My only dealing with this place was over the phone and I refused to go any further.My opinion is simple, if the counter person cannot handle a simple phone call then the repairs will not be done properly or on time. Whoever I spoke with was constantly speaking with someone else through out the entire phone call. Repeating myself over and over is not something Im going to deal with. I literally hung up and called the dealership where I bought my car for the repairs. Im not going to trust my vehicle to a company that doesnt listen to their potential customers.

Whew, Chile! I got in a fender bender shortly after Halloween that left the front of my baby (my car) tore up from the floor up. Luckily my insurance is phenomenal and I was able to schedule a car drop-off at Caliber Collision the very next day.They are very efficient and professional here. After they took a preliminary look at my car they got my phone number and said they would be able to text me updates throughout the repair process. I received a text almost every single day until the repairs were done, and they even finished a few days earlier than estimated. When I got my car back it looked better than before the accident.Overall, I was so grateful for my experience at Caliber Collision because Ive dealt with scammery, riggerey, buffoonery, and straight-up tomfoolery at other auto shops, but I dealt with none of that at Caliber Collision. I highly recommend you take your car here if your auto insurance will let you or if you can afford it out of pocket.

Body work was good as factory paint color looks slightly off.. had a few paint runs, that were fixed..inside of the vehicle had dust inside car was not cleaned and dust and dirt all over the vehicle including painted areas..I would still reccomend this place. Caliber collision went above and beyond for me. From basically taking care of all communication about getting a rental with my insurance company to even making sure all I had to do was drop the rental off at their shop and hop into my newly fixed car when that day came, (which was a huge relief for me- I have a crazy schedule and was already dreading the he rental return situation/arranging rides) they really made everything go as smoothly as possible. The moment I left the shop after initially dropping my car off, they began keeping me informed of the entire process- and continuously kept me updated on the status of my vehicle via text message. Not once was I left wondering “what the heck is going on with my car?” I NEVER write reviews but these guys deserve it. They did an excellent, professional job and never hesitated going the extra mile ; I was thoroughly impressed. They’ve set the bar for body work and customer service for sure!

Expensive for no reason gave me a $3000 quote for a $1200 job

USAA sent us to Caliber to have body work repair on our truck. They did not match the paint color. They did not repair all of the scratches and had to take the truck back to fix it. The interior of the truck was covered in paint dust and smells very strongly of chemicals. To top it off, they didn’t reattach the gas tank when they removed side panels to paint. Their customer service response when fixing problems is very good, but there are too many critical failures to recommend this repair business.

I had a pleasant experience, as the workers well informed and kept me abreast as to what was going on over the span of 3 wks.

I was recommended to Caliber Collision by my insurance company which is why I was hesitant at first. I had never heard of them and was afraid they had a contract with insurance company to provide repairs at the cheapest price which made me worry about quality. After going through the process I learned that the insurance company partners with this business because of the quality of their work and customer satisfaction which leads to no rework or bad customer satisfaction. The whole front end of my car was messed up and when I picked it up it looked better than before the accident.I would say the biggest thing I enjoyed was that the shop blended the paint extremely well so you couldn’t even tell there were new parts on the car. The shops customer service was top notch. Damien explained to me what he thought could be repaired and what could be replaced and why. I also got follow up calls from him with status of the car as well as if they discovered other issues and if those issues were worth correcting or not. I liked how they originally gave me an absolute latest date my car would be completed and finished it 2 weeks in advance. I would recommend this shop over any other shop in the area. The manager and receptionist was nothing but polite and respectful but the incompetence of the body and paint staff is beyond terrible. If your thinking of using this body shop DONT!! If you have a new or mirror shine clean coat on you car they dont have the skill required to properly do the job. The paint and care of my car was atrocious!!!

