Jesus with Basset Cabinets designed, constructed and installed a bar, desk and t.v. cabinet for are newly finished basement. It came out fantastic. It took several months to complete so reason for 4 stars, but the end result was exactly what we wanted.
Jesus designed my kitchen. Beautiful until the quartz came in and we found out that he and the quartz people did not communicate and they drilled the hole for my faucet that did not fit. The reason the faucet didnt fit is because of the size of the sink and how close the cabinets were to the wall. We had to notch out my window sill to get the faucet to fit. When I questioned them about it I was told that was my responsibility to make sure they communicated the dimensions of my sink etc. After a few months of the kitchen being installed a tall person came to my house and pointed out that the wood used on my stove hood was cracked and splintered due to a dull blade being used. I was mortified. I got charged for the materials to fix this. My kitchen doors even though soft close continually need adjusting and it is just my husband and myself. We do not have small children that hang on the doors. I have called them and emailed them with requests to fix the items that continually give us problems and they do not return my calls at all. Poor customer service, poor communication. . I should have cancelled the order the day the cabinets were to be delivered and we waited all day for no one to show up and no phone call to say they were not coming. I finally got ahold of them about 2 in the afternoon and they said the truck broke down and they would be at my house in an hour. I also had to make several phone calls to find out if they were ever coming.Mr. Jesus thinks because my kitchen is pleasing to the eye I should have no complaints. Lesson learned. But my advice to others is to find a company that is known for customer service even if you have to pay more. Less expensive is not always the best way to go.
