I had ordered one of Willows vanities from another website. The item color was unavailable. Willow Bath and Vanity contacted me directly and their customer service has been incredible. Emily has been my contact from Willow Bath and Vanity. She has worked with me to design a very similar vanity that I like even better than the original one I had ordered. Willow has honored the price and all other terms of my original order. Emily has been in constant communication with me, has supplied photos of the new vanity and has answered all of my questions. This has been the utmost professional company and a truly positive consumer experience. I will recommend their beautiful products to everyone I know.

I spent HOURS looking for a real wood vanity for our master bath renovation. I couldnt believe how hard it was to find one. By some wonderful luck I found Willow Bath and Vanity. From the moment I walked into their showroom I knew Id found the perfect place. They were so helpful and it was such a perk to be able to see the vanities in person. I went with one of their more farmhouse/modern vanities but they also have some really cool mid-century modern options. The vanities are very reasonably priced (trust me, I have done the research). So very happy with our purchase.

The store, the products offered, and the employees are wonderful! Everything was explained in detail as far as what they offer, the materials used in construction, the cost, and the timeline needed to build what we ordered. Since we live several hours away, we had to rely on text messages for correspondence. Emily promptly and professionally replied to each of our inquiries. Our vanity, marble top, backsplash and side splash, and sink are beautiful. You won’t find this quality at a big box store. Thank you Willow Bath & Vanity.

I ordered by vanity directly with Willow and worked with Bes. He was amazing at getting me exactly what I wanted and communicating with me. I placed the order and the vanity arrived within a week and is very high quality. I am impressed and would refer them to anyone.

Gorgeous, durable, built to last with superior craftsmanship. I didn’t realize it was a Sunday (when they are closed) when I texted to ask for advice on installation and they replied anyway. Be careful!!! I just had the worst experience with this company!!! BES told me I could exchange 2 vanity Quartz I bought, then I came to drop them so I could switch them, when I was ready to get the new ones he said that was not going to be possible because he messed up on the measurements holes, he said he completely forgot and he was not going to exchange them, I argued why did he say yes in the first place, he just kept saying I am sorry but I deal with many customers and I forgot! I told him that when I say I will do something as a company I’ll do it no matter of a lost, he just kept saying excuses. All this after I spoke to my customer and told him the exchange was going to happen. They are just not professional and if they messed it up the right thing to do it’s make it up!!!

I want to thank Bes @ Willow Bath and Vanity for his prompt and extreme professionalism in handling an issue I had with a vanity purchased from another vendor. I only wish I had the knowledge to purchase directly with Willow Bath & Vanity in the first place. Kudos to Willow for having such a professional in their customer service department. I will be recommending Willow Bath & Vanity in the future!

I’m happy everyone else found the people who work there helpful. My husband and I were so excited to finally find a place to have everything we wanted. We walked around and no one asked if we needed help. The other customers were getting help. So we went back to the front desk and the blonde woman who was helping someone else walked by is and went into the office. We heard voices and laughter. She walked back out and smiled and went back to assist another customer. We left. I found someone to build what we wanted. Yep more money, but we are happy.

Bes made the purchase so stress free! Not being local to Atlanta, was a bit concerned ordering a vanity. Our designer is local to Atlanta (Erika Rein @itserikarein) and Bes patiently spent time with her touring the showroom reviewing options, and after that contacted us to ensure we were fully satisfied prior to shipping and that the vanity was exactly what we wanted. The customer service here is beyond compare. There were some issues with determining what was actually in stock based on the website and Bes helped me to get me what I needed, took the time to understand my situation, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I can honestly not thank him enough.

We purchased a gorgeous 84 inch vanity and were thrilled with our purchase. After 2 months we had a problem with one of the drawers.I called requesting help. Our drawer was fixed and Willow Vanity made sure all the doors and drawers were perfect.The sales people were so helpful at the beginning and over the top when we had an issue!!!Wish I needed more vanities... a great company!!!

Loved this place the moment I walked in! Great selection of freestanding vanities! They’re all beautiful! It’s hard to choose which one to take home.. Gloria helped us select a shaker-style 60” vanity with Quartz countertop and gold pulls. We also bought a vessel sink for our half bath. Gloria was extremely helpful and friendly!The guys there were fabulous and loaded our purchases into our SUV. I can’t believe how lucky we were to find this place!

We found Willow online after searching all over our area for a vanity for our bathroom renovation. We ended up buying two vanities (36” and 84”). We had them shipped out to California and we were extremely happy with the quality we received. We also had a couple people call and text us pictures of various tops and asked which one we wanted on our vanity which allowed us to better match it with our bathroom. I would hands down recommend Willow to anyone.

I LOVE the 84 Aberdeen double vanity I ordered from Willow Bath & Vanity (white cabinet, white quartz top, and double mirrors)! Even my contractor remarked several times on the outstanding quality and look. Willow Bath was great with communication and customising my order, and it shipped quickly. I cant wait to renovate my other bathroom with a vanity from them!

Great place! We needed a very specific size and color vanity. We needed it quick. Customer Service was on it. We picked what we wanted that they had in stock. They shipped when they said. After being let down by another company, I did some last minute research and came across Willow Bath and Vanity. Being extremely pressed for time in my project, I reached out and spoke to Iryna. Let me start off by saying, she is AMAZING. Her promptness, attention to detail, communication and overall customer service was second to none. I highly recommend speaking to her.My wife and I fell in love with the Aberdeen 60” double sink in hale blue and finalized our order with Iryna. We asked for brushed nickel handles and she happily accommodated. Within minutes I had an email to review my order and make my payment online. Payment made and confirmation receipt received. The next day Iryna texted me the vanity had been shipped and also received an email with tracking information. Within 6 days (shipped from Georgia to Chicago), I received my vanity. My biggest concern was the shipping, because the previous company I worked with shipped TWO different vanities that both came damaged! After speaking to Iryna she assured me that all of their products are inspected prior to shipment and that the packaging would be extremely secure. Well let me tell you, I was amazed when I received the shipment. An earthquake would not have been able to do damage to the way it was packaged!On to the vanity itself. One word, gorgeous! The fit and finish is beautiful and of high quality. From the dovetail drawers to the soft close hardware to the quality of the wood and paint, you will be extremely hard pressed to find a better quality product for the price. Willow offers gorgeous vanities at reasonable prices. They can also do special orders just for you without charging you an arm and a leg. For example, I was looking for a double 48 vanity and they offered to make a single into a double for me for just $50 more! Willow also carries lower end vanities from other brands if your have a tighter budget. All the employees there are extremely friendly and helpful. I am so happy that I found this place.

Bought vanities on 2 different occasions at this point. Product is very solid and very well build. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of their product line. Was able to choose vanity, vanity top and mirror from a different collection without any up charge. Give them a try!
