Mr. Kitchens is a great person and runs a great shop. Always a pleasure to work with and very kind and knowledgeable. His shop is my go to for things I cant handle on my own.
Not an auto store. Good food and great family starting a new business.
I stopped by Kitchens automotive to purchase an Interstate battery after confirming online they were a dealer. I like Interstate because it is a Christian company. I asked Max the owner in a very friendly manner if the batteries had a manufacture date on them because I wanted to be sure I got a fresh battery. He immediately became rude and arrogant and said “It is what it is”. He took me out back and showed me the battery and continued to be visibly irritated and rude towards me. I then told him I would spend my money elsewhere and he said “ Go ahead I haven’t seen you around here for 31 years anyhow so I don’t think I’m gonna miss out on anything!” I then told him he didn’t understand the power of social media and he then said “Go ahead and tell all your Delta people” and I told him I don’t work for Delta be rest assured a lot of Delta employees are going to hear about how rude and arrogant and condescending you are to customers! ( I was wearing my company uniform which he thought was Delta Airlines but was not). Stay far away from this rude and hateful business owner!
Way over priced. One repair didnt make it out of parking lot. Wanted another $400 to look at it again.
Very helpful and fast
