Tire Choice started on my car at the appointed time, finished in a timely manner which included oil chg. tire rotation, & fluid levels checked. Price went up about $20 from last year but our country did start seeing major inflation on everything lately.

Been bringing all my cars here for three years now and Stephen and Jamison always treat me more like a friend than a customer and always provide top notch service on all my vehicles. Their staff is courteous and very helpful with any maintenance issue. Thanks for all the great service.

Had my oil changed by them. They didnt leave one of them oil change mileage stickerson my windshield like every other oil change shop does... So now, I literally have no idea when my next oil change should be. These guys also told me my brake pads were really bad and that I needed to change them right away... Like right away. So I took my car to the Firestone by my house because I have a Firestone credit card and was gonna use that. Firestone said my brake pads still has a lot of life left in them. SMH

0 STARS! I only gave 1 star because I had to to post.BEWARE!! NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! HAD TRUCK FOR 2 DAYS!! We never received a call from them with diagnosis, even though my husband told them what was wrong it, fuel pump, also wanted spark plugs changed. Never received a call that they were keeping truck over night. Never received phone call following day. My husband finally had to go there to see what was up next day, they only completed fuel pump, without even telling us the cost of the repair before they did it. $700 later and they didnt even complete the spark plugs as asked. I have been bringing all my vehicles to this location for years, but use to be a Goodyear Auto. Tire Choice is terrible and will never return.

My scion xb broke down after hours and my AAA took me to one of their shops. The next day they found out my alternator was broken but instead of getting serviced by them I asked around and found the best deal here at Tire choice. (They used to be Good year tire but still the same nice people). I havent been to another place since. They recently even mentioned a possible recall on my vehicle that I wasnt even aware of.

Everything was professional and polite. It felt genuine and I felt safe when driving away.

They provided quality and expert service. Diagnosed and solved the problem in a timely manner. Fair, honest and friendly! I will be back for future car maintenance.

Steven is a very personable guy and schedules work for the mechanics at Tire Choice. I appreciate the customer service and the work that they do. My beloved Toyota Tacoma is serviced well at this store.

Had an appointment at 8 for simple oil change and tire rotation that I was told would take an hour. Called back around 1000 and was told they’d call me right back with an update…nothing. Called back again at 1100 and was told my vehicle was ready but needed a filter…didn’t want to waste another 3 hours waiting on a filter so I elected to just pick up my vehicle.

I do not recommend at all. Took them 6 hours to do an oil change. The technician did not reattach the shield to car resulting in it ripping off partially during a drive.

This place will lie straight to your face when they mess up on a repair and blame it on the car. I had a drain and fill done, well that’s what I asked for but they decided they wanted to do a radiator flush instead and blew out my water pump. It wasn’t leaking when I went in and it wouldn’t even hold fluid long enough for them to get it out of the shop. The guy said they did not do a flush but there’s no other way possibly it can make my water pump leak by what he said sucking out the fluid with suction. You can’t even get a hose in the radiator for suction. Be safe and take your vehicle somewhere else.

My boyfriend and I came here when we realized there was a bolt in our tire and it was going flat fast. I think his name was Nancy, he got us in right away and had it fixed within around 20 minutes and didnt charge us. Would definitely go back and highly recommend this place.

I just bought at new car and I had to get it smogged in a dyno. While on the dyno the owner of the smog placed informed me that my tire wasn’t perfectly round, the dealership I worked with told me to take it to superior tires. I spoke to Andre the day before On the phone about bringing my car in. I dropped my car off in the morning in the drop box around 7 I called him back around 9 to check on the status of my car he told me he would call me back in 30 minutes. 4 hours later he calls me and basically says nothings wrong and I can tell by his tone that his is irritated to talk to me and thinks I wasted his time. I go to pick up my car the same day and tell him I’m here to pick up my vehicle and I see him roll his eyes and start to get aggravated that Im there to ask him questions. Im sure if you could of told me to F off he would

I have been to this Tire Choice now 2 times, i am so impressed with their customer service, it is outstanding, something you dont find much anymore. The first visit was for a tire and the 2nd for a battery. both times they effectively determined the problem and fixed it. Steven was awesome to deal with.I will definitely be going back here if needed and recommend them highly to friends and family.

My wife and I have been looking for a tire service, oil change, general car service place for about 2 years now since moving to Las Vegas. We are blessed to say that we finally have found one. My truck broke down on the way to work this morning and I called TIRE CHOICE asking if I could have it towed there and if they could fix it. They said no problem. I went from thinking that I need a new truck to driving it perfectly by the close of the business day. I highly recommend this place and glad to know that we have finally found our go to service shop. Shout out to Richard who was very helpful along the way. Made appointment a week prior for 1 PM. No mechanics working 1:15 till I left at 2:15. I saw 1 standing around eating and 2 others having a conversation. I was told 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I saw no motivation at all.I was shocked as it use to be a great place with great mechanics.

