the smog check center. I spoke with the manager and I explained to him there was a failed smog check and that I needed repairs done to fix the problem with my car. The manager checked my car. And he said I needed to repair my timing chain and this would fix the problem and afterward it would pass the smog check. I agreed to pay $1658 to fix the car so I could get my smog passed. It took them almost one week to fix the car. When they finished the manager told me that I had to drive the car for two days and then come back to get the smog certificate. I came back after two days and they put it on the machine and they told me it automatically failed because my light wasn’t working. So he said he was going to connect it to a different machine to see if it they could find anything else. I waited for 2 hours and nothing happened. I want them to fix my problem or return my money.

I went into AA Auto this morning for the first time to get my brakes done. They were squeaking very bad. Chuck the manager, I believe his name is, was very knowledgeable, helpful, kind and professional. He took the time to make me understand everything since I dont know much about cars... and Im always afraid Im going to get taken advantage of or get ripped off.I will definitely be returning to this shop for all my automotive needs. I also will be referring the shop to all of my friends and family. Definitely five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟!!!

AA Auto care is the worse and the most dishonest auto shop I have ever deal with. I paid for 3 services. First of all I did balancing and had to go back twice as my car still was shaking at 65 miles per hour and they didnt fix it, I had to pay to somebody else to fix it. The second service was to change the transmission oil and they left a leaking my car didnt have. They said it was not their fault, so I had to pay to somebody else to fix it. The third service was to find and fix a gas smell. They changed the fuel pump and some other parts. The car never stop smelling to gas. They said I was going to smell gas for long time because the leaking impregnated the tank. I found the car was still leaking and they just said it was for a different reason, so now I have to pay again to somebody else. 3 services done wrong. Draw your conclusion.

My new repair shop! After signing in with the friendly guy at the front desk, my car was pulled in rather quickly. After a few minutes, I was called to go over the inspection on my car. The manager- Chuck, showed me everything wrong with my vehicle while it was in the air. He was very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Not too many shops actually go over your vehicle in front of you and show you what’s wrong. Highly Recommend!

I went here for an oil change. That price was great. They also inspected my car for repairs. They showed me everything wrong however, the prices are unbelievable! So high.

I took my car in for an oil change and was told it would only take an hour. I came back after two hours, but nothing had been done to my car. They even claimed that they never told me it would be an hour. Very bad service. I do not recommend it. If I could, I would put zero stars.

Horrible. Terrible. Total rip off artists. 6700 dollars prepaid for engine rebuild, ac compressor and other work. Its been sitting for well over a year. They claim to have done the work, but it was never done. Window left rolled down, doors left unlocked, new tire now has a hole in it and left flat, car doesnt even run anymore. Someone broke my steering column. The longer it sits the more damaged it gets. What kind of place is this? Still sitting after well over a year and a half.

My cousin took her car to this place they looked at and told her she had all these problems wrong with it but she didnt have the money right away so what she did was take it back when she got it paid for one thing to get fixed they had her car for weeks and she felt like they where going to charge her for extra things even tho the manager said he was so she started to record there conversations everytime they talked because she thought something wasnt right in every conversation he would tell her that her car was ready but when she went to pick it up it was something else wrong with in every recording he tell her that he will fix all the extra problems that she had with the car because it took so long without charge when she got her car back she had a transmission leak and her car was still running bad now shes talking to a lawyer to see what she can do you take her car for almost 2 months and fix NOTHING I would not recommend you alll to take your car here

Dropped my red Jeep Cherokee off in the morning. Came back later that day with a twenty dollar bill. I was able to pay for my oil change and tip the mechanic $5 from my twenty dollar bill. They didnt attempt to upsell any nonsense, but I did ask him to look at my rear suspension and they mustve been so busy they forgot. I checked my car afterwards, the filter was replaced and the oil was changed. Couldnt have done it in my own driveway for cheaper. Good deal, but for that good deal I wouldnt expect a thorough inspection without specifically asking for one. Ill be back, maybe during a morning that isnt busy so they can spend more time looking over my car to have other repairs addressed. Friday morning was busy, many people waiting on for their oil change to be completed, I do not recommend waiting in the lobby for your car, it puts unnecessary stress on the mechanics and staff. When someone is rushing they are more likely to make mistakes or overlook things needing repairs, even after you specifically asked for those things to be looked at. Overall great service. I will be back.

