Oh my!! I just received a 2008 Porsche 911 Targa 4S from Maserati of Newport Beach, on a car carrier (from NB to Phoenix Az.) Bought the car sight unseen from Christian Beyer, the used car Mgr. From the first time we spoke on the phone, to the drop off today, Christian made this entire buying process painless and enjoyable. Not once was I unnerved at the thought of buying sight unseen because Christian sent me multiple videos of the car, and pics of all the documents. All along communicating with me about any and every question I had! The car is 100% of what he described. I’ve had lots and lots of cars and trucks, and therefore had all kinds of buying experiences, and everyone knows how it typically goes! Well, Christian made this one the best yet. He even lined the car’s door sill plates with 3M blue painters tape to protect from the carrier driver. Above and beyond, plain and simple. My hat goes off to Maserati of Newport for having such a consummate professional at the helm! Thank you Christian

Do not go to salesperson John Bohas.Tried to inquire about Maserati car but experience was horrendous. I think people forgot where the customers are important for their business especially this dealership and in particular by name Mr John Bohas who answers my question with an attitude and cocky like he owns the dealership or he is giving me the car for free has no basic manners or training how they are supposed to talk to customers as a sales person. I would give a Zero star but unfortunately theres no option. Please avoid this showroom if you can

I stopped by the pre owned department and made an appointment to test drive a car. Half an hour later I called them and informed them that I want to test drive 2 models. The used car sales manager Christian told me that I have to decide and pick one car and they cant let me test drive 2 cars. I was really surprised with their customer satisfaction attitude. I have written a complaint to their general manager as well but couldnt get a reply back.Terrible customer service !!!!!

I wasnt planning on buying but... once I drove the car and realized this dealership is class, I had to pull the trigger. I had sold cars for years in my younger life so I get a kick out of beating up dealers when I buy a car. That tactic was put to bed once I met Ben. In one of the worst service experiences of my life I made the sorry mistake of bringing my Maserati here for a lockout . First I was told a lie that there was no other way but to break in but they had a specialist and I should not worry except for the minute chance of glass breaking . Of course it did but when they tried to charge me full retail at $850 to fix it and found it undbelivable I would even consider questioning there method or pricing I was flabbergasted . Orange County is a small community and even smaller of those who can afford to have a premium luxury car and receive worse than sub par service for a dealership who should be impeccable in that aspect .

Alain was knowledgeable, personable, and listened to what I wanted and what I needed to get the deal done. He was efficient and made the process of making my Maserati dream come true. The finance department was a joy to work with as well. Recommend both the dealership and Alain Germaine to everyone.

As a current client of Maserati of Newport Beach, I am appalled on how my new lease deal for a GranTurismo was handled by Abraham Reyes. I negotiated the deal over the phone and text with Abe, he told me a price and I agreed to it. I then filled out a credit application with a co-signer, the next day I received a text (have the text thread to prove this) from Abe saying he had the residual incorrect for the past TWO days and told me it would cost me over $3200 extra (almost 9% more than my original quote). For an employee at a high end dealership, I expected a higher level of customer service from him. I am a man of principle, if I am told something; I expect the promise to be held. I hope the management can take responsibility for their employees tactics to make this right or risk losing a current and potential future client(s).

Saw their advertised ad for a 3 year lease $499 per month, with $5000 down at 5000 mile per year. Emailed the salesman Benjamin Soza asking a simple question, what the difference will be on 7500 miles instead of their advertised 5000 miles. He insisted to have me come in, gave me the run around for over one week and failed to provide the price he promised to give. When addressing the matter to the general manager Tim Rogers, he insulted me more by saying the salesman is a well respected. He still ignored and failed to answer my question. All the run around for the difference from 5000 to 7500 miles? Is it a classified secret? I can see why the salesman behaves the way he does. Shady people.
