I have visited C & E Auto Body in Norfolk twice and the service and quality of work were excellent on both occasions. The first time was to repair front-end crash damage to my Mazda 3, and the second time they unjammed my Toyota Siennas power sliding door. Another auto shop had failed to unjam the Sienna’s door, but it took only 10 minutes at C & E and they refused to charge for the work!Nick and his staff are always friendly, more than fair, and do outstanding work.

New to the area and came across this shop for a basic job. Customer service was great and they were able to get me in very quickly! very pleased and highly recommend

Incredible quality! Car had major damage both front and rear (got sandwiched). I thought there was no way it could be properly repaired. When I picked up my car it was literally in show room condition. And it was 10 years old at the time. Cant recommend C&E enough!

This is the place to go for honest, quality work. I took my wifes Honda Pilot in for some body work about three months ago and I couldnt be more pleased with how it all turned out. This is the only place Ill go in the future and the only place Ill recommend.

I had to bring my car in to get the bumper replaced after getting hit. The whole team at the shop were fantastic. Extremely friendly and very informative. They explained everything that needed to be done and the cost breakdown. I felt really taken care of. My car was fixed up in a few days and it looked like new. This is a great place to take your car for collision repair, First the men that were.at the desks were polite, considerate and made the process easy for me. They went the extra mile I didnt even recognize my car when I picked up it looked that good. They did there work and was surprised at the timely manner in which the work was done. I had both my driver side doors and rear panel repaired about six months ago after an accident and everything went very smoothly, would definitely recommend this place.The repair work was well done and timely, they were very knowledgeable and accommodating, and the paint job was spot on. They will drive you where ever you need to get to and answer any of your calls or questions promptly. They are also great if you need any follow up repairs. I came in this week with a minor door rattle. They were quick with the diagnosis and repair. I was out in 25 minutes, all fixed. Thank you!

I took my car to Nick at C&E and it looked brand new when I got it back. The whole process was very smooth. Nick and his team explained everything to me and kept me updated the whole time. They made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions. They even facilitated a rental for me, which I was not expecting! If I ever need body work done again Im definitely coming back here!

These guys are not only quick, they know what their doing and interface with all major insurance companies to get your car done quickly the right way. They also work with rental car agencies to help you get a rental and you can even drop it off with them to bring back for you. As many times as I checked in with them, they were professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

I brought my car in for some body work a few weeks ago and you’d never be able to tell anything was ever wrong with it. The guys there did excellent work and their customer service was above and beyond anything I could’ve ever imagined! I highly recommend C & E!

A while back, they wrote me an estimate for some damage; then, after a while, they followed up with a live phone call. Not an annoying robocall but a live person; I appreciated this. I then went back for the work and they had a vehicle ready for me... in and out in 5 minutes.After picking up the car, I noticed a minor issue and reached out to them on a Saturday. Nick got back right back to me within a couple of hours and said to bring it in and theyd take care of it. And they did. I found both Nick and Alex to be professional in how they handle customers. I have another car that I will be bringing in to them in the near future.Parking lots a little tight, only issue.

Great work. It was sometimes hard to reach them to get status, but the work was done on time and looked great. They are certified by our insurnce (Mapfre) so claim processing was extra easy.

Great service, my car had 3000$ of damage and looked like a compressed piece of tinfoil. The restoration process was amazing and they kept me constantly updated.

All they needed to do was repair a bump where I got rear ended but they went beyond that and put on a fresh coat of paint and cleaned out the interior of my car as well! They went well beyond what they needed to do and I am very thankful for it.

Decided not to go here because of the customer service. The other reviews seem to praise the workmanship but in a competitive business, customer service also counts. I wonder if this is their annex location because I see another one in Norwood. This is a “dude” kind of shop.No parking space. Dude was like “yah this and yah that”. No assistance with rental. Maybe the main location is better.
