This was the most surreal car shopping/buying experience of my life. I didnt know customer service existed in any retail forum at this level. Tommy ORourke, my dream salesman and now-life coach, took my first, and hopefully not last, exotic car buying experience from personally gratifying to absolutely astounding all the while being careful to keep me informed of the steps involved, timing, paperwork, and dealership commitment to making sure this was the right car for me.

Required extensive work to repair seatbelt sensors. There was a part delay that left the car’s interior disassembled and unusable for several weeks (not the fault of the agency). Repairs satisfactorily made.We called a day ahead of picking up the car. After having the car for three weeks and having a-days notice before arriving, the car was not ready. It hadn’t been cleaned so we waited until they did a ‘quick wash down’ on the outside.

Dennis at Bentley service is incredible. He has taken great care of me and my Bentley for 16 years. Dennis makes visiting the service department a lovely experience. I havent met the service people working on my car, but they always fix it right the first trip, which I appreciate.

I just bought my brand new bentley mulsanne. First day I drove it, it had burning smell. I called the dealership, and I was told it was just due to large engine. There was nothing to worry about. Later in the month I had the starter issue. I could not get it to start. Sometime the car would just not start while the car continues to overheat. It was hot, so I thought it was just the weather. Obviously, there is major issue with the car which I paid over three hundred 50 thousand. I sent it in back for service and it has been there over three weeks. No one called me to update about my car. Which they told me would only take a week to fix. They did send a truck to pick up the car, which was nice. I followed up on my car and I am asking for another Bentley. I filed a report with Bentley and have not heard back from them. It’s one thing to have bad car but its whole new bad feeling to have bad service. It makes the entire experience 10 times worse. I could have been ok with this if they had handled it better. Lip service like I understand is just overused which usually means I dont think I can do anything. Thomas our sales guys has not been able to do anything. I just spoke to Alex, who is a sales manager, so let see if he does anything, He says he will try to get me in a Bentley by Monday as I needed it for a family wedding. Currently, they gave me 3 series BMW in exchange for Mulsanne. I am also waiting to hear back from Bentley, will keep you updated.

Bentley of Newport Beach provides excellent factory service on its premier line of automobiles. The online scheduling system is easy to use, even for those who are less tech savvy. Upon arrival you are greeted with a friendly smile and warm banter. The service concierge checks you in, and insures your needs are taken care of. Thanks for being as predictable as the brand.

I have been happy in the past with Bentley NB but this time I was not thrilled. I set up an appointment so I’d have a loaner. I had to wait a few days. But on the day, the car was not available. Then my car was also not fixed because of a part delivery that did not arrive. If I had my loaner this would have been easy. Each day for 2 or 3 days, I was pushed into another day. In the end, I had to wait 5 days including a weekend before I got my car back.

Dont bring your car here. Brought my car here for 2 months while away. Scott the service manager literally did nothing to my car that needed repairs and was under warranty, when I tried to complain to his boss Teri, she said she did not have time to hear my complaint. Worst service Ive ever received, i thought if I brought my car to the dealer there would be exceptional service. Instead it was a waste of 2 months with zero productivity. Do yourself a favor, dont bring your car here.

I had been considering trading in my Bentley Continental GT for the Bentley Bentayga SUV. I had looked at a few different places, but never felt comfortable with the car choices or the sales rep. Since we are in the middle of COVID, most dealers were requiring an appointment and the expectation by the sales reps I had encountered before was If you made an appointment, you had better buy! Chris Comet at Bentley Newport Beach was the exact opposite.Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He didnt push, but he did give what you could tell were his honest opinions - pro and con. I truly have never had a better experience buying a car, and Ive bought quite a few over the years. Even the no haggle pricing from Auto Nation was a pleasure. I used to love the negotiation game, but now, I like the heres the price - period policy.I would truly recommend Chris Comet and Newport Beach Bentley to anyone who wants a professional, easy to talk to person who will just shoot straight with you! Extremely disappointed with the conduct of Newport Bentleys service dept. Due to a key issue, I could not start my Bentley and contacted them to get it fixed. They came out and IMPROPERLY towed my AWD Bentley Flying Spur to the dealership, which resulted in over $12k in damages (steering column and air suspension damage) and refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing or cover the cost of repairs. First they argued with me that it was impossible that they towed my vehicle with straps (lifting up rear end), and after confirming with tow truck co that it WAS NOT transported on a flatbed as required, they then insisted that it was the the only way to tow my vehicle because they couldnt put it into neutral. Their tow truck driver should have taken the time to properly disengage the air suspension as well as manually put my vehicle into neutral and steering lock so it could be pulled onto a flatbed truck and transported safely. Furthermore, they refused to give me a loaner vehicle for the 5 months they had my vehicle due to the damages they caused. I finally had to go through my insurance to get the expenses covered, but it still cost me $2500 deductible, over 5 months loss of use of my vehicle while I still had to make payments and pay insurance on, diminished value of my vehicle, and most of all the countless hours spent dealing with this. The way the service manager handled this shocked me, as I expected Bentley to have high standards of customer service offered with their vehicles. They were rude, argumentative, and very unprofessional. They needed to take responsibility for an error they made and refused to. They discriminated against me because I sometimes go into the dealership with my work truck with the back loaded up with construction stuff and I am probably labeled as an undesirable customer. Ive worked hard to get my Bentley and it was humiliating the way they treated me when all they needed to do was accept responsibility and cover the cost of repairs for damages they caused to my vehicle. At least a loaner vehicle during this would have been reasonable, but they refused to give me one. There is no way to justify their conduct.

I can’t say enough great things about their service department, Dennis and the staff. When you hear that this place treats you like family, that isn’t an understatement. Dennis made sure my Supersports was in excellent hands. Not only did he and his staff efficiently get to the bottom of the small nuance I was having but they did it in such a timely manner that it wasn’t a major inconvenience for me by any means. Calls were made when promised and the original quote was spot on. While having a look around I noticed that the sales team had a no pressure approach and were extremely informative. Rumors and dire warnings of being ripped off by Bentley dealers are completely inapplicable to this organization. I have had three interactions with the team at this store for parts and repairs of my newly-acquired 09 Arnage, and I can assure you that these are the most considerate, sincere and professionally qualified people I have encountered in any auto experience in over 45 years. Everyone Ive met in any peripheral way has been exemplary, kind and personable, with no discernible manner of condescension, arrogance or duplicitous intentions. Really poor service, I received the call from the service department receptionist at 9:32am, he told me the car will be done at 10:30, and I told him that I will call him to set up an Uber to pick me up from my home. But when I call him, no body answer the phone, and I leave the message to him, until now, almost one hour, nobody call back to me, I even ask the dealership to leave the message to the service department, still no body make any action! Very disappointed !