Don’t take your car here trust me they’ll just charge you so much for just a little thing and for no damn reason at all so don’t take it here.

My wife went in to solve a problem . The technician called and told me the total estimate was $4400 he claimed he could get it lower, $2400 . Yes he got it lower by not doing the whole job . Original problem was a bad vibration, claimed motor and transmission mounts, okay . Did a lot of work but not the mounts,got the car back with the same problem.

Highly over priced they told me a part cost $650 for a/c compressor when brand new with full set up is $189 they wanted to triple the price of the part

BEWARE. If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve never had such a terrible experience as I have had in this shop. For starters, I had a vibration in my DRIVER front tire. I took it over and had them take a look. They told me it was a tire out of balance. No problem. I had a warranty on the tires so I elected to have the tire shop have a look, but still paid them FIFTY DOLLARS just to lube the grease ports after being made to feel bad for not spending any money on the “free” diagnostic (should’ve been my red flag). After the tire store confirmed that it had nothing to do with an unbalanced tire, I returned for a re-diagnosis of the issue. At this point, I was notified that it was the locking hub (4x4) on the driver side. I opted to buy the part myself, and the manager said he would price match whatever part I found (probably from a junkyard). I agreed and signed the paperwork to get the repair done. I dropped the truck off and picked it up the next day. To my dismay, the noise and vibration were still there. I took the truck back a third time and had the pleasure (NOT) of dealing with THE MOST unprofessional “manager” I’ve ever spoken with in my entire life. This manager, Chuck, laughed me out of the store calling me “Mr. Expert” when I notified him that his mechanic replaced the WRONG bearing - saying that the vibration was shifting from the driver side to the passenger side (yes, on a part that is NOT correlative to the opposite side). The same mechanic left all the internal paperwork in my truck CONFIRMING that a DRIVER hub needed replaced, but still replaced the passenger side anyway. Having no luck with Mr. Professional (Chuck), I reported the charge to my credit card company - who disputed the charge. Since then, the shop forged fake documentation that I agreed to a passenger bearing replacement. My attorney and the state are looking into this thankfully. It’s not even the money that bothers me. I have plenty. It is the fact that this company is so poorly run and falsely takes advantage of people. Such a shame. And for a grand finale, I replaced a WARPED ROTOR on my drivers side and the noise went away. Please, whatever you do, do NOT fall victim to this place while Chuck is still in charge. AA Auto, or JK Auto?

I took a strut in to be put together and the technician did not torque the nut down properly. As you can see by the shadow in two of the pictures, it was no where near tight enough.

Do not come here! You go there to fix one problem then they return your car with more problems and they try to over price you for issues they caused.

I was recently at this location, took my car for a check engine lightWas quoted $384 for a part that did not exist at all. I was very upset because now I feel was way over charged for work I had done before. I truly trusted them but now know better. He will seem very friendly but will get you look .out.

Horrible experience! I’ll never go back there ! Went back for a check up because my check engine light was on and I needed to have my car ready to pass the smog test. They ended up doing the smog test first thing when I knew it wouldn’t pass it and STILL charged me for it. Once that was done they said I had an oil leak (nice found the problem) BUT said it’d cost almost $1400 to repair(by the way, one of the guys kept pressuring me into getting a credit card to be able to pay for it all). I don’t know a lot about cars but that sounds like A LOT of money so I made some phone calls. I end up taking it to a mechanic and he fixed it for $400. THEY JUST WANT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY !!!!!!!!!

I came to this place in an anxiety filled manner. I asked for help and some truthful information about my vehicle from Robert. He was very nice and his customer service was amazing. He addressed my issues and brought my attention to some other major things I need to get done, not only for my safety but my childrens as well. As he started to explain the work that need to be done to my truck I became very overwhelmed and stressed. Being a single mother of three children with two jobs and going to school full time, this was the last thing I needed to here. Robert helped calm my concerns and got me financed with no problem! He Showed my family empathy and compassion, he understood that these are hard times and I am a mother trying to make it and do my best to provide. I was very pleased with the service and attention I got from this company. I will always bring my business here. Robert and his crew helped give me a piece of mind and made my day a whole lot better. I will be returning for all my trucks needs.

Terrible service. I should have read the reviews. They get to pay in advance without a signed contract then keep your car for days and days. I dont even know if they even did the work. My car drives worse now than before. Update: They refused to honor the warranty on the work they SUPPOSEDLY did. It cost me over $600 to go to another mechanic and fix what they were supposed to have done in the first place. Horrible.

