Just used you all for the 1st time for getting a new tire put on and old replaced. You guys were amazing and even went out of your way to come help me get the tire changed in the pouring rain! Exceptional service and amazing polite workers.

Arriving late for my appointment, I was prepared to wait a while for my new tires. That being the case, the guys at Litz Tire promptly put 4 new tires on my vehicle in 20 minutes. Very pleased with this family owned business.

I dont write reviews too often but I had to take the time to shout out Rick and Jessie. I took my lowered S2000 in for an alignment and ran into some trouble with a stuck tie rod locking nut. Its August, beyond humid out, and Rick quite literally didnt give up until it cracked loose. Over 30 minutes easily on that one nut - I felt awful but he did it with a smile. So thanks again guys - love having a great shop like you close by!

The best experience Ive ever had hands down. While I was in the lobby I over heard conversations between the staff and a bunch of customers. The great thing was is that they were all return customers, one lady brought snacks for the entire staff just to say thank you for the great job they did. I would recommend these guys to anybody.

Supet friendly staff and the work they do is great. Very reasonable pricing too. I had two tire pressure sensors replaced and reprogrammed and it was only $25 each time. Highly recommend this shop!!

Had an appointment for 9am had to wait less than 5 minutes took the car away to be serviced and before you know it there it was all done. The gentlemen behind the desk suggested what I would need on my next oil change and the price so that was a big help. Every one of the guys are always so nice. Really like this place.

I took our car for the very first time last week for a significant amount of maintenance work, spark park plug replacement, new alternator belt, coolant flush, among other things. Met Mike (owner) and his son Jesse as they were both very friendly and helpful. Our car runs great. I would highly recommend them for any car service need. There was a hang up on communication about what I needed to have done, but the staff there was so pleasant and the professional courtesy was through the roof. Ron I believe it was handled the situation with flying colors representing his company and helped me with my bill and put me in the right direction on getting my car fixed.. big kudos to those guys. reading into the reviews i can see truth in both the negative and positive, which only means that your dealing with imperfect humans, i dont think any of us can escape that at times. and things happen and sometimes it might hurt a little bit in the money department, but over all i think this place deserves to exist . and the guys there have mostly positive encounters with their customers. i do wish they would respond to some of their negative reviews, it would make them look that much stronger as a company in my opinion. but Im sure they know what they are doing over all.

Thought I needed new struts, but turned out it was just way out of alignment and needed tires. They didn’t try to oversell me in anything and they fit me in without an appointment!

What an amazing shop? Another shop told me I needed brake right now. I called around and found Litz had the best price so brought it in for brakes. After a few minutes I was called back into the shop, and they showed me I didnt need brakes. No charge for the inspection or education. Thanks Litz Tire for being honest! I went in with my 10 month old for an alignment and the atmosphere was very inviting and quick. I took my vehicle to another franchised shop and they told us they completed everything properly however they did not so we were very disappointed. My family and I will continue to use Litz for any of our vehicles that needs servicing or any type of work completed.

Used Litz with my first car and will continue to use them for my last as long as theyre here. They have worked wonders on my car and those of my family and always work with us to understand the issues at hand and give us the opportunity to decide whats next dependant on cost etc. Super thankful for this local business!

So very very Nice. They did a great job with my car. An alignment and new tires great price and great job. Went back A few weeks later and had some more work done, the car had an issue 2 days before I was leaving to go on a trip. They got everything taken care of before I had to go out of town. Hands down, best customer service in Newnan. 5 stars. I called Litz this morning needing a quick tire repair. They were able to squeeze me in and had me on my way back to work in under an hour. These guys are friendly and knowledgable. Practically everybody who walked in were regulars so I could tell they have built respect in this community. These guys know what they are doing! They found a small problem that was causing a noise in our van that 2 other auto shops our insurance took us to missed. They fixed that and changed our alternator in one day and at a very reasonable price. We were recommended to them by our friends and now we recommend them to others!

We have all heard the horror stories of women getting taken to the cleaners on auto repairs. They are true and it does happen - but not at Litz! After having experienced poor service, exorbitant add-on pricing, and inadequately performed repairs at several places in town - including some of the big dealerships - now, when I have need of auto service and repairs as simple as an oil change or as comprehensive as the replacement of a timing belt, I take my car to Litz. I know when I pull into Litz that I will get not only first-class service performed by knowledgeable, skilled, experienced mechanics, but the most reasonable pricing possible as well. As a mechanic I dont often allow others to work on my vehicles, but when I need service again in the future Ill take it to Litz. When you hear about those shops that do right by their customers and treat them like family. Well Litz Tire is it. Jesse and Rob have done nothing but exceed expectations every time we use their services.

Bought a used car a few days ago and took it to Litz for a pre-purchase inspection. They were the nicest people! I live over an hour away, so I was really glad I read the reviews on them and felt like I had somewhere to take this car to be checked out. If I lived closer, this would be where I took my cars for maintenance and repairs. Wonderful place!

I cannot longer recommend this place. Both of our cars broke with issues that were not specified in the reports provided by Litz. Honda´s issue was not a big deal since it was local and we could handle it. We received a charge of $209 for changing the heater hose, and we were lucky the radiator did not get damaged. None reports from Litz specified ths issue, they only mentioned brake system needed to be replaced which we did in another place for a better competitive price (cheaper). Then Toyota had his last inspection on 10/31 and we were told that the car was ready to go with no issues at all. I personally dowloaded the reports history from Litz Garage website and there is not a single word related to transmission issues. On 11/19 (2 weeks after inspection) at 4pm the toyota broke in the middle of the hwy, 2 hrs away from Coweta county with a lot of smoke coming from the motor. I called and explained that the car was having transmission issues and Mike scheduled an apt for the next day. Unfortunately I had to pay $350 for towing the car to them for a simply answer WE DO NOT HANDLE TRANSMISSION ISSUES. Mike did not mention this over the phone when I told him the transmission seems to be the issue. He called us with a rude tone on 11/20. and while we were asking why the lied to us with an innaccurate report from 10/31 estating that everything was fine? he just hung up the call on us. This place used to be a nice one, but the nature of resolving issues has become more rude during this last year, and no really working with the customer. We have been customers since 2016, and we have paid over $2000 in services so we can perceive the change in their customer service. btw, this owner bans customers when they cannot sustain questions from them. We always thought we won´t take our cars to any other place than Litz, but we were wrong. It is a good practice to check for other opinions so you can compare price for labor, price for parts and customer service.

