This was the best experience I have had while owning a car. Sadly I was in an accident and needed body work. They were quick to do all repairs. When my bumper got delayed I was kept in the loop the whole entire time. I would use them for all my car needs. I definitely recommend them.

Dan truly is the MAN. Always perfect work so you cannot even tell there was a ding. Hes worked on 3 of my cars and I would not go to anyone else for body work.

This place is legitimate... Daniel is an honest guy and very easy to work with. They dont try to over sell you anything and the pricing is more than fare compared to every other places Ive been too. Glad to know there are still good car repair places.. Will be my sole shop for any of my repair needs!! Wouldve rated 10 if possible! Dont think twice... the wont try to rip you off like most do..

Horrible experience. I go based on great reviews. I am initially given a great quote but told that they cant work on my car because my car needs to go on a framing machine and that theres only one and another car is on it. Im given the cell phone of a manager and hell tell me when to come in. I text for a date three days later and dont get a response. I call the main number the next day and talk to someone else who tells me he will call me back with an answer. He doesnt call me back. I call again the next day and leave a message; the business is in the neighborhood I grew up so I want to support it. But, no one returns my call. I take my business to Bay Old Dominion Collision which rectifies the issue in a day.

Daniel that I worked with was awesome, super easy to communicate with, worked very efficiently and helped me easily understand their process and how to get things done with my insurance company as well. I would recommend him to anyone in Hampton Roads that had water damage issues with their vehicle.