Roughly, 4 weeks ago. My car started having slipping issues. Check engine light came on etc. I took it over to AutoZone for a check engine light diagnostic. The test came back with clutch Actuator. I took my car in too AA AutoCare off Craig and Losee, Across from the Cannery Casino. I spoke with Chuck, I showed him the printout from AutoZone. He asked for my keys, and took my car on a test drive. He came back and said, your car doesnt need a clutch actuator. It needs a transmission your gears are shot, heres your options. Rebuild 2600 or brand new 3600. Not knowing any better, I agreed and took out 3 loans. He told me, your car will be ready in a week. This was Tuesday July 7th 2020. I called a week later, chuck wasnt there. I spoke with the store manager Nathan. He told me, Chuck ordered the wrong transmission for your car. We have to send this one back, and get a new one based on your VIN. another week went by. We put your transmission in, test drove it. Its running good, but now we cant get your car started. 3 or so days later, they figured out a fuse burnt out. They got my car started, what I thought was great news turned real bad, real quick! Check engine light right back on, with the SAME reading. At this point, Ive had enough. I called anyone/everyone I could possibly think of. I finally got the district managers number, his name is John. After a very heated discussion, I was told to go pick up my car because they are no longer responsible for it. Nathan - the store manager told my husband he had an RV back up into one of the cars in the shop and doesnt want to see that happen to my vehicle! I attempted to pick my car up yesterday, when I turned the wheel there was a noise, it sound like something under the car was rubbing. Nathan told me he would take care of it. Today, I finally got my car. I took my car straight too AutoZone for a second reading on the engine light, an just as I thought. Clutch actuator circuit low. Same reading I brought my car in with. While my car was in this mechanic shop, 3 weeks and 4 days. At some point in time, damage happened too the passanger front. No incident report was made, I was told the District Manager John will handle that Monday, as well as investigate what happened with the transmission/clutch actuator. I need answers not excuses. Your mechanic was clearly in the wrong, an now you need to fix this! This mechanic shop is out for your MONEY. DO NOT take your vehicle too them, they will screw you and send you on your way, with a car that isnt drivable. (My car is running, but its still slipping)

I referred my fiance to him and without missing a beat not only did he remember who I was but ensured she was well taken care with no excess while I was deployed. This is my second time coming to this place, the first time they ENSURED my car will be done same day, they called and said it wouldnt be, i was very nice and agreed but i needed my car done by 11am because i had to go to work. They ensured it will be they called me at 12pm saying my car is ready. Pulled of and my wheel was so crooked i couldnt even drive, they tried to encourage me to drive and come back the next day. Came back the next day and they still didnt get it done.SOOOOOO again i come back to this place (only because i like to have the people that work on my car consistent.)I dropped my car off and again i was ensured it will be done today, of course it wasnt. I also requested text updates about the car and what work needed to be done ..... GUESS WHAT ... nothing .. so now i will be there at 8AM when they open to pick my car up and i will be speaking with the company owner.DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! IT IS NOT RECOMMEND, horrible services.HERE WE GO AGAIN. 2 weeks after ^ the same issue reappears ! the only reason i keep having to come here is because these are services i’ve already paid for and should’ve been done the last time i was there.

The manager was rude he didnt have any urgency and left our truck running while everyone stood around. All we needed was a quick smog done. The manager needs some customer service training.

Brought in both our cars today for new tires and repairs. A couple thousand later Im posting a 5 star, happy customer review. That in itself has to say something about the business. Both guys that do the price quotes in the garage are so friendly and helpful. They take their time, explain everything to you and try to give you the best deals they possibly can. Walking into a garage as a woman that knows nothing about cars you can sometimes feel taken advantage of. I mostly definitely didnt feel this way. Everything seemed correct and very fair. The young lady at he front desk was running around so busy! She seemed on top of everything though. Only suggest would be wifi in the waiting area...but hey you cant get everything you want. By far a rip off. I was told my AC was leaking and could not charge. They supposedly put a die in my system and told me to drive around and see if I see a leak and come back. They confirmed they only put .65 lbs of freon in my car and charged me full price as if my car was full charged with 1.75lbs of refrigerant and ready to go. There advertised price was 99 dollars for a vacuum and recharge the advertisement was still playing at the desk. But charged me 150 for an incomplete job and left me to find a leak. When I asked why am I being charged full price the guy said because we put refrigerant in your system. Wow!!I brought my car to another shop and they confirmed I have no leak. That my system was full and no die was in my system so everything AA Auto Care said was a lie. My solenoid on my compressor had went bad and thats why my car was blowing hot air because my compressor was not kicking on. For 140 they drained my system installed the solenoid and recharged my ac. Now my ac is blowing perfect.Its sad that people try to take advantage, beware of this location. Its getting hot people and this place is not the place to take your car for AC repair. Its a gold mine to them and will go to any extent to get your money.

