One of the most professional AND honest auto repair shops I’ve been to in awhile. I appreciate them being helpful to the point you almost feel like it’s their vehicle and not yours! I couldn’t have asked for better communication and customer service. I own 3 vehicles, and this specific location is further than 2 other automotive service shops. I’ll continue to make the drive with no problem because quality work is worth more than a little gas. Thank you all so much!

The AC went out after our car purchase. Thankfully we had a warranty. Meineke was able to diagnose the problem and get it repaired quickly. Were so thankfully for their help!

Hmm I wish I had gotten the same service like all these other comments. unfortunately, I received the exact opposite. Went for a Freon recovery and refill service costed me almost $200. Waited.. got my car back and it was terrible. AC wasnt as cold. Could of done it myself, but Sadly I was short on time and thought maybe ill leave it the Professionals. Mistakes were made..Took a Weekend off, did the whole process myself. Everything checked out and it came out better as it should. Im not sure about any other services they do, however I will never bring it back for an AC service. Goes without say, if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself

Ive been going there for 5 years Mike the manager is polite courteous and does a great job I I follow him from the chop on greag to the shop his at now cause I dont trust to many shop cause they try to get over you not Mike he keeps it real with you

I had an oil change done on Friday the 21st, a recommendation of a brake fluid flush was recommended and spark plugs. I just went to pull a plug and I have no brake fluid resivor cap. I would have ordered a new one, but every place is trying to make me buy a whole master, just to get a cap at 100$ please help!Revised update.I called and spoke to Mike, he was very nice. Did not try to get out of it, accepted responsibility for the company had me come In and resolve the issue.I will be back great place, great people.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick! I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off but rather that they took care of what I needed for a fair price...even going above and beyond to ensure the safety of my vehicle. Definitely will be going back and recommending to everyone I know.

Meineke was great from when I initially called to ask if they had a battery for my car and install it. They did it quickly and at a great price. I would recommend them anytime. Very professional and great customer service.

I am a returning customer. I was happy with the service that I received earlier in the year. A Triple A driver brought my car to this location because of great service. I was originally scheduled to have my car serviced with different company but he suggested this location. I agree with that driver and returned for a different car issue. The service technicians were honest about the repairs needed and handled other concerns that needed attention. I was also given a future complimentary oil change. So, I will be returning to this location again. Thanks guys for your hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction.

They lied to me and said I needed full synthetic oil for my oil change which is $70 but the oil change I normally get only costs $30. They want you to spend more money here. That’s all that was. These mechanics lie for an extra buck. I found a better mechanic thank God

I took my car in for an oil change, I decided to call prior to going in about pricing. From the start of experience they were knowledgeable and friendly. They provided additional information about my vehicle that I wasn’t aware of, and they serviced my vehicle fairly quickly. I just recently purchased my vehicle and it’s my first time having to pay $60+ dollars for an oil change, but the customer service made it absolutely worth it on its own. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I used this location due to my car losing power while driving down the road. Mike advised me that they would look at my truck and call me once they find out the problem. Before leaving Mike told me that they go through a finance company that would finance me for the repairs if needed. So I went home applied and was approved for 3000. Mike called and told me he found the problem I told him ok I was approved for 3000 and once I said that he started calling back to back saying this needs to be done that needs to be done and keep in mind I have a 2015 . So basically Meineke scammed me fixed things that didnt need to be fixed to make sure they used all the credit I was financed for and oh the loss of power is still there they didnt fix my problem. My advice is to find someone trustworthy because these people are scammers.

Brakes are shaking, asked for an oil change and to check/fix them. Dropped off at 3, said theyd call, didnt- instead sent a vehicle service report saying my shocks were fine. Even in my appointment I set online it said brakes....not shocks. Sat in the waiting room for over 15 mins to pickup. Def wont go back. If they didnt have time that would have been fine, felt like I got put off for laziness since they didnt mention anything time or supplies.

Worst place ever don’t come here, came here to get a ac check, they didn’t start on it until 3 hours later while they were calling people saying they had appointments canceling and having other customers come in while I was waiting, as they diagnose my system they told me that they think my compressor was shot and that it will be $1600 and the technician rich told me he toped it off for now, when I entered my vehicle my seats were adjusted and stuff was moved and my ac compressor wasn’t turning on anymore when I had brought it, it was working perfectly fine, the technician told me that he took all the Freon out and hooked the machine up and put a little bit of Freon in to turn on the compressor, later I fixed it myself that cost me $3 and made it ice cold due to bad orifice don’t ever come here they are the worst

I went in hoping for a free oil change because of Veterans Day. It wasn’t free but I got a great discount and even better service. Not only did they do an oil change they changed out my air and cabin filters, my wiper blades that I forgot I said I needed replaced, and got me in and out. Will be going back for all service needs.

I knew I was going to need massive care repairs so I went to Groupon to see if there would be something to take the sting off. I made the appointment online (due to COVID concerns) and noted that I had seen some Groupon savings. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted professionally, checked in my car and waited for the initial inspection. After a short wait I got the results. Everything I expected and plus some ... also expected. What wasnt expected was the price matching for the service. He told me that the groupon was a good deal, but for inferior products. Not only that, but after about an hour I had a full synopsis of all the major components and that status broken up in the order they should be taken care of ... with images. After all of this I didnt feel as bad paying what I had to pay knowing that I had quality parts, professional service and the assurance that they just wanted to help. I would definite recommend Car Center #2712 to friends and family.

