Round Two! We have now purchased two vehicles from Sterling BMW & love them both so much. I’d like to give a shout-out to all parties that have helped us starting with Bentley & Bill, both of these guys were amazing & helped us to locate and decide happily on which cars to come into our family. Adam is my top-notch favorite, he’s on top of everything and does it with an amazing and personal attitude which definitely made us feel like we were part of the little family sterling has & made us both laugh. Last but not least, Andrew. Andrew is amazing at what he does and we appreciate that he’s family oriented and understands the stress of buying a new car and the finances that go into it. This is my go to dealership for everything maintenance or questions related, even if I need a quick tire pressure check theyll take care of me. Tony really helped me out my SOS button malfunction, covered by the warranty so took care of that, they had to shuttle me home (theyre contracted with uber). He also took care of my annual maintenance I have the bmw maintenance program but its only been 6 months since my last tune up. Ive definitely had poorer experiences at other dealerships, no issues here. Thanks guys!

As four years earlier, he was most helpful not only in securing the car I wanted, but in helping with all the paperwork of a trade-in and financing of the new car. Just had an amazing service experience at Sterling BMW and a big part of that had to due with my service advisor, Kristie. We had recently moved from another state and my X7 was due for service soon but over the weekend my sound system stopped working. I brought my vehicle in on a Monday morning and Sterling was able to schedule me in right away since they had some cancellations. Offered me an Uber ride home (I didn’t take them up on it but appreciated the offer) and Kristie stayed in communication until my car was ready for pickup at the end of the day. They also did a great job cleaning my car which was a lovely bonus. At pick up I had some questions regarding why the sound system in my car went away and Kristie got me a service tech who took the time to explain to me. Little things like this I appreciate and notice. Highly recommend Sterling BMW!

Four days ago I had a great experience with this dealership. Very surprised to read some of the negative reviews. Bently Chung took care of us. He was instrumental in our leasing the car the same day. We were just browsing because we planned on turning in a Jaguar June 1st. Too many years with them and we decided tome on to a better vehicle. We wanted an SUV and we knew what we didnt want and did not see anything that really caught our eye color wise.Did not want another black car..while pretty they need a lot of care. I advised Bently we would be back the end of May from Los Angeles and would stop by. He was totally cool and understood and we exchange mobile numbers and that was it. Then right when they were getting ready to close he called to say that the SUV I liked online had just arrived...3 miles on it.He said I had to see it ASAP..bottom line we went there fist thing in the morning. It was gorgeous. Needed testing and a couple of hours later we were out the door. Im talking quick and to the point. Im a bit nervous to park it since its fairly large but it is a great ride. Better than the Jaguar Sedan. So glad Bently approached us that day. Nicest man ever. He is the fleet manager so you are in good hands. I found everybody we dealt with to be quite nice. Oh and yes..I got a black car AGAIN..interior was too beautiful to pass up.

Went in to have my service done, the service itself was fast and efficient.The reason it’s not 5 stars is the fact that they didn’t have a loaner car for me . I booked my appts 3 weeks in advance, selected a loaner car for the day and made sure to call and see if that service was available. When I get there, they said they do not have anymore cars to lend. They did pay for my Uber, but I needed a car for work.A courtesy call would of been nice prior to my appt

We have been looking for a used GMC Yukon XL for 6 months. We saw this one at Sterling BMW, they worked with us on the price and took our word we would be there to collect the vehicle since we lived 5 hours away. The vehicle was extremely clean and the whole process from walking in being offered coffee, signing the paperwork, and having a great sales team. If I was to buy a BMW I would drive 5 hours to go see them again.

Amazing options, personalized experience, an objective to get you exactly what you want. Not just what happens to be in stock or easy to get, if its possible offered they will find a way to get it to you in the combination of other specs you want instead of talking you in to just settling for something thats on the spot to get a sale and talk up the positive idea of each different specification compared to what specifications you came in wanting, knowing most people are excited about their new aquisition and are easily talked into getting a different package, a feature they really didnt care for, not getting a system they wanted, an alternative color, or some times pushed as far as going with a totally different model, knowing they will most likely regret these decisions completely. So go to a place that cares about you and what you want, not just whats currently in stock to be forced on you using mental gymnastics that wears off by the time you get home and you dont remember how you ended up buying what you did.... ....

They serviced my X-5, send me a video describing the wear on my tires, replaced the tires, did the alignment and balancing, replaced the worn brake pads, fixed my cruise control and put new batteries in our remote keys. We were given an X-3 loaner while the work was being done and they returned my X-5 cleaned and washed. I didn’t have to leave my car when I took it in either. Great job all around.! THANKS

The dealer is super terrible, the worst dealer I have ever seen! we want to test drive 340 and the dealer said the car is sports car and cannot be test driven and would like hard pull my credit before any test driven. And the dealer lied about the market, said all the cars required market up in months but we do checked it last month we get a price cut, the dealer found we may not buy it today, so he lied he need to have lunch now. And again the dealer saw we are annoying, he suddenly said we could make an appointment, the worst dealer we have ever seen in US

Probably the best BMW dealership I’ve used. From the very beginning the people that work there made the process of leasing a new BMW extraordinarily easy. I dealt with Justin D, Alex S in Finance, Anthony the GM, and Michael the Young Man who delivered the car and walked me through it.Their professionalism honesty and responsiveness was second to none. I’ve always loved BMWs because they were so well engineered and so user-friendly, and I was referred to this dealership through a friend of mine. They made me feel like a valued customer that they have known for many years even though this was my first transaction with them. All I can say is, I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to them.