Yes you got it put a camera in your vehicle cause you taking a big chance and Im not done throwing them under the bus dont believe anything that they say cause no one really does a inspection only the air filter and the belt thats it anything else is B.S and they professional liars they call sales men are trying to find any way to get your money for the things that really dont need or if you do they try as hard as they can to lie to you and get you to pay an outrageous price so dont believe that anything they try to sell you cost as much as they say the mark up for them is sometimes more than x4 for example if you buy a part somewhere else that is $20 at AA auto (perfect auto)it will be x at least 4 =$80 or more dont keep giving them business if everyone stops they will go out of business and it be more than one place everyone will not have worry about getting ripped off at do everyone a solid go somewhere anywhere is better than AA auto (perfect auto)! Also go to other reviews and see all my post on every location cause I have had the privilege of working at almost every location and there all the same!

What a wonderful experience! I usually dont write reviews but I had to share. The manager Daniel and his staff made a very worried customer (me) at ease. I was referred to AA by a family member who spoke very highly of this shop and now I know why. The communication was great and although my issue ended up being covered by a vehicle recall, Daniel worked with me and talked me through the process. Once my car gets fixed I will definitely be back to AA Auto Care for all my maintenance needs! Thank you AA Auto Care!

On our way from Utah back home to CA and our AC broke down. After making several calls to various Toyota dealerships (with zero help and luck) I was pleased to have Hutch personally answer the phone. He assured he could help diagnose and fix the problem.Upon arriving he was able to figure out I needed a new compressor. He got it fixed and repaired the same day so we could continue on our journey home. It was an expensive repair ($1200) but other places wouldnt even take my call or answer so Im not sure what to compare it to. (New compressor on a 2006 Sienna)Im giving 5 stars because Hutch interacted and spoke with my several times during the ordeal, he gave great customer service and did a great job fixing my problem. After about 10-15 miles down the freeway the AC started blowing ice cold again and our poor kids werent miserable any longer.Thanks Hutch...as a fellow small business owner I take pride in providing great customer service and yours was top notch. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Stopped here to get a oil change on my Tundra. As I was waking in I noticed four guys at the corner of the building smoking. One of them yelled over and asked what I needed. I responded that I needed a oil change. He then said my truck wouldn’t fit inside the shop. Funny thing is I’ve been there before with this truck and my other truck that’s even bigger. I’m sorry I was interrupting them.

The service wasn’t so bad but when I walked in and asked about the oil change special that is posted on the wall outside with a huge sign saying that a semi synthetic oil change costs $9.99 the manager told me that they aren’t running that special. Then there is a huge sign stating that they salute military with a military discount, when I asked the manager about it he told me that he doesn’t give them for oil changes but he does only for major repairs since the oil change costs $19.99 he makes nothing from it. But that isn’t what the sign says or even implies, unfortunately we as veterans should stay away from this place.

We needed a smog check by tomorrow and didnt have time to drive to our mechanic in Henderson, so we tried this place. They finished in less than 1/2 hour and the cost was $9.99 out the door. The staff was friendly and let us know that we needed our injectors cleaned at 15,000mi. and other deals going on. We recommend this place and may come back with our other cars.

