Went to Home Depot in Tucker, purchased an appliance …. A 17.1 cuft fridge, once I got it home and unboxed it, I noticed it had some dents … thank goodness it was not visible where I was placing the fridge, upon letting the store know…. They could not help, they would not help, and they were unwilling to talk about it…. They said if anything thing was to be done or any additional cost were to be taken off I would have to arrange moving it and bringing it back….. we will never use this store again! Remember your family neighborhood Home Depot isn’t willing to help you during the important times that matter as they advertise.

First they rented a trailer to us with no tag ... then told us he would have another trailer for us, got there, no trailer. We call and reserved a trailer,, The next day we come back, the trailer is there but he didnt notice all morning until we went to rent it, that the lights were pulled off and not in workable condition. So again, no trailer. Do you not check the trailers when they come back?? Get it together. I will never come to this tool rental again. Entirely too unorganized and lazy.

I shop here often. Whatever I need.. They got it. From rubber mulch to propane grills. To work gloves or a weed wacker. I can usually get in and out. The check out process goes pretty smooth and quick. The staff is helpful.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE AN ELECTRICIAN. No one competent can cut wire or write the SKU down so I have been here an hour for 20 ft of 12 awg wire. They continue to call for an electrical associate and no one comes to help. Very dissatisfied do not waste your time here.

From home improvement residential projects to commercial projects Home Depot most of the times is the only place to go.Professional stuff and very diverse working hard during covid times. Everyone wears a mask and very polite which makes experience absolutely astonishing.

I had to wait for awhile in the paint department, however once the two employees arrived they were very helpful and attentive.

Associate Tameka was very very helpful. I like the selections that they had as I was undecided on what to purchase. The gentleman that cut my base boards was very patient with me, the young that led me to him for help was super nice and the cashier and especially the customer service young lady as we shared conversations about our sons. I live in Snellville but this will now be my store of choice which is 30 minutes away. The service was impeccable 👌👏

Went in for the hot bar an a Sunday around 5:00 an there was hardly any food and they told us that they werent making any more. It was almost dinner time. This doesnt make any sense to me.After seeing my review come up again, this was obviously not for home depot. It was for Whole Foods on Papermill.

One of the managers is a totally cool dude from chicago, nobody seemed like they wanted to help, I saw him walking, remember he was righteous to me last time, ask him where a certain circulating fan might be saying that their inventory online says they have many in stock, he asks me to point out which one, I pointed out, he asks me how many I need, I say one, he says that hell give me the bigger one for the same price, was mind-blown, people like that are absolutely golden assets to their company because they make you feel like youre a human being, they make you feel like they want to take care of you, this guy should be at the corporate head office is running the show, OR at minimum helping run the show, I wish I remembered his name, but hes the cool ginger-headed Irish looking guy from chicago, complete Rockstar...

Not a good location we go there and asked for help with buying lumber there were 8 employees playing in a swing putting all of the work on one employee. Went inside and it was the same thing got to the front order our lumber the lady sent the lumber to the wrong store not only that when they delivered our lumber they left it on the front yard in the middle of the yard for no apparent reason that is not what we signed for that is not what we requested thanks twice before you pick up anything from this Home Depot if there was a negative star I would have given them that

Worst service ever. Buy your appliances elsewhere. Sales people can’t make a change to the orders. Manager refuses to come. They made my physically disabled father for 2 hours at a time for 3 days and keep giving him different stories about delivering the appliance and install. Manager Johnny, and everyone there have ZERO Idea about how orders are placed and how customers are helped. STAY AWAY. There other options even for paint. Extremely disappointed after spending more than 10k at this store for my order. I have worked at corporate retail organizations and my bosses would fire the team at the Tucker store and hire people of substance. Just saying.

Excellent shopping experience... But generally a person has to Make it that way. Youll Need to run down whomever to get what you need. Ive never been ASKED if I need any help.Ive found that that is mainly because they have a bunch of SALES people up in there. There are very few who actually KNOW something about the stuff in the department theyre working in.and can Help you if youre not certain of what youre looking for. Theyre long on SALES people who really will just sell you anything.Thats why I say, youll need to run whomever down to get KNOWLEDGEABLE service.I still give the STORE 5 stars mainly because of the stock.

We went buy 2 vanity. The boy was there to help us get them from shelf. When we check out no one came helps to load in the truck we waited.. One of the customer helped us to load. This is trucker store. 🙁

This is a great Home Depot. It is not the closest one to my home, but I go here because they seem to have more options in stock and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have a great garden department.

I went in to return an item I had purchased 2 months prior that had quit working. I had my receipt and without hassle promptly refunded what I had spent on the item.

Sadly disappointed. Purchased $3,500.00 on the home depot card. I was told I had 24 months. Now they say I have 6 months. And they cant do anything about. The clerk made a mistake. That mistake will cost me dearly and I will never purchase from them again.Its a shame because I spend $1000s yearly.

Found everything quickly, they were a little short staffed which I blame on Covid

Went to this particular location to buy some mulch the representative at the nursery was very friendly polite and helpful. She struck up a nice conversation and I enjoyed it. This conversation welcomed me back. Believe me is a pleasure going to this home Depot.