I was needing to get my Jeep Liberty looked at for a brake vibration. Id just moved backv to the area and I didnt know who to take my car too. My friends recommended Litz. I couldnt be more happy. I talked to Jesse on the phone.. made an appointment. I got there early... Took my vehicle and drove it... Verified it was my rotors. Repaired it and had me on my way right away. Not only did I like the efficiency of the repair, but they knew everyone by name as they came in the door... Everyone knew them. I love a place like that. Ill be a customer for life now. I recently took my all-original 1969 Pontiac to Litz for some suspension and cooling system work. Their care, communication, level of service, and attention to detail were outstanding. I am extremely pleased with their work! If you need work done right, I highly recommend them!

I am totally capable of performing the maintenance on my own cars, and I do for 90% of the time. When the few times comes that I cant do it on my own due to time or tooling. I can trust and rely on Litz.. They do quality work for a fair price, and I know that I can trust them to do it correctly the first time.

Mike and the guys at Litz are honest and hard working. This is the only shop in Coweta I trust with my vehicles.

Had check engine light on. Had the car checked in another auto shop, want $260 to fix, no charge for the check up. Called Litz shop recommended by a friend, they gave me same price and said it is possible less since I probably only need cleaning. So I dropped the car there a day before the appointment, Next day evening I called them and they said they had not checked it. On Day 3 I called again, this time a guy told me it costs $460 to fix. So I said no fix. They charged me $45 anyway.

Litz was able to figured out what was wrong with my daughters Mazda and the Mazda ca dealer was not able to. We have been taking our cars here for repairs & oil changes for about 10 yrs. They are very honest!

Rob, Cole, Adam and entire staff are friendly and helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else. They guys are great at what they do.

They worked magic on my car. I have a Mazda and the car keeps shutting off. They fixed what Hennessy Mazda service couldnt. They did their die diligence and researched my car and any possible issues. Madza sent my car back only for me to have a dead car in the garage. Had to get it towed, thanks to them not being able to do what Litz did!

LITZ LIEZ. CAUTION COLLEGE STUDENTS. Caught red handed in some very serious LIES after returning my vehicle in an unsafe condition—not once, not twice, but three times, and they told me it was “good to go” every time. They returned the vehicle because they “had no idea what to do next” and now claim it needs yet another part: at double the cost of other shops in town.I disputed the service with American Express based on “customer dissatisfaction”, which is my right to do so to give the merchant a chance to resolve. Now their tone has changed to blaming me in condescending style and screaming at me on the phone instead of trying to resolve. The owner, Sherry Litzenberger, thinks it’s appropriate to call and threaten unhappy customers with lawsuits.I now have found out Sherry called Amex and told them I ”agreed” to pay Litz in full via cash or money order. Lied again to avoid the dispute process.She also sent a certified letter full of more half truths and downright lies to our home. I’m gonna be transparent with this because Sherry and her staff refuse to just be honest that they messed up.Ok—Now I have all their lies verified by an actual, certified mechanic, not some clown behind a counter shouting “no refund” at me. I sent it all to American Express for them to hold these liars accountable. These people have screwed up my vehicle so bad that it is uncontrollable over 45mph and then lied through their teeth so they could charge me more.Little did they know that I would call Goodyear to quote the exact same job; Litz was taking advantage of me by charging OVER DOUBLE THE LABOR OF GOODYEAR and 7x THE ACTUAL LABOR. When confronted them about this, Rob stood behind the 2x labor with a condescending attitude. As a matter of fact, Rob described a procedure for a completely different vehicle and told his tech to sell it to me by describing the exact same procedure. The job in reality only takes 30 minutes, as I personally have changed the part before.BUSTED!Luckily I am a car guy and caught this nonsense straight away; I would hate to be a woman or someone unknowing and blindly ‘trust them’ like the other reviewers here.UPDATE: Got an actual mechanic to diagnose and cause was determined immediately. The mechanic verified definitively that this part in question (camber/caster bushing) can be changed “in 15 minutes max” and is only held on by one bolt. This shop got caught double charging labor red handed.Rob was extremely condescending to me every time I walked in the shop. Let this be a word of caution if you ever may have a dispute with Litz to their ability to resolve disputes. This clown has basically threatened me into paying for services not delivered. It’s pretty low.If you made it this far, maybe you should get a second opinion. Maybe Litz does good work? How would I know, my vehicle is so screwed up. But we know one thing’s for sure: LITZ LIEZ.

Bought a car for my daughters 16th birthday and took her car to Litz for inspection and routine maintenance (oil flush and oil change) not to mention the previous owner took their vechile here. After getting a thumbs up on the vechile and picking it up after the oil change. I drove 25 miles or less and the engine seized up and threw a rod through the block. After getting the vehicle towed back their they quickly pontius pilate this as they did nothing wrong. Seems odd, I get a thumbs up and than the motor fails after leaving their shop.I went here as pastor Ken Adam mentions this place in his sermons.

These guys are great - I had a continuing problem and they didnt quit until they had it solved and the price was better than I expected.