I dented my fender two weeks ago. It was bad, I moved the car out of alignment and the tire was rubbing the car fender whenever I hit a road bump. It was a big dent. Not having much luck in liking body shops I went with who my insurance recommended. First thing I noticed about the shop is the text messages of progress. I really liked the texts bc I knew where they were from the shop instead of unknown callers. I am being so honest bc I want skittish customers like me to be as happy in the outcome as I am today. As soon as I got close enough to see my repaired car in the parking lot for pickup I could not believe my eyes. Unreal, there was no difference in the paint color and shine. Perfect. I couldn’t believe how the car looked brand new. Everything looked like it had never had a accident. I felt like a dummy injuring my car and now I feel like lesson learned and now nobody has to know. I’m happy!!

When you get in an accident, life can be kinda rough. They help tremendously! They make the whole process so effortless! They are friendly, and efficient ! I went for an estimate on a minor body repair. Instead the service person snapped the part back in place, added a stabilizing screw, and no further repair was needed. For that work he didnt charge me anything. Very professional, efficient, and effective.

I loved getting once daily text updates about the progress. It let me know they were working hard to get my car restored. I loved the collaboration between caliber and Enterprise. It really made a stressful event much easier.

This is by far the easiest insurance claim process I’ve ever been through. I dropped my car off to them on 2/24 and originally was told it might not be ready until 3/4. Which is fair because repairs can take some time. However, 2/26 they called and told me it was ready. Not only did they get my car done in lighting speed but they also kept me updated the entire time with texts and calls. I loved having a live update of how my car was doing. When I got there to pick it up everyone was so friendly and professional and the cherry on top was the fact that they had freshly detailed my car. Caliber went above and beyond the realm of a repair shop. Thank you for everything!!

Just wow! I did not think a body repair shop could wow me, but yup, Caliber did. Glen was my point guy, and he stayed in constant contact as we ran into issues with my insurance claim. The car looks BRAND NEW, and I dont throw that term around lightly. Now for the icing on the customer service cake. I couldnt come and pick the car up when it was done, so they delivered it to me and picked up my rental for return. Came here months ago with my boyfriend to get his bumper fixed and we received nothing but attitude from the old man working there. He did a half ass job and when we were unhappy and Complained about our experience he showed his true racists colors and told us if we didnt leave he would call the police on us. I wouldnt refer this place to my worst enemy.

Looks like a very legit operation, however, if your car is there an totaled, make sure you check your insurance total paperwork when you get it. They missed several, some obvious, options my car came equipped with and that caused a huge headache later on when the settlement price on the totaled vehicle.

Excellent!! i had to get a chrome piece put back on the front of my car because i rear ended someone, and they did it very easily and quickly, also said they would be able to fix my front bumper because it got pushed back a few centimeters and replace my busted grill as well, am definitely going back to them for that job.

They are extremely caring and after an accident that is exactly what I needed.

Bottom line: this shop did the work that was required by my insurance company, and if I needed bodywork done again, they would be the first company I go to.Details: I had rear-end damage. They showed me that my bumper had been previously damaged and they were able to restore it to its original condition. They replaced the muffler -- I wasnt happy with the selection, but it was the one USAA said to put on. Later, it was approved to use OEM (its a dual muffler car that you can see the mufflers when they dont match). They replaced the muffler w/OEM -- no problems.In addition to the insurance work, they did an inventory on all cosmetic damage before doing the work -- this is necessary because sometimes pre-existing damage isnt noticed by the owner -- like in my case. After getting my car back, I noticed a couple small dings and thought the shop had done it. A review of the initial paperwork that the insurance company gave me showed that this very minor damage was already there. In their paperwork they had also noted that the hood was misaligned -- they fixed this free of charge.My car also had a noisy wheel bearing from before the accident -- I asked them to fix this -- the cost was reasonable and the repair is satisfactory.The comments about the old man -- hes not a strapping young buck and not out to set a speed record on how fast he can serve you -- that doesnt really slow down the work on your, car does it? Give the man a break and show some decency.All in all, a good shop that I would do business with again.

Absolutely horrible work. The front bumper of my GMC Acadia is not even close to the right color. They said they would call every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, after the first Monday...nothing till it was finished.EditAfter posting this review someone called and they fixed the paint. Would have preferred that they fix it right the initial time but they did come back and get it right in the end.