Took my daughters Chrysler in for oil change...very friendly and helpful staff. Even gave me a print out off services needed to keep her car running smoothly...I have had my own cars serviced by other garages and honestly Meineke has more reasonable prices....

Joseph was super supportive of our previous terrible service with a different business. He went way over and above for us to retify the transmission issues we had and made sure our car was better than it should have been when we thought the previous place fixed it. I scheduled an appointment for 7:30 a.m. on September 7th. Mike checked me in and had me out by 8:55 a.m. because they had to get a filter for my vehicle from another location. Friendly service overall on my visit to Meineke.

I went and got a fare estimate and more than a reasonable amount of time by very knowledgeable and helpful staff, top-notch job! I will be getting my vehicle serviced here.... I need my A/C fixed and they can do it!

Like that you can schedule service time online. Makes getting in and out quicker when youre just doing oil change. Work is good (see below). Prices are inline with other shops. Dont like that they charge $5 for shop supplies, especially when youre just getting an oil change. Need to put that $5 charge towards seat covers and cleaner for mechanics hands as the last two times Ive had grease on my driver seat and door handle!

I was happy at first however, had to return my car as raditor was replaced and while driving on freeway it blew. Also told of oil leak which wasnt true it was something else and now I see its leaking!! They did an oil change hiqever never put in the window my next oil change which i understand is a courtesy...took forever with multiole visit to the shop to get a visa card fir the 2100 spent in repairs.

The staff is friendly and honest. The way they speak about the car problems can make anyone understand like knowledge of a master mechanic and experience at daycares. They are patient and humorous. Lobby is clean and so are the bays. Price is reasonable especially when they always have discounts.

With an aging car I frequently recommended this location until this last week. I brought my car in for service due it making a noise when pulling in and out of parking stalls. The estimate state I needed several items in the front steering (no questions there) and the rear struts/shocks needed to be replaced. Knowing the this item was replaced within 20k miles I decided to have a second opinion. I am glad I did! I had the car re-inspected at the shop that performed replacement and an independent shop. Both establishments confirmed the damaged and leaking strut/shock was undamaged and in working order. When I call the Meineke shop to ask about the discrepancies the employee that answered the phone stated I remember the car - I saw it with my own eyes I wouldnt have said it was damaged if it wasnt. I no longer trust this establishment to provide honest estimates on needed repairs and will not return. I had the recommended work completed at or below the estimate of Meineke at a mechanic I have previously used.

The technician was very professional, he identified the problem quickly and made the repair in a short amount of time. He also explained how to follow up with Meineke if any problem arise. Will definitely use Meineke again.

Brian at the Meineke on Camino Al Norte was outstanding with his service. He did everything he could to make sure my vehicle was fully serviced and to keep the costs relatively low. His customer service was impressive.

The front outside tie rod was replaced wheel aligned and ac recharged in a timely manner. Was disappointed about leaving the tie rod open and not putting on the grease fitting. They should double check their work before completing the service order.

Came all way across town because they were recommended. Thought I needed an alignment and they explained to me that I didnt. Fixed the problem and wasnt trying to upsale me on unnecessary things. I went in with an idea of what I wanted done with my exhaust and talked to Tommy. He took my idea and made it sound better than I could imagined at a better price than everyone else I talked to.Most places would just take your money and leave you high and dry with mediocre results. The guys I interacted with not only made me feel welcome but also comfortable discussing all my options. I recommend this location to any and everyone. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!

I think the representative was honest and attentive. The only problem was a yellow mark on the passenger side of my car. It wasn’t there before my service. It looks as if the tech scraped the pole.

I thought I needed new brakes, they said I didn’t. However they talked me into 2 tires and a power steering flush.The flush was fine, I’m sure it was needed. However my tire light won’t shut off. I’ve taken it back to them and even Goodyear, but the tire pressure light won’t shut off.

I hate having to get repairs on my vehicle. You never know if they are telling you the truth or trying to rip you off.But I did some research and saw that this place had the best reviews. And a lot of people mentioned this guy named Tommy.We met Tommy. And he took great care of us.I felt very comfortable and not taken for a fool at all. I have already told all my family to go see him for any services they need. We got everything we needed done, for much lower then they quoted us at big O. It was so much lower then we expected that we even got our oil changed.Tommy is great and so is everyone else here. I felt like family not just a customer.

While my wife and I were passing through Vegas our truck started having serious transmission issues. We called around to several shops and found Robert to be the most helpful so we brought our truck here - good thing we did. Robert and his crew were able to diagnose the issue, find a transmission locally, replace it and get us back on the road in a very timely manner. They went above and beyond by staying hours after closing to get our truck put back together and running so we could get home from our trip in time for work. Robert even stuck to the original price he quoted us before they started the job, even though we know it took more hours than they anticipated.Huge thanks to Robert and his team.

It was my vehicles Schedule A service time. On June 4th, they performed Schedule B7 service on another vehicle.

I have been dealing with Mike the manager for awhile, he was at the Craig location and when I found out he went to another location I followed him, he is honest and explain things in detail so I understand what’s going on, the business is great and everyone is nice and professional. I would not take my car anywhere else.

If you dont know anything about cars. Dont go here. They will overcharge you. Go somewhere else for help.
