So the place has some nice people there. The area you wait in is nice and big and clean. I will update after the work is done. Have front bumper issues. Update 03/26. I got my car back early and if they did not have to send parts back it would have been finished sooner. The ladies in the office were very nice and had great communication skills. I was able to leave my rental car with them so that was nice. Overall great experience. I cannot complain.

Returned my brand new car to me FILTHY. NEVER FINISHED REPAIRS, NEW CAR MAKES NOISE NOW, SCRATCHED MY LEATHER STEERING WHEEL, STOLE ITEMS FROM MY TRUNK. 6 weeks and 8K later. FIRST AND LAST TIME BUYING A CAR FROM PRIORITY.
I was rear ended for the second time within a matter of months by someone distracted by their phone. Their insurance company sent me to Priority Collision for the work. Quick, efficient service with friendly employees. Waiting room leaves a lot to be desired but thankfully, I wasn’t there long.
I had my car repaired here, it took me 3 weeks to get it done. After they replaced the passenger door, they didnt seal the door properly so that theres a wind noise coming from the door when driving above 40MPH. I reported this and brought my car in for them to check, they confirmed there is noise but they didnt fix it, instead they blamed problem they created to the DashCam wire I setup for almost 2 years without any problem, what an absurd excuse. they keep repeating the DashCam wire when I tried to explain about the wire, wow. I really want justice for my DashCam if it could talk. Finally, they wanted me to call my insurance company so that I charge for the damage they created. Fully irresponsible. I shouldve read the reviews before deciding to go there.UPDATE: I went to another shop for diagnosis and found the wind noise came from the passenger mirror that they didnt set it up properly. Called my insurance and went back to the Collision Center for the mirror replacement, Its FIXED.They at least could have run a diagnosis again for any defect before giving irrelevant excuse (the DashCam wire) without taking no responsibility.

My car was fixed pretty quickly but it came back with a dent I didn’t have when I sent it there. Thwy seen the before pictures they took and compared them and I was right. I know my car. They took more pictures and claimed that they would get back to me on when they were going to fix their mistake and I haven’t heard from them since. It’s been over two weeks now. I’m going to call my insurance and let them handle it at this point.

I’m a business owner and had to have my van back as soon as possible. It needed a back bumper and a door. I was told it would be six days. I went ahead and planned a vacation for the time that they had my van. To my surprise it was available for pick up in five days. Unprofessional. They do not communicate relevant information regarding repair status to customers. When I asked why, all I got were excuses.No contact AT ALL during estimated repair time (3-4 days). Called on the 4th business day to be told that not only is my vehicle not ready, the repairs haven’t even been started yet!! Furthermore, the vehicle won’t even been done within the first TWO WEEKS they have it.UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT GO TO THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!!!!!
Wrecked my truck and brought it here, Michelle helped me through the process the entire time and was outstanding. The manager is very helpful as well.The mechanics made my front bumper look brand new and they even washed my truck for me! Definitely recommend. ☺️

My car was there for 3 weeks getting work done. I was given weekly updates on the status of my repairs. NOT ONCE did they say that my battery was dead. When I went to pick up my car I was given a car back that had a dead battery. The representative told me that they just had to jump my car because it was sitting so long. He told me to run the car for a while and let it charge back up. We ran the car for an hour and got stranded at a gas station. I called back and talk to the manager and he told me that they had to jump my car every time they had to work on it. ( but nobody called me) I took the battery to advanced Auto for a battery test and a deep charge. they told me the battery is reading well but i have a dead cell from my battery being drained all the way. I drove my car to Priority on its own power and I couldnt drive it away under its own power.

My experience with Priority Collision was really commendable. I definitely appreciated the weekly calls informing me of the progress of my vehicle. Besides dust in the vehicle when I picked it up, the repair was immaculate and Mark was knowledgeable about the whole process.

Wow where to even begin! I am beyond frustrated with this place. A more accurate name would be Freedoms Not-So-Super body shop. I took my car in after a small accident, and the estimate was 8 days for it to be repaired. Not only did it take three times that long, but during those 25 days that I waited they almost never called me to give me updates on what was going on, it was me that had to call them to badger them for information. Then when I was finally able to get the car the heat didnt work... Its 30 degrees outside, a simple test drive should have been enough for them to say hey the heats not working but I guess thats too much to ask for. Terrible customer service, terrible work. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE!

This place used to be Freedom Super Body Shop. The service was 100 times better than it is now. I was referred to this place by State Farm. First, they cannot see my truck for an estimate for almost a full week. Second, they can only do estimated from 0900 to 1600 and have no weekend options. I work during those times. I asked for options and was told there are none. I have called State Farm back and reassigned my claim to a different place. The service I received here is in line with the service I received from Priority Chevrolet.Priority Take Note: The new place has walk in claim service from 0800 to 1600 M-F (No Appointment) and they have Saturday Hours.
Took my car in to get damage from my wreck fixed, got it back with damage fixed but now my right turn signal blinks faster than it used to and the front window buttons stick when used. Their customer service could improved. The work they did was great, but wouldnt recommend because of the damage i got it back with.
I had a Ford Taurus that needed the rear driver quarter panel repaired. The work was awful. After ripping the sticker from the inside of the door off with the paint code (instead of just copying it) they ended up painting the car a whole different color it seems. It was not factory paint match. And the glass that was replaced still had some weird adhesive around it, and faint markings of where it was probably numbered from the junkyard. Shoddy sloppy work, it was an insurance claim but still very PISS POOR. It appears to be under new management but I am quite sure the same workers are there. DO NOT GO THERE
They let people who look at your car take tools, change, etc. also damage your car door speakers and then play dumb to it all
This place keeps me dad busy basically year round striping cars and adding decals, rock guard, and blackout tape to vehicles. I aint got no complaints xD
Absolutely shady! Mark told me that he couldnt give me an estimate until I agreed yo use them for repairs!! That is as shady as a business can get. Go elsewhere!!!!
