This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a contractor in the 5 houses that I’ve built. I went to the showroom, selected the cabinets and everything was fine. Told him that I would get back to him on the hardware for the cabinets later on. At this point nothing was wrong. A few months later they show up to install the cabinets. The yard has recently been seeded for grass and there is a temporary fence up around that area with plenty of room to walk around to deliver materials. The guys who are installing moved things in the yard to where they don’t belong and trampled through all the landscaping. They left trash and food all over the place and didn’t clean up anything. Mind you that I’ve had gutters, siding, concrete, and decking done and this didn’t happen. The cabinets themselves look fine, except they decided to install random hardware that I never picked out and they installed the island in the wrong location. The crown molding doesn’t match the existing molding that was installed after he assured me it would match. To top all of this off he sent me an invoice for $2,000 more than what we agreed upon. There wasn’t any extra work done or anything. Just completely disregarded the original agreement.

Finally found someone who were honest and very reasonable with price and timing!! They came out measured all the cabinets, quote a reasonable price, installed before the date they had promised for completion which is a bonus! Flawless work!! Great customer service!!!! Will recommend to anyone who needs a new kitchen or wants to update!!!

Payem built beautiful cabinets and floating shelves to framethe fireplace in my daughters home. He told us thatit would take 4 to 6 weeks but they were actually installedin 3 weeks! That never happens! My daughter loves howthe family room now looks complete!

We opened up a wall, installed new oak flooring and painted. Payam coordinated directly with the subcontractors and scheduled them so that was convenient. This was a cheaper option than having a GC manage our project but much better than coordinating everything ourselves.

Justin made all the cabinetry for my office, installed basement kitchen cabinets and installed the freezer and refrigerator panels . He and his team do a first rate job. He is very profesional and will build anything you want. I was especially pleased when he did additional adjustment a few months after the install that were not on he initial plan and he did not charge extra. We plan to use him again in the future.

We hired Capital Design Cabinetry to give our kitchen a facelift including install new granite in our kitchen/desk area/butlers pantry, modify our kitchen island and multiple cabinets as well as install a new farmhouse sink. Payam (the owner) is a good communicator and very easy to work with. He and his team were always on time and worked cleanly. In the end, our kitchen is exactly what we wanted and would definitely recommend them.

Capital Design did an awesone job on our cabinets. I wanted something else but when I went to his showroom I did a 360 change on what I wanted. He was very patient and loved his 3D design layout.
