This company is terrible both in quality of work and quality in service. We hired them to install a counter top in our kitchen in our home in Chamblee GA. They included a under mount sink with the purchase and that was great. However the install was done less then two years ago and the sink fell down. In the process it broke the plumbing as well. Now I understand that things happen but when I called them about it they 1st did not want to stand behind the install. After much debate they said they would take care of it but will require a install fee. I said NO, so they finally agreed to repair the sink by reinstalling it. They also agreed to repair the plumbing as well because if the sick did not fall my plumbing would not have been damaged. When the technician came out to do the job I was informed that the plumbing will not be handled which is not what we agreed on when I was talking to the person in their office. I have had this type of work done before in my other home and I have never seen a sink fall down like this before even after years of being installed. I dont know what glue they used or if its just poor workmanship. The main thing is they did not stand by their product or work. I do not recommend this company which is located in Jimmy Carter blvd to do counter top installs. Beware of the poor service afterwards.

Second time using panda for my countertops and they always come through!

I spent over an hour with Kenny going over my already drawn up kitchen design, and the price sounded to good to be true, so I set up an appointment to have them come out to measure to be sure their figures were correct. I was scheduled for a 5 hour window in the middle of the day. No one showed up to measure and no one called to reschedule. I contacted Kenny, whos mailbox was full, so I tried to leave a message in the general mailbox, but there was none. No one picked up the phone in any department. I decided to email and text Kenny to find out what happened and now its a week later, and still no one has contacted me back. I called back today and finally someone picked up the phone. I asked to speak with a manager, and of course there was no manager there. If is sounds too good to be true then it must be too good to be true!!

When we renovated our down stairs, we chose Panda Granite & Cabinet to do our kitchen. We heard good things about them and felt lucky to find them. Jimmy was very nice and patient with us as our layout changed several times during the remodel. He had great ideas and helped our vision come to reality. Their install team was very professional and kind...they went above and beyond during this weird Pandemic. Jimmy went an extra mile and helped us find someone to install our tile backsplash. We highly recommend Panda Granite & Cabinet and we will use them in the future! I am not sure you can find a better value for the quality!!

After looking around the market we quickly realized their $ was the BEST.Jimmy sent us to a few places to look at stone and in the end we found the one.His installation crew were FIRST Class. Nice show rooms decent selection of products.didnt have cabinets i wanted in stock..........* come to find out a week later that they had cabinets i wanted when i wouldnt buy what they were trying to sell me. so I ordered them, salesman ended up droping price 800 dollats that was added on at first for his commission, but charged 200 just to use credit card. had to return some cabinets twice because of mistakes on their part.have nice selection of granite for counter tops but far too too expensive, I felt like they pick and choose what the price is for each slab as they go along .Its All Rock ? Consumer be ware.

Panda does a nice job at a value price. This is my second kitchen with them, and I had a varnish issue with the first one...they replaced the problem doors and drawers 5 years later! Unreal!!This time they assembled and there was a defect in one door. Replaced it with no hassle, no blame, just quick and easy.There is more expensive, higher quality, but honestly this is a great value...better box construction than my wellborn cabinets at 3x the cost.I priced all the other value brands and they were still the cheapest.

I can tell you out of 21 years in custom home builds in Georgia I have searched and spent many of my days and nights looking for cabinet companies to do business with. Out of numerous trials and errors I came across panda by accident. Literally I had a fender bender on jimmy Carter in front of there business. GOD sent I tell you. I went into there place a week later and I haven’t looked back. Amy Kwok is a master at designing great looking cabinet designs. I have to admit you have to wait a little over a week to get the plan. But she is amazing with cabinets. And Jimmy is very helpful from start to finish. If there is an issue he resolves almost in blink of Eye. Seriously I had a customer who said her hinges need to stop before it hit wall. Jimmy called me up and said hey I shipped you 2 hinges so don’t worry. Service is lower than the quality, which means same height like the dust they have in the showroom. And on top of everything... you need to be a Professional typist cause very hard to communicate on the phone with customer service that cant speak English.

The service has gone down hill. We had good experience with then five years ago, so decided to visite the office for kitchen upgrades in Dec last year. They promised to provide us a design within a week or two. However, we never heard from them even after sending several email and text reminders. We suspended the project due to covid 19, and called them again lately to resume the project. They promised to send us a design (since they have had our floor plan already), but again, never came back to us. Its OK if you dont want a business, but please DO NOT send out false claims and promises. So disappointing!

Had my bathroom done and I am totally satisfied with results. I went to their site and me with Stephonie.She walked us through the process and showed us the showroom.Stephonie answered all our questions and assisted in picking our cabinets. We are very pleased with our selection and recommend Panda to whoever is looking to renovate their kitchen or bathrooms. Their material is high quality and looks great. Have been a loyal buyer/contractor there for more than 12 years. You will not find a more well constructed, quality finish for the money. Interior of all unit is matched to exterior finish. No extra fee. Soft close doors and drawers standard. 5 piece drawer fronts not a solid slab. Archet. Grade 3/4 ply, not 1/2 or 5/8. Real wood veneer interior not vinyl. It all adds up . Check them out.