Got a great deal on my M340. My old lease got a flat tire on my way to work and I called several BMW dealers to get a quote a new car. I wasn’t expecting to get a car for at least another month. Irvin gave me a call and and working with him and Adam, they were able to get me a great deal so I had to hop on the offer. They also sent me a car to have me picked up from my stranded location which I’m very thankful for. Irvin answered all my questions and continued to do so even after I took the car home. Giddi was the absolute best for my purchase! It took me six months to be ready to sign a new lease, and Giddi was patient with me from the beginning. Once I was ready to make a move, he found me the perfect car and beat all other deals I had, for an xDrive! Unfortunately, bad experience post purchase of a CPO car. Unprofessional attitude from few workers and they simply expect you to be an ATM machine as they don’t honor agreements. My previous two cars were from BMW Buena Park and customer service and professionalism is night and day. Got the car at Newport just because I lived closer. I don’t recommend this place based on my personal experience.

Bought a car online, got all the paperwork sent to me by fedex, and same day I got the paperwork, they called me to tell me they had sold the car to someone else by mistake. They just left the car advertised all weekend before even sending the paperwork to see if they could sell it locally and for more money even though I asked them to take it off the listing. Whoever bought this car, you got ripped off, and you took a sold car from a dishonest company. Shame on you to sell BMWs.

I also had some questions regarding phone/navigation input and she had someone there to answer those questions as well.Kristie was not sure of the exact time my car would be ready for pick up but she would stay in touch. After getting the service late for my brakes thank you and having a planned trip I was on a bit of a time cramp. I called around all BMW dealerships around me to see who had availability to fix my time frame. Sterling BMW told me if I opted out of the car rental they should have it done in 3 to 4 hours. The car was dropped off at noon on Tuesday yet I did not get a call that day. I called him the next morning since service was already closed by 5 PM and they told me that they haven’t even touched the car. I would expect such outcome out of a small independently owned mechanic shop but not Sterling BMW. I would suggest Crevier BMW over Sterling any time. At least they were quite honest about their schedule and not being able to get it done in time. Horrible experience!

Be very careful. Sterling BMW employees forged our signatures on a new contract voiding the one we signed. We contacted them and their manager called me names over the phone and treated us like trash. I havent sued them yet but their time is coming soon.

Went in to see options as far as upgrading to a new vehicle. Was on a lease. Sales person Lied to me in regards to my cars trade in value. At this point he assured me, that I had only 2 options, which was to finance my car lease due to my car being only worth 15k trade in value. So I would be at a 15k deficit, since my payoff balance was 30k. I asked if there were any other alternatives. He said no, and that if I didnt do the purchase my cars value would just keep deprecating and at the end of my lease I would owe much more due to my mileage. At this point I was scared so I did what was suggested to me, to finance the lease. Upon going to a different dealership to find out options for my wifes car. I was told my cars trade in value was close to 30k and I realized that I was misled, since I cant cancel the finance transaction. I will definitely be cancelling all add ons. And going with a different dealership to do a trade in. I rather lose money than to do business with an unethical and predatory dealership like Sterling BMW. I have already told all my friends and family to never go there.

This was my first experience with the Service Dpt. of Sterling BMW, and it couldn’t have been easier. Beginning with a courteous scheduler who answered all my questions, to experiencing the prompt and efficient servicing of my vehicle. The lounge was clean and comfortable, with a variety of amenities for those waiting. An update of the progress was provided via a video, and completed an hour early. Although I was even offered a complimentary car wash, I took a ‘rain check’ due to actual rain! In closing, this was by far my most pleasant service experience, and left quite an impression!

Been taking my 750i to Sterling for service since buying it. When I wanted a courtesy car they provided one. My service tech, Adam has always done a wonderful job. Excellent follow up, a job worthy of a 10.

I dropped off my car at BMW ( I drove ) because wasnt running properly.The cost to fix was out of my budget ( 21K ) so I didnt authorize the service. They sad that my car should be towed from BMW.I was traveling and when I came back home and I saw the situation that I found my car was beyond disappointing.I tough my car would be in good hands but my car is all unmounted, everything disconnected, there’s lots of pieces that was supposed to be in the front and is everything in the trunk.That’s unreal.I know my car is not in a good condition but I DROVE the car when I dropped off my car from you guys and the minimum that I expect is my car the same condition that I left.

I will keep a long story short, I am a Connecticut resident that found a 2014 BMW 335xi Msport Manual on their website before any pictures were even posted on the car. I inquired about the car and Kai the sales consultant reach out immediately, he wasnt pushy at all, if anything I was sending more emails out with questions to him. Needless to say he answered every question I had and sent me pictures of the car before they were even posted online. The whole process took a few weeks to get my financing in order and to get shipping ready as well. Either way they could have easily sold the car from under me to someone more local but they didnt. About a month later the car come on a truck all the way from CA to where I work in CT and I couldnt be more happy with how the car looked and drove. Car was flawless in everyway from the interior to the exterior too. Special thanks to Kai my sales guy who was super nice upfront and honest with everything! Thank you Sterling BMW for my new 335!