I almost never leave a bad review - but I almost never have this unpleasant of an experience.We were hearing a pretty bad noise on our way to Utah, and as we pulled over, my friend that was driving started having problems with the brakes, and we knew we would have to have it towed - this was the closest place.On the phone, the manager initially made it sound that it may be such a quick fix that he could almost waive the diagnostics fee. Well, they didnt even look at the car that night (granted, an hour to an hour and a half before they closed, but he made it sound as if they would at least look at it).Well, the manager calls me the next morning saying everything under the sun is broken with the vehicle. He said it would cost 1100, and he would bring it to 900. The problem was because we drove too long with the initial problem.We just had some of the parts replaced by a trustworthy mechanic so it sounded fishy. I had our previous mechanic call this place, and at least discuss the issue as I am not that knowledgeable about vehicles.I talked to my previous mechanic, who didnt buy it all. We also called a friends mechanic in the area, who said that it would be way too much.This place called back and asked if we just had some of the parts replaced (I had told him this already and he literally talked with our previous mechanic). He then blamed it on them and said they put the parts on too tight or too loose.I called later after finding a different mechanic and asked him to leave it outside so we could tow it. He asked if the price was too high and I just said we want a second opinion. He said fine, then called back later and said he wont put it back together until we get pictures so we know whats wrong.I told him just send me pictures and please put it together. So he sent me pictures.He called again and said that we have a problem. He cant put it together. (What?!) And that a tow wouldnt be able to get it out of there. (What did he do to our van?!)I told him we were on the way, and please put it together. I talked to a tow place that said they could tow it.We got there and he said hell fix it for 700. My friend had a few words with him, and he finally agreed to put the wheel back on so we could tow it.He tried giving my friend another quote for 400.We finally were able to get out of there, but it was so much of a hassle to just leave.

This is the 3rd day being at this place to replace the motor mounts and they have the wrong parts again. I spent $5000 on work done and my motor mounts are cracked again after being put in 7 months ago. The manager Eric is a jerk, he tells my husband he can’t talk to the employees when they come up to him and say hello. I go out to see what’s going on and I get into it with him too. I don’t recommend this place to anyone not until they get rid of the manager Eric and when they fix people’s cars correctly. I will be looking elsewhere for car services. If anyone has any recommendations for a new mechanic shop let me know of a reliable one in Vegas. Thanks for ripping me off AA Auto Care. Unsatisfied Customer.

They have excellent customer service. They explain every step that will be done, very honest. They have good prices and excellent work. I definitely recomend this place.

I went to AA Auto Care several months ago with a friend and she had a great experience so when it was time for my oil change, I decided to stop by. The manager was different than the gentleman I had seen before but I figured that it would make no difference. I even overlooked the sign in the waiting room clearly stating that the “loss” or damage of anything in/on the car was not their responsibility (bad move). There were 2 other patrons ahead of me and I paid for my routine oil change 2 hours later. Management hardly acknowledged the wait and lightly mocked another customer for being frustrated about the wait. My truck was already being worked on by this time, otherwise I would’ve walked out after witnessing that. My oil change went smoothly, other than the standard “concerned mechanic” upselling tactics. I understand how a business runs so that didn’t bother me too much. What does bother me and is rather baffling is how I bring my truck in for an oil change with a securely ATTACHED tow hitch and when I leave I noticed that my tow hitch is now GONE. Of course per the sign they are not liable for any lost or damaged items... Your car will run well after you leave AA but you may be missing things so just be diligent and watchful.

Best mechanic shop Ive been to in Vegas! Great customer service, and they work quick. Would recommend to anyone - they have multiple locations through the valley.

Listen to the 1 stars. The head guy seems friendly but they will try to scam you and sell you stories that are false.

WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE,IS SCAMthey have all over place 14$ oil change, they made me wait for 2.and half, they also ride way give me a recive for 20$ not 14$after 2 and half waiting, last minute they call me and said ok your oil change would be 69.99$ means70$, I said how come? You gave me receipt and price already? He didnt had answer and just said oh your car takes a special oil change thats why, and acting like I have no idea about my car and I never did oil change before,I been doing oil change for my car 6 years iknow how much cost,this place is SCAM then I find out they do that to everyone, DONT GO TO THIS

Worst Experience ever at a car repair shop. We were told by our AAA tow truck driving we will get a AAA discount. Owner Hugdch said he has to charge $150 for a diagnosis just to look at it. But he will take care of us, Give us a great deal. Then called us later that day and said the transmission is in pieces and would cost $2000.00 to fix. We asked about our discount and he said this is a NAPA shop we dont give AAA discount. We decided to get another opinion who is going the charge less then half of what he wanted to charge. When we got there to pick up the truck the next day the battery was dead. (Which was starting fine when we dropped it off) he then started to complain when we asked him about the battery saying what do you want me to do about it? Then ignoring me, A Complete different person from when we originally came in. Finally had a mechanic come and jump our car. Completely agree with all the bad reviews!! Rip off artists dont let get you next! Stay away unless your ready to loose an arm and leg.

