Down to earth people, helped me out with my bumper on a Saturday.

Took my wifes Durango in after her car was rear-ended. The staff was very friendly and did a through inspection of the vehicle. The work is fantastic, the repair looks flawless and factory new! The work was done in a very timely manner and very professionally handled. We were so impressed by the staff and work, that when we are in the market for our next Dodge we will be going to southern vs were we go now.

Subject: Jessica Meadows makes Southern Collision Center Great!Most people will make time to post scathing comments. However, we should always stop and praise people when applause is due. I turned my car in today for body work and returned from renting a car to the responsibility of swapping out my two car seats from my vehicle to the rental. I had no clue how to install the seats correctly. I have always relied on Firefighters and family in the past to take care of this critical task. Without hesitation, Jessica Meadows came to my rescue and made it happen with expertise and a kind spirit! She shrugged off my gratitude with understanding and humility. I have not yet seen my repaired car, but she is evidence that awesome people with great hearts and wonderful work ethic exist. Southern Collision Center is blessed to have her on staff!

Exceptional service and professionalism. You never visit a collision center by choice, but if you must, go to Southern. From estimate to claims processing to quality of the work, these folks are exceptional. My main concern was quality, and when they got done with it, I could never tell my SUV was damaged. I had one small issue with the windshield washer, and they fit me in to fix it that day, while I waited. Jessica was my service agent, and she was excellent: told me what to expect, good and bad, and delivered as promised. I dont normally review, but uncommon service has got to be recognized.

I took my car in a week or two ago, and I had an estimate for four days. It took almost 2 weeks, which is understandable as parts can have delays. However, when I got my car back it looked really good in night time, but when daylight hit it, I saw orange peel texture on my paint, and deep gouges where they did not sand the tail gate but just painted over what was already there. Manager advised to bring it in and I will to see if it can be fixed, I just feel I shouldnt have to do this as I rely on my truck for work.

My experience with Southern Collision was quite professional. The paint job and repairs were great. If needrd, I would definitely use their services again.
