VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!!! I called and waited for someone to open the door while standing there and no one bothered to open the door until I walked back to my car. As soon as I walk back to my car someone comes to door but it was not to let me in, HE CLOSED THE DOOR IN MY FACE !!!! WOULD NEVER COME BACK!!!!

I deal with a lot of Cabinet companies!! And this one is by far the best . They don’t have a charge you the so freaking called ( rush fee) when you you stuff right Away do you go get it for you .And I also they have no problem in return any parts like some other companies that don’t take this and that and when they do they charge you 20% restocking fee. For that they are one of the best . Would recommend this place to 1 million people if I have to .

J&K wont work for your business. They cant even be bothered to get out of their chairs to answer the door.Get this: the company notice in a plexiglass frame at the entrance says, Want service? Youre going to have to ask somebody who clocks in and sits here. No one is coming to the door.Smug so-and-sos. Think anyone else in the Atlanta area does equal or better cabinet work and will exert some effort for your business? Ill bet theyre out there, and Id pursue them if I were you.

I was purchasing cabinets from JK for past 2 years. Buying 15-30 kitchens per year. Recently I was forced to change supplier. Cabinet finish is poor quality...on kitchens wear off is visible in approximately 1- 2 years. Kitchen has to be repainted. We had too many warranty issues among clients and did not want to hurt our reputation.

When my general contractor bailed on my renovation, this company helped pick up the pieces, literally.I was missing a custom pantry tray and some hardware that they fabricated on site within 15 minutes, and it fit perfectly!Always good to find a company who stands behind their products/clients.

I did an entire kitchen and a full bath using their cabinets. Loved the cabinet and Victor did a great job picking the right pieces for me. I chose to install them myself.They are now a wholesale only store (disappointing) but you can use your own contractor or one of their frequent contractors to get you what you need at 25-40% less than the lowest price at most other retailers.Great deal and good stuff.

Terrible customer service. Was not acknowledged when I walked in. When I greeted the man at the desk on the floor he barely spoke back. When I approached him directly he seemed annoyed and told me you need a 12-24-12 and got back to his business. I asked for a catalog and he said they were out. Their commitment to poor customer service drove me away from a potentially great product.

First visit staff introduced themselves I asked to see the warehouse and they aloud me to look around no problem