I needed 6 new tires for my RV and Steven found them and we set up an appointment that fit my schedule. Love the tires, Steven and staff were very professional and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. And the price great.

Tire Choice Saved Me!!! I had a lug bolt on my tire stripped by another tire supplier and after an hour of trying to remove it they gave up. I tried to go to two other tire/mechanics and they couldnt do anything with it. I made my way to Tire Choice by chance and they took care of me with confidence. Jemison was confident and had a very good attitude about my situation, which made me feel confident that they could do the job. Daniel the mechanic took care of business and had me up and running in no time ( when three other tire/mechanic places couldnt handle the job ). My next tire service will be with these guys, I wont waste my time with anyone else!

We had an appointment at 2 pm on July 30, 2020 to fix our flat tire. From the moment we got there, we were greeted, and helped by their friendly staff. They offered us cold water and a cool place to hang out while we waited. All the guys were very nice and very professional. Thank you all very much. Drop off my car from 10am to 6pm for oil change but they didnt get to my car. So I have to bring my car back home. Wasting my time for nothing 😒.

My car was leaking oil and I was panicking thinking that I was going to be hit with a mega repair bill. I contacted Superior Tire & Service who advised me to bring it in right away so they could diagnose. They were extremely polite and helpful, and it turns out my car just needed a new gasket which they replaced for free and sent me on my way. I really appreciated their willingness to help and their honesty.

Excellent repair center!!! I took my Corvette there for an oil change & full inspection. Steve V. called me & recommended to replace the Valve Cover Gasket & perform a Combustion Chamber cleaning to increase my engine power (it was a little sluggish). I authorized it & when I received my baby, I small tap on the gas peddle & it took off like a bandit!!! Wow!!! Ive been going there for a few years & always get the most professional & courteous treatment ever. The Customer Service there is above & beyond!!! I highly recommend this Repair Center. All the employees & technicians will service your vehicle as-if its there & the pricing is good also.

Unfortunately, this specific location has lost my trust. They do not honor their estimates, they encourage you to buy un-needed services, and the work is substandard, requiring rework to repair properly.

Had another oil change last week and always excellent service and I trust these guys! Steve is the manager and always follows up with a courtesy call a few days later to confirm all work is satisfactory and if theres anything else he can do for us! Never have I received personal care from an automotive shop like this! He honors military discounts for my sons and I never have to recheck the work. Trust is key in this industry and they have definitely earned it from me!I highly recommend this location. All the techs are very knowledgeable and informative each time I bring my vehicles in.

I have been using Superior Tire for oil changes and minor car repairs for about five years now. Coupons are readily available, and prices are reasonable. Appointments can easily be made online. I quit going to places that do oil changes only, because the wait time is often lengthy and they constantly push to upsell to expensive and unnecessary maintenance/repairs. The folks at Superior let me know what they think needs to be done to maintain my vehicles, but they never pressure me with scare tactics. Waiting is not unpleasant, because there is a TV lounge, rest room, and fresh coffee always available. Highly recommended.

They are awesome! My car had an issue with the windows and they worked with me on getting It fixed and to make it fair & affordable for both of us! My boyfriend just took his car in & they did great work! Will most definitely return with any car troubles we may have!

I have always had the best service and experience with this location. We have had multiple cars in here for everything from oil changes, air conditioning, brakes, tires, transmission...literally everything. The gentleman are always super nice and when I have a budget they work with me to fit in what I absolutely need so that I can stay within that budget. Told me I needed to replace my transmission ($3500) because of check engine light and didn’t even attempt to check sensors which were the reason the check engine light was on.Long story short. Took my car to my brothers mechanic friend and $200 later I’m all good. Can’t stand mechanic shops that try and rip you off.. No Integrity.

I have been going here for some time now. Im going to do this review as a two part. I have had great success with this shop. Not only is it right by my house, but the people are always helpful, and i have never really felt ripped off with prices with my 08 Mercury mariner. The prices havent been gouge worthy either.This is a two part review because Im going to be taking my daughters car in tomorrow. She has an 06 Honda...( nice cheap parts ). Shes having a leak in her radiator causing her to refill it each day before work and school ( this is rough for a high school student ). So i have gotten a few price quotes from a few places on the work...but i would like to have my kid know she can go to a place that is covenant ( and wont try to rip her off for parts and labor on something that is surprisingly lower cost than what we have been expecting from 5 out of the 7 places we have called so far ).So after i take this in tomorrow, i will update what they come back with, and if it seems fair at all. So far they have been good..so lets see. Im going to give them a review right now based on my experiences with them, and thats been a 5. After tomorrow i will see if the 50$-70$ part ( if it even has to be replaced in the first place ) plus labor drops my score dramatically.Lets go guys!JB

I just moved to the area and was looking for a place to take my car for routine maintenance and found this spot just down the street, its convenient with great customer service. They are also straight forward and really look out for your best interest without putting a dent in your wallet. Its also right near a gym so you can get a nice workout in while your car is getting worked on.