As I’m reading the reviews on here, I can’t believe some of the stuff people are saying.Best service in the area in their field! Very detailed oriented and efficient in their jobs. Had a bathroom and kitchen done by them. They came and made a special template to make sure the granite was exactly the way it was supposed to be. Worked with the manager Eddie for my cabinets and counter tops. Went with shaker cabinets in white (stock) and a custom charcoal color. Eddie is a stand-up guy and is straight with his customers. Painting of the charcoal cabinets was top-notch. Install went well, with just a few hiccups along the way. Eddie was in contact with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I asked for a few custom touches and he delivered at no extra cost. Counter tops are beautiful. They were delivered and installed with no scratching or chips. Satisfied customer here. Pricing is very good as well. Highly recommend these guys.On a side note, I noticed some reviewers commented that they were rude. I think they are straight forward, but not at all rude. Once again, Eddie made sure everything was up to my standards.

Cabinet price is way higher than I expected. I rather go somewhere else.

I don’t understand some of the reviews on here as I have had several kitchens and baths done by Panda. The customer service I experienced every time is not even close to bad. They treat the customers very well. Not only to me as a frequent client but also to first timers.Not only is the service is stellar, their quality is above the norm. Will recommend this business to my friends and family and continue to use this business in the future. They also have great prices and lots to pick from.

Alright I will try to make this short. My mother got new cabinets and granite counters from them in the summer if 2011. THEY DID NOT SEAL THE GRANITE.Any liquid that has touched the granite has a stain. So my mothers counters look horrible. She got hustled. I dont recommend them. My mom worked overtime to pay for that remodelation. Her kitchen is a reminder of being hustled.

I called Panda Granite & Cabinet to provide a kitchen granite installation estimate for my 86 year old mothers home. Their response was for me or for her to calculate the square footage; yea right! In summary, they were not willing to send someone to do a measurement so as to determine a comparative price. I will suggest for mom to seek service elsewhere. Unless youre ready to do a DIY Id suggest you do the same.

I would strongly discourage to do business with Panda due to poor customer service. We shopped for cabinets and granite for our bathroom renovations here in late 2015/ early 2016 per recommendation of a close friend who had purchased cabinets from them a few years prior.Our first visit to the store went well. Upon our second visit to select a granite slab (we were told in our first visit we could pick remnants for our projects), the man who greeted us in the showroom told us that we had incorrect information from the sales representative that we met with during our first visit AND he yelled at us when we asked questions about the remnants and why that wasnt possible. We asked to speak with the manager and he told us that he was the manager. It was an extremely unfortunate experience because 1) we were ready to place an order that day and 2) we have several friends who were asking for our recommendations for cabinets and granite.I believe it is important to treat customers with respect. Never underestimate what connections your customers can bring to your business.

Panda is good quality company..Hope panda knows that one of panda representatives cheating customers by adding installation fee also in the main price to get his percentage...so compare prices with other stores as well.

I think some of these reviews are bogus as we had a great experience using Panda. Very competitive and quality products.

Andrew Chu did an excellent job for us. We bought a condo and decided to renovate it before using it. Naively we thought we could do this in a month. Four months later, weve learned we like quality over timeliness. Andrew Chu provides quality. His attention to detail in helping us design our kitchen cabinets/countertops was impressive, and his humor made the shopping fun. Highly recommend!

Oh I am so very disappointed with Panda and the management. I would strongly recommend NOT using them. I had so hoped to use them in a rental house we have as well but I will never use them again.I only wish I could post pictures on here to back up the poor job that they did with the granite countertops. Where they put the seam is fine however they used two different edges so they dont match up and it looks ridiculous. Then they chipped it in two places. When they sent a guy out to look at it and try to convince me that this was standard practice he put lacquer thinner on it and made it turn gray in a spot (it was black). He also horribly scratched the top when he was trying to remove the machine marks. It is about 8 inches long and 1-2 inches wide. It looks horrible. Their solution, come in remove the entire countertop and let someone else put in one. Based on the destruction that they caused with the removal of my original countertop I cant imagine what damage they would cause to my backsplash and floors again or that is exactly what I would do. The island was suppose to have rounded corners since we have a daughter with autism and they are very pointed. Nothing about this job was good starting with the crew sent to demo and install it. The lead guy was upset he was there, called his boss in front of me and was complaining about how hard the job was and how long it would take them.I have done my research and found a fabricators forum to where I posted pictures and asked for recommendations to fix the issue. Everyone of them said that is was done completely wrong and that only a very experienced person should even attempt to fix it.It was just a horrible overall experience. Pay more, go somewhere else.