Looking for moving boxes. Web site told us where they were and how many in stock. Went right to them, got what we needed, went thru self-check which was upgraded for Covid. Could not have been any easier. Great store!!

Its very organised and the staff over there is very friendly and helpful. Also the billing system is very easy n faster. I havent seen such billing system anywhere else. Its a hub for entire hardware requirement. No doubt I will go again n again over there for my hardware supply. Go ahead and enjoy urself if u are a hardware freak.

Liza T working in customer service needs to be fired immediately. I have never been treated so badly by an employee I’m my life. Liza T is the rudest and most disrespectful employee I have ever come across. I simply wanted to exchange some scotch tape that would not stay stuck to the crown molding and kept un-peeling before I could even paint. I bought the tape with cash and had my receipt. I wanted to exchange it for the “frog tape” I saw in a commercial but have never used. She stated that she couldn’t return it because it was opened. She then said I needed to have ID to return it even though I had my receipt. I asked to speak with a manager and she refused to call one and told me “we don’t need your business” as if she were the owner. I told her that I was going to make a complaint and she threatened to call the police because I said I would make a complaint. I have spent hundreds of thousands with Home Depot and this employee refused to exchange a $5 item. The whole time she was very hostile as if she were taking out all of her life issues on me.

Trying to find out the status of lawn mower I took In Over a month ago for repair. I have called this location 3 times, including today. The staff either don’t answer the phone, transfer and no answers, it is routed to customer service and transferred again...this went on for 12 min, then they hang up the call. This store needs an orientation on customer service! I had great service in the Hendersonville, TN store, but very disappointed with the Ga Home Depot service!

CFL recycle could be easier to access instead of having to walk through a maze around the CS desk to get in and out.

Very busy place! Despite this, employees were courteous, professional, and most of all helpful. Store was clean and well organized - even though I had to check two stores (my mistake for not verifying stock availability on app) this store had items shelved exactly where the app said they would be. Sanitizing station is available at entrance and carts are cleaned upon return from parking lot. My advice to shoppers is avoid checkout at store closing if you can because it gets very hectic, though still there was a quick turn-around, so i was only in line for about five minutes with six people ahead of me. Credit again goes to the fantastic employees! It was well worth the trip.

Almost any Home Depot is better than a Lowes, but the service at this branch is abysmal. Waited 15 minutes for curbside pickup, checked in multiple times. Finally went inside, waited fifteen more minutes to speak with someone, then another ten minute wait while someone finally brought my item up with a noncommittal grunt to indicate I was free to leave.

Love this place! With 12 rental properties to manage, HD is an invaluable tool for so many things from appliances to door knobs etc.

If you are a contractor please avoid this store at all cost. Multiple failed deliveries and they dont even care to pick up the phone. You can carry your material by foot before this Home Depot gets you what you need to your job site.

Poor customer service at the Pro Center. Employees that lack customer first attitudes should not be in front line positions - relocate them to chasing empty shopping carts and general clean up, sweeping floors, cleaning bathrooms, etc..have them restock shelves and work in the back warehouse. I suspect this store suffers from high levels of theft and likely safety issues based on my visit. Hopefully they resolve their issues in the near future and things will improve the customer experience.

The price of everything is sky high. Trusting In a tool or material is life constant in humans. Timing the right deals are crucial. Even when you need an item right away . Knowing Home Depot the answers are provided. Neighborhood must .

I had legit return and she doesnt want to return it for me she wants me to keep it because she thinks its good for me to keep it and not good for her to return it and she was very out loud I did have the receipt I have a credit card I have all what I need to do but she doesnt want to return it then I was firm in my request and I think she put like a note under my name at any rate I dont want to go back there

Les is a great enthusiastic guy. He has the right attitude when it comes to customer serveice. He quickly help me find exactly what Im looking for. Im truly proud and amazed by people like him that express dedication.

This is the closest store to my house. I love it. I just hope Home Depot would come up with a system to help veterans with their discount like Lowe’s. Give us a code or a card so we don’t ask associates every time to get the discount. You also don’t have a way for veterans to get the discount online. Please work on it.

Today store was fairly disorganized and I asked two different floor clerks for assistance in finding a floor fan. One directed me to appliances (none there) and the second said they could be anywhere in the store. I finally located a set of fans in an end cap near tools after 45 minutes of pointless wandering. Self check was immediately available and fast.

FYI: Rockwool Sound and FireProofing insulation - this store has it in stock.Was assisted by miss Tamika at customer service. Shes very pleasant and knowledgeable person, quickly running through the system our online/in-store purchase.We had another small purchase, that we ran last minute thru the front cashier lady. This Home Depot is well stocked, found things here that I didnt find at other HOME DEPOT

Staff is great and easy to find but this home depot is very unorganized and the garden is lacking so many things compare to other home depots especially at Tilly Mill Rd. I stopped going here. My only hope is for this store to have as many items and organize as the Tilly Mill Rd store because this tucker store is the closest to my house. Maybe a change in leadership is needed as this is ongoing for a very long time.