Always great service. I thought my car was malfunctioning but a switch had been hit that I wasnt aware. They showed and didnt charge me a dime. Other places would have taken advantage of me. Not here. I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years.

Manager and staff have always been incredibly helpful. Prices are very fair, and I never feel like they are trying to sell me services I dont want or need. They also go above and beyond to make sure I am happy. For example, the key to my locking nuts went missing after having my tires rotated. Honest mistake but the techs could not find it. The manager very quickly special ordered a set for me for free even though it was several weeks after the original rotation.

Only place we take out vehicles. Steve is the best! Honest, reliable, fast and trustworthy.

Ordered tires from TireRack which were delivered to this recommended store - it was close to my house and got great reviews. I was immediately able to get an appointment at the time that fit my schedule best. Staff is friendly, facility looked new and clean, got the car in right on time, and the tires are balanced for a perfectly smooth ride. Definitely will use them again!

I went to another shop to get a diagnostic and I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I did a little research into the lights coming up on my dashboard. They attempted to charge me $120 to clean something before they could do the diagnostic. Shady shady!! I decided to bring it to this shop and have them look at it while I worked out next door. Turns out the shop before failed to reprogram my car after the battery change last time. (The same shop that tried to charge me $120) These guys took care of it...free of charge because the other shop was also a Goodyear shop.The integrity and customer service of this crew is awesome. Thanks guys! Ill be coming here for my car maintenance going forward.

Great experience. I needed new windshield wipers last week so I called to first verify that they had the ones my car needed. They answered the phone friendly and professional. I told them I would hopefully get there before they closed and when I arrived they were ready with the wipers and installed in less than 8 minutes. They even checked my tire pressure. They are GREAT!

This review comes as a disappointment to write. I once raved this place, but after my most recent experience Ill have to find another shop to do business. I recently requested some work to be done and I was quoted $110 for labor. The parts quoted were very expensive so I bought my own parts on line. I called back to set up my appointment to install the parts and the labor nearly doubled to $164 and $184. When I asked why...they bluntly told me because I purchased my own parts. Really!! Thats Ridiculous! So now you get punished for wanting to save money. Good thing I have choices on were I spend my money. By Goodyear!

These guys are so nice! We were a walk-in to have the tire pressure sensors fixed on our minivan and they fixed it without issue. And the location is great. A quick walk and you can get donuts, tacos, or smoothies while you wait!

Not only did they fix the issues I have been experiencing for the last two months, they blew the Honda dealers out of the water on customer service, pricing and communication. Update!! Steve from Superior tire Called me back and was very apologizing about the price of the coil!! He made me feel important and refunded me the difference from the dealership!! Nice!! Since I haven’t seen the refund yet!! Hopefully it will happen.. just wished they waved the diagnostic since I already told them what was the issue or I stayed for them to do the work!! Over all nice jobAfter I thought was great service I check online and they over charged me for an ignition coil!! The dealership charges 65$ for OME coil and superior tire charges me 192 for one!! WTH!! Gauging at its best!! I would like an explanation now

For starters, this place has the best rating of all the tire spots near me. So I chose them. Everyone Ive interacted with has been courteous and friendly. For several years we had always taken our van to the Good Year over on Losee and always had a great experience and the guy who usually helped us was always great with working with us. We always knew our car would get repaired correctly. Until we went in on Friday, August 18th, 2017. This time we needed my husbands car looked at and the guy we normally worked with apparently is no longer there. After my husband explained the problem to the guy who was there, while the guy was eating his chicken, he said that my husband needed a new engine. He said this without even coming out to look at the car or listen to it. So we left and went to the Good Year on Centennial. My husband spoke to John and he actually listened to my husband and came out and listened to the car and said they would definitely take a look at it and get back to us the next day because we brought the car in late that day. We also took our van over there the next day because we knew it needed work done. I must say that John worked with my husband and notified him of all the work that needed to be done. Even though the cost was high, because there was a lot of work that needed to be done, I believe we got a good price. John and Stephen (store manager) provided excellent customer service, were very professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Good Year store for your auto repair needs. We will definitely be going back to this store for all of our maintenance . Thanks to all the guys who made sure our old van is running safe on the roads.

I have never had such a great experience with a company working on my car. The employees treated me with respect, explaining things to me when I need some clarification. They didnt push me to buy things my car didnt need: they told me what I needed to do quickly, what could wait, and what was working well. I love the lack of pressure!!! I would feel like my car would die if I didnt do A, B, and C right now at other places. I would only trust my car at this Superior Tire while I live in Las Vegas. I would recommend to all my friends.
