I bought my first Cadillac from Hendrick Cadillac in Norfolk, VA. The staff there were a great group to deal with. As I only allow them to maintain the maintenance on my car, I decided to look at the new models that were on display. I wasnt sure what I wanted then earlier this week I went to the dealership and spoke with Ms. Kimberly White. I had spoken with her times before and she always made time for me. We talked this particular day and after speaking with her she new exactly what I was looking for. My Cadillac Ats was a pretty good looking and top running car. So I told Ms Kimberly that she would have to empress me with something real nice to get me out of my Ats. Well she new exactly what I wanted. We test drove a CT4 sports and that was it I was sold. She stayed late in the evening uploading and going over every detail of my vehicle. I have never had a sale person spend so much time ensuring I was completely satisfied with my new car. She even had me follow her to the gas station to fill up my new Cadillac. I very much love my new Cadillac. Kimberlys custom service is outstanding. We called Rick Hendrick on a whim and with a bit of hope. We were looking for a vehicle that was seemingly impossible to find but the website said they had exactly what we were looking for. At this point we had already called six other dealerships across the country whose websites claimed they also had the exact vehicle in stock, but were already sold. The first time we called Rick Hendrick we spoke with John Butler (very nice phone presence). He told us the same dreaded news, the vehicle was already spoken for😢 but he did say that he would keep us posted on whether or not the deal moved forward. I wrote it off as a bust and we were ready to not purchase a new vehicle. On a Monday night I received a call from John Butler asking if I was still interested in the vehicle. 🥳 The next morning we met John before the dealership even opened and proceeded with the deal. Heres the thing about John and Rick Hendrick. While almost every other dealership we spoke with seem to be taking advantage of the current world circumstances and taking advantage of people by tacking on unethical premiums that range from $10-25k on top of sticker price, Rick Hendrick did not. The deal was exactly what was advertised, the employees were amazing and so very friendly, we were there for a while and it was like spending the day with family. We highly recommend Rick Hendrick AND John Butler for any vehicle you need!

Rodney Jackson, just WOW! The most professional salesperson I’ve worked with to date. He greeted me at the door immediately, wasn’t aggressive with his approach and had me out the door in the vehicle I wanted, not what the lot was trying to move. He made sure I received top dollar for my trade in and to be honest, he just made me feel really comfortable with the entire experience. Listen, he’s as honest as they come. I like to to get to know who I’m working with too. He’s a family man, loves his wife and kids and is dedicated to the Cadillac brand, which when you buy a Cadillac it’s basically becoming a family member. I left my wallet in the center console of the vehicle and didn’t realize it until I got home. Called Rodney and asked him to hold it for me until the next day. He stopped me from going any further and asked for my address. Said he was bringing to my residence. Very pleased with my service. I just bought a used Car from another dealership and brought it in to the Cadillac dealership to get it checked out. They did a full 27 point inspection and provided a complimentary wash. They let me know that there were no major concerns with my vehicle. I purchased a vehicle two weeks ago. The bumper of the vehicle need to be painted and the front passenger seat needed leather repair. I was told by my sales person he would contact me to schedule the appointment for the needed work. The Monday following the sale which he didn’t. I had to contact him after not hearing anything. I was told the earlier part of this week that the leather was unavailable for my seat and that the bumper could be painted Friday (today) I was told this was an 30min to hour long service. I arrived at 9 am and waited on the sales person and paint guy only to be told the service would take a few hours. I was told my vehicle would not be ready before lunch. I live 45 mins away and now I am stuck sitting in the lounge are and have been since about 9 am. As far as my seat I see a leather display in the dealership, but again I was told they couldn’t find the leather for my front passenger seat. Also, I asked about a second key for my vehicle and wasn’t provide one. I was told my sales person would check in to it. I’m still waiting on my vehicle because I can’t get a loaner vehicle. Poor customer service. Update: I still dont have a second key and my front seat still isnt fixed. I was contact via email on Aug. 27, 2021 saying someone would be in contact with me. It is now Sept. 7, 2021 and I still have not been contacted.
First time taking car 🚗 in for service without my husband. Met Anna and the experience was so comfortable 😌 I told all my friends. She listened to all my questions, answered so I understood, never made me feel like a dummy, and I got my car 🚗 back with an understanding about maintenance that I did not have prior to my lone trip in for service. I went to have a mirror looked at in my 2017 XT5, was the rear mirror which has shows actual and regular view but it was showing blurriness. The gentleman said they’ll look at it let me know what’s going on. After they looked at it he gave me a write up of suggestions concerning my car as far as maintenance I said OK. He also said they would wash it and then and it would be ready in a few moments so when I got to the desk to check out I had $152 bill bill before my face. I said just for the mirror I couldn’t believe it they charged me for a evaluation of the truck I called my husband of course because I was not prepared to pull out $152 an that moment Being a retired veteran money is tight. I really adore my car don’t get me wrong I know it’s an expensive upkeep but $152 just to tell me that there’s something internal going along with it I think that’s a little bit extreme. Nevertheless, I am waiting to speak to a manager
Just wanted to reach out and commend Chris Buttolph.. Dropped my 2009 CTS off on Monday the 10th.I had a noise coming from the rear when accelerating from a stop. The next day he called and said my car was ready. They replaced drive shaft and bearing. Thank you so much for the great service, and commitment to the customer and your company!!!!! I went to Rick Hendricks Cadillac Norfolk because I was certain that I wanted the Cadillac XT5. Upon my arrival, I found that there were so many other models of nice cars on the lot that I also liked. After looking at a few others, I still went with the XT5. My salesperson, Mr. Rodney Jackson and Manager, Mr. Jon Duncan were simply AWESOME, professional, and so very patient with me. On both of my visits I arrived late in the evening (after driving over an hour to get there) and neither time did they rush me or pressure me in any way. I will definitely be looking for them again when I purchase my next vehicle & I will also refer the two of them to friends and family. It is ONLY because of the two of them and the service that they provided me that I give Rick Hendricks Cadillac Norfolk a 5-Star…and also the fact that I love my car! I will say, however, that the entire process was not positive. This was because of the negative treatment I received - “could careless if I purchased a car or not” from one of the managers, Neil. He made a mistake and instead of being kind about fixing it, he was rude & spoke to me in a very degrading manner. Had it not been for speaking with Mr. Duncan and receiving complete professionalism & kindness, I would have not purchased a vehicle from this dealership. So definitely visit Rick Hendricks Cadillac Norfolk and look for Rodney and/or Jon!

