You guys: Run. They held $4K of my money for almost two weeks. Rendered no services. The day before my appointment, they said they had a big job before mine and couldnt make the agreed upon time. I said that wouldnt work because Id already waited more than a week. They said they will figure it out and keep the appointment time. They then canceled the template appointment the day of, again requesting a last minute reschedule.I requested a refund, and contacted the credit card company to file a dispute. Credit card company issued provisional credit.UCI agreed to a refund, but when the credit finally posted, it was many days later. Owner then became aware of dispute. Owner (Tony) leaves me a voicemail about the dispute. Tony doesnt like chargebacks and doesnt like waiting for reversal of a provisional credit.Owner Tony decides not to resolve the dispute with the credit card company, but instead takes matters into his own hands and recharges the card another $4k. He said it would be quicker that way. Effectively reversing the refund and creating a new fraudulent transaction.

This business and its staff are professional and attentive. There are a number of suppliers out there, but I chose this one because of the knowledge and experiences shared with me and the staff didnt try to upsell or rush me into making a decision with long-lasting implications. They laid out the options and provided samples. My gut says to buy here after visiting a number of showrooms and interacted with many salespersons.

We did a kitchen remodeling and UCI installed out new countertops. Sam was our salesperson, and he was very professional, prompt, very honest and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place for their responsiveness, great value and professionalism.

Used UCI recently on a project where new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and new faucets were installed.The project turned out to be beautifuland every thing looks great. It was a turn key operation and I did not have to hunt for different trades to complete the project. The project was finished in a timely manner and at a tremendous savings. The owners and subcontractors were great to work with.

This is the third time we’ve used UCI for kitchen and bath counters. Once again an excellent experience! We visited the warehouse and picked out our stone then met with Nona who was great in getting us an immediate quote. Within a couple days the guys showed up to measure and within a week they were back to install. Everything was perfect! We will continue to go to UCI as they have far and away the best prices and selection. Thanks again guys!

Designer/PM, Sarah, was very professional and responsive and executed all phases in a timely manner. After installation she promptly responded to my request to have one draw realigned. The installers came and fixed the alignment issue. We are glad we chose UCI!

I had them do my kitchen a couple of years ago. They did a fantastic job. When I needed counters for the pool restrooms in our subdivision, I knew who to call. They delivered a professional job once again! When I finally get around to updating my master bath, I will definitely use them again!

UCI rescued us from a poorly half-done reconstruction job, and restored our home back to its original beautiful condition. We are so grateful to Tony, Jim, Sherry and Richard for all their hard work and attention to detail. Jim is an excellent craftsman. When a vanity didnt arrive as ordered, he was able to alter it to fit and it looks great. Sherry is a meticulous painter. Richard did a great job on our door replacements. Tony and Jim made sure our doors and trim matched the originals in the home, which I know took effort on their part, but they were always gracious and professional. We highly recommend them.

The installers damaged a wall in my home and did not alert me. I found out after they left. I called the company back and was told some minor dents are part of the process. Then once I sent photos of the damage I was told it was just a paint scratch. They did offer to send the same guys back out to repair the wall but I do not want them back in my home. I was told a manger would be calling me back and I am still waiting. They already processed my final payment so they owe me a refund to getting the wall repaired! It has been 4 days and nothing! I should have made sure everyone was licensed. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Sarah, our go-to sales professional, and the rest of the UCI team are absolutely wonderful! Weve worked with this company twice (two separate kitchen countertop projects, 1st was granite in 2015 in our previous home). They work with anyone from commercial clients to average homeowners (like my husband and I) on projects big or small. Weve always been treated with the highest level of courtesy, attention and responsiveness. This time (2018) we replaced our old kitchen countertops with quartz, and I could not be more happy with the selection offered, product price and quality, scheduling/turnaround time and the entire experience from beginning to end (design, template, fabrication, installation, etc.). The fabricators were even able to make our countertops with no seam in the L-shaped area. I told the installation crew I think that had to be the best/quickest installation Ive ever experienced! And even when there was an issue with sourcing an additional slab that would be an exact match to what we had chosen for our project, Sarah went above and beyond to help us resolve it. I highly recommend UCI, and I look forward to doing business with them again.

STAY AWAY!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!!! HORRIBLE INSTALLATION QUALITY, AND ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!My wife and I recently used this company to measure, fabricate, uninstall our existing kitchen counter tops, and install new granite counter tops. Ive read reviews regarding their inability to keep schedules, but since my wife and I were not in a rush, this was no problem.To our surprise, they were actually always on time from measuring the counter space, to coming the first time to install the new counter tops. This is where the nightmare began.The guys who uninstalled our existing counter tops, and attempted to install the new counter tops did indeed work very hard. However, they were grossly unprepared to finish the installation the first time around. They did not have braces (and actually told us that we should have provided the braces) to hold the counter top for our bar, the granite back-splash was not sized correctly and they even cracked it when installing, there were openings visible from where the back-splash was installed, and the bar top was not cut and placed together smoothly. The guys spent a significant extra amount of time attempting to install our granite, and eventually just left without letting us know they were leaving.The state they left our kitchen in was completely unusable, and unsafe. There were only two thin wooden sticks holding our bar counter-top up whereby our cat could have rubbed against any one of them at any moment to have the counter-top fall and crush her. Our faucet was not installed, and therefore we were forced to wash our dishes in our bathroom sink. Furthermore, our kitchen was left in this state for over a week and a half, with my wife and I constantly calling them to reschedule an appointment for them to come out and finish the job! At some point, the sales guy/manager told us that he thought the job was finished!!!!After one and a half weeks of constantly calling, emailing, etc. they sent the same two guys out to finish the job. This time my wife and I bought braces, and assisted them in installing our counter-top, so that we could make sure it was done correctly. This is completely unheard of, especially since we are paying for them to install this for us without any hassle. Since my wife and I assisted and provided the necessary tools for the installation, the counter-tops were installed correctly. If I were to judge the quality of the installation, Id say it appears to be a DIY (do it yourself) project and not a professional installation that was paid for.After they completed the installation, UCI charged the remaining balance of our credit card without any authorization. They did not call to make sure we were satisfied with the installation, nor apologize for the inconvenience. They simply charged our credit card, and of course the transaction was rejected by our credit card company. UCI at this point took it upon themselves to finally reach out to us, and threaten to sue us and add additional charges if we did not pay immediately. The nerve of these people!!!!! We went ahead and paid right away, but I warn everyone looking at this company, STAY AWAY!!!!!! This is the WORST company I have ever encountered, and they do not deserve to be in business with this type of service.

Recently we wanted to upgrade our kitchen and after doing lots of research and visiting multiple stores decided to buy from the UCI Kitchen & Bath at Norcross, GA. I was surprised at their great customer service, as some of the reviews on them were not so positive. I was dealing with Ms. Armie Angha and she was very professional and provided excellent customer service!! She was prompt in responding to all my emails and text messages. She was very helpful. Their prices were very reasonable and competitive..Installation was also done in professional and timely manner. The crew was experienced. Time management was immaculate. They knew the job pretty well and when they left, there were no debries to collect and dispose off. They left our kitchen in neat and tidy.We highly recommend UCI Kitchen and Bath. They are reliable and competent.