Took 5 hours to get car repaired

George was absolutely amazing and took care of everything! We needed an alignment and new bearings along with new brakes/rotor on the rear passenger side and they were able to use the brakes we already had plus the price for everything is amazing!!

I have been going to this shop for many many years and ever since Mark took it over i have nothing but good things to say, he is honest tells you what is needed and gives you a excellent price for excellent work. plus he will help you in any way he can, for instance, a had bought a battery from another shop with a warranty and it died, the shop i bought it from no longer sold that battery in which they said they couldnt help me and Mark took the time to call around and get me the battery i was due for my warranty. i will and have recommended this shop to my friends and will always bring my vehicles to him for work

Went to the location on Losee at 5:10pm for a smog & was told they were done for the day. Drove to this location, arriving at 5:30pm. Explained my experience at the Losee location to the Manager at this location who was not empathetic & refused my smog explaining that they do not take cars after 5:30pm. This location closes at 6 pm. Will NEVER do business with A A Auto Care Center again.

Went to the AA Auto last April. My cars throttle wouldnt respond. They told me it would be $600 just to open the engine to see if what they thought was the problem actually was. Didnt include closing the engine or anything else if it was or was not the problem. Even showed me a youtube video to explain what they thought the problem was. The problem they tried to make me believe didnt even make sense. They tried to get me to sell them the car for $500, its worth $3,500 running. They unplugged the fuel injectors so it wouldnt even turn on. I had to tow it home. I had a neighbor and a mechanic friend help me out, plugged the injectors back in and it started back up. .I found out the error code that indicated faulty wiring or power to the throttle body which happened to be a blown fuse. Replaced a couple of fuses and its running again. AA Auto Care are scam artists looking to take advantage of customers. Zero integrity.

I would absolutely not recommend. Get your used parts before you pay if you dont heed this advice.

I WAS a a loyal customer but NOT anymore. Things were great when the old manager josh was there. I dont know who this new idiot is but its now TERRIBLE!! I had a warranty on my thermostat, they got the part replacement (supposedly) they called just a few min before they closed saying they were keeping my car overnight, so i couldnt even get my car since they called back right before they closed! The next day they STILL were trying to keep my car overnight my husband had enough he went and we just took the keys and left. They didnt even put the part in, check engine light still on. I dont know what the hell they did that they had to keep my car over night. I struggled with transportation for two days for NOTHING. Theyre liars, lazy, and theyre going to tell you theres a lot of things wrong with your veichle just to take more money from you. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Do not go there they must thought I was one them dumb people who doesn’t know about cars. They should really start remembering faces and $189 to put 4 spark plugs in my car has no wires took me 15min to do it myself. No matter what they are going to tell you you need to get there preventative maintenance package I previously went there for 1 to return not even a month later the manager Jorge tells me I need a preventative maintenance package you should of remembered my face bro lol do not fall for it. Get your $10 smogs and get the hell out of there lol matter of fact just pay $20 and go somewhere else saw a lady yesterday get a smog he comes out tell her she needs this and that and he’ll give a great deal if she does it today for $800 you want to get swindled out of your money this is the place to go. I think he soon realized that he’d messed up after he tried to get over on me just do your homework on your car before going anywhere know your vehicle. My opinion it’s something fishy going on 🤔

I went to get a oil change and they had a good deal so afterwards a mechanic comes out all seriouse like you have a water pump leak $675? Blah blah blah...I was like well we cant do it today and they wanted me to apply for credit. I said I would come back there like watch the temperature.Today sure enough its overheating.Scandalous... Con men- do not go here!!

I spent over an hour trying to get a smog check. Yes a smog check that should take no more than 20 min at max. Wait is unbelievably long and I was 1 of 3 people in the shop. Do not recommend.

Very terrible front desk man. Very gruff and was obviously upset.Inquired on asking him how his day was and he responded snarkly that he was ok and asked me back. I happily responded doing very well. He then told me how a VW is a womans car. I told him that Im very confident in my standing as a man and that would be a very sexist comment to make. He continued to say that he thought it was my womans car which would have made it okay. Then proceeded to tell me of how men ride Harleys and drive Chevy products.Completely disrespectful front desk man. Obviously doesnt care about having an uplifting or customer service oriented service.