Steve and the team at Rick Hendricks went above and beyond to make purchasing my Cadillac Escalade a very smooth and easy transaction. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure if I wanted the smaller or larger Escalade and I was never rushed to make a decision. I feel some of the staff at Rick Hendrick are rude, uncaring, unconcerned and lack the professionalism that an organization of that magnitude should have.You can never get a true understanding of when your car will be completed or a courtesy call.You sit in the waiting area and as customers we discuss how many persons with Rick Hendricks shirts walk by and never part their lips or give a smile to their paying customers.Professional development is greatly needed to add character to some of the rude persons that are employed there.Hopefully leadership will take these concerns mentioned above and develop a pleasant atmosphere by hosting professional development to their employees.Thank you

My first impression...my lasting impression. I will not be returning. Compared to other Cadillac dealers the service department fell short. With three reps not actively serving customers, I took second place to paperwork when I arrived. There were several minutes that went by before someone greeted me. Usually not the norm at other Cadillac dealers. An oil change took 2+ hours. This was twice the amount of time estimated by the rep who helped me out. Luckily I was in no rush. Lastly, I was quoted $60 for my oil change and when I got the bill it was $90. I figured out that who ever quoted me only quoted me for the oil change and didn’t include the service fees and taxes. That’s just dishonest dealings. Why not tell the truth about what the customer will spend for the service. Just out right dishonest. I understand information asymmetry and it’s important to me that my partners in any venture are honest. These guys didn’t meet that minimum standard. Being new to Virginia I hope this isn’t an indication of how people do business here. Being in organizational improvement industry I hope someone considers this review and effects change. The little things make huge differences and word spreads about dishonest dealings.

By looking at the reviews of this place I thought it will be a wonderful place to purchase my next car! Boy was I wrong for starters no one greeted me I was standing by the car I was interested in for 10 minutes one older guy(didnt catch his name) walk right pass me while I was making eye contact at him! Finally I had to go inside and ask for assistance which I never had to do while purchase a car.My sales person Tyler was unexperience on information I wanted to know but overall okay.And the young lady sitting in the front of the building (didnt catch her name) can use a bit of training on customer service!! For a dealership like this with such high reviews I didnt get the welcome treatment a customer deserves and will not be returning here every again..

