Every time I go to Mclaren of Newport Beach, I have a great time. The employees there are awesome and take the time to talk to us even though it is evident we are not there to buy, just to look around. Ive seen a Mclaren P1, Mclaren P1 GTR, Mclaren Senna, and a Pagani Huayra Roadster at this dealership alone in the past 3-4 months. Their inventory is always changing so every time I go, I always see new cars. I really do enjoy myself every time I go there and want to thank all the employees for having great customer service with us even though we are not looking to buy any supecars/hypercars.

This one is for the Service department. It was a wonderful experience working with George on my McLaren 720s. I know most people think the dealership is just out to get you on repairs but I definitely didnt feel that way working with George. He was kind and helpful with the entire process. When it comes to shopping for a car, especially supercars, you already have in mind what you want and most buyers are some how knowledgeable, so everything comes down to the experience of the purchase. Randy highly represented the McLaren name and brand, because you are not just buying a car, you are buying heritage and the opportunity to be part of a legendary brand. I have bought 2 cars in one year. First a MP 4 12C, followed with. 650S. Great cars, but you have to have a great dealership to make it a overall pleasure.I have bought many cars on both coast. Some dealers are OK, some are good, I fine McLaren Newport Beach to be great on both sides. One part is the purchase, the other is service. One car needed a bit of work and the 650S was picked up from my garage, repaired and placed back in the garage. All while I was in Virginia Beach.My first time I walked into the sales show room, Nick Jones looked out the window and saw my electric BMW. He was interested in my car, thought it was cool. We chatted that time and few more over the months. I was never asked when I would buy a car, time was taken to see what I thought was the right fit for me. We talked cost and buying options, truly it was a pleasure.I visit the sales and service facilities often. Cup of coffee, a few tall tales and jokes abound.Im looking into purchasing a 570S for my East Coast residence.David Culpepper

Excellent experience from start to finish. Raphael was excellent handling every detail, quickly and with great communication. Also went the extra yard to deliver the car to me in AZ. Dealership honored their word when a couple of unforeseen issues arose, kudos to the GM Sebastian for running the dealership with great integrity. They will be my first call when Im back in the market for the next one.

Raphael provided 5 star sales experience from start to finish and after the sale with follow up and help with getting the title info I needed to register in AZ. Answered all my questions prior to flying to their CA store to buy the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and their sister store where you might find Raphael as well.Update: 12/26/17 - a coolant hose cracked and I called my sales Rep Raphael and they took care of the entire bill with Mclaren Scottsdale where I had it towed. This dealer is first class. I will be going to Raphael every time moving forward if Im looking at getting another car.

Great to work with on the sales end (Jeremy Hagen was fantastic). None of the usual car sales BS, they just helped me get in the car. This was a long-distance transaction, I never physically visited, but they were great about handling all of the paperwork, etc. over the phone and mail.I dont have any experience with the service department yet, but if they are 10% as good to deal with as the sales people, theyll get 5 stars as well.

Amazing cars over there. All McLaren costs between 110 k and 280 k us dollar. And we saw a bugatti for 2.500 k ....no bad.

Im not sure how Id rate the dealership, as I did have a few hangups with the overall purchase (esp. the finance department), BUT my sales rep Gary Sanchez was EXCELLENT and he and I still follow up months after my purchase!