John Butler is a dynamite salesman. He helped my husband and me 9in setting up specific features in our new car. He ordered a floor mat we requested to replace the one that was in our old car and personally put it in back of our SUV.He is very courteous and totally knowledgeable about our Cadillac. Whenever I had any questions about different settings, he either explained how to set things up or he would do it for me.I know I can call him anytime and if he is not available he always responds.
My experience with Steven stone was awesome, he made my family and I feel at ease and welcome. I took my moms car here to get service! And someone stole $200 out of my wallet!!! The entire dealership was laughing when I told them! And the service Manager (Micheal Letkenman) kept repeating to me this never happened before! As if Im not telling the truth! After almost 2 hours of me standing in the hot sun begging for my money and telling them Im gonna call the police, one of the employees comes around the corner with my $200!!! THIS WAS HURTFUL, DISRESPECTFUL, AND A HUGH INCONVENIENCE!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW THEY TREATED ME!! STEALING FROM A CUSTOMER!!!

For some reason this establishment will not respect what you ask of them. They give you a quote of what you share with them is needed to be fixed and then they do other work without calling you to ask if you are ok with that.I have yet to bring a car to this establishment and ask for it to be fixed free.In my observations it is obvious that there seems to be a problem with equal treatment of race.

I have a 2015 Cadillac Escalade that I did not buy from Rick Hendricks Cadillac in Norfolk Va. but since my dealership was over 100 miles from my home, I changed my service to Rick Hendricks. That was a big mistake. Thier service department to horrible. My vehicle was once in their shop for 2 months only to get it back and had to turn around and bring to right back to them because they didnt fix all the things it was in the shop for. I have got my vehicle back with my car mats missing, my key fob was destroyed and after my latest service where they replaced my shocks my key to my wheels lock is missing. If you have a choice I would not chose Rick Hendricks.
I CALLED AND TOLD RODNEY JACKSON I WANTED A BLACK ON BLACK 2021 CT4 CADILLAC AND THE PRICE RANGE I WAS WILLING TO PAY,HIS RESPOND WAS I HAVE ONE. I WENT ON THE LOT THE NEXT DAY JUST TOO LOOK BECAUSE i HAD A PRE-APPROVE LOAN AND I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO SIGN THE PAPER WORK. RODNEY JACKSON REFUSED TO LET ME LEAVE WITH OUT SHOWING ME THAT HE COULD SAVE ME MONEY BY GETTING ME A LOWER INTEREST RATE WITH GM AND I COULD LEAVE WITH THE CAR THAT NIGHT. So making this type of review displeasures me due to the fact this location had so many good reviews but an experience is an experience. So I came into the dealership service area for a oil change only. The service area was good along with there customer service but upon arriving home I found a deep scratch in my paint on the back portion of my car near the back seat. Additionally they left trash in my door panel leaving the old oil change recommendation from when I lived in Washington state. I have yet to receive a call back and my just have go up there but this level of service is unspeakable at a dealership that holds such prestige around the country. Awesome experience with Hendrick Caddillac in the purchase if a 2021 XT 5 SUV. Got an excellent sales representative Kimberly White who satisfactorily answered all my question and highlighted numerous features and differences found in the 2021 verses another older model i purchased from another dealer.

When I drove onto your lot to look at the new XT4 SUV, I had no idea that I would purchase a vehicle before I left. I was just there to look. This is the first time in my life that I made a major decision so quickly. This purchase was the easiest, smoothest transaction ever. Working with Steve Stone was an awesome experience. He was very laid-back and calm. He treated me and my husband with respect and didnt try to push me into anything I didnt want to do. He was very professional and knowledgeable. If I had been a real customer I probably would have been able to give them the full five stars, but since Ive never actually bought anything from there I can only give 4.5 stars.
We had nothing short of a GREAT experience at Rick Hendrick Cadillac. From the moment we walked onto the lot to the day we said we were going to pass on the vehicle; everyone treated us great and with respect as to our decision.But after a couple sleepless nights we made the call back to John Bell on a Saturday (while he was cutting his grass at home) and asked him if the vehicle was still there, which it was. He immediately said he could be there within a couple of hours if we wanted to meet him at the dealership to close the deal out. Did I mention it was his day off! As soon as we arrived ( we were early by about 20 minutes) Kimberly offered to open the vehicle and let us browse through it while we waited; turns out by the time we pulled it out to look through it John was standing there. The entire team at Rick Hendrick Cadillac deserves 5 stars for exceptional team work. I think I forgot to mention Jeremy also; he was able to direct us through the electronic maze of paperwork without losing us (that took talent).I belief the whole process of buying, getting the vehicle inspected and cleaned for us to take delivery only took 1 1/2 hours; by far the fastest we have ever been in a dealership.We are beyond happy that we drove the 50 miles from our residence to purchase at Rick Hendrick Cadillac!
