Many thanks to Mary Jane and Andrew at the Mavis store in Newnan! Even though they could not get my tire to me before I had to continue traveling, they helped me find locations who might have my size tire, helped me find a hotel for the night, and also let me hang out in their lobby while I tried to figure out my next steps. I had to do a review about the superior customer service I received at Mavis Tires & Brakes. Mary Jane is the most sweetest and personable customer representative I had the pleasure of meeting. She came outside to check on my tire with a big beautiful smile. I didn’t have to ask Mary Jane anything, she automatically went to my car and carefully looked at my tire before offering advice. Romaine was as always the upmost professional. He advised me of my many options about my tires and allowed me the opportunity to decide what I wanted without the added pressure most people attempt to apply. I returned to Mavis Tires because of the expertise Romaine offered me on a previous visit. His knowledge of tires saved me money. I have got to say thank you to the guys that stayed after to make sure my son and I left in one piece. I called to inquire about my rotors and brakes since they had been an issue for a few months. Romain answered and expressed that it would be better for me to come to the store and assured he wouldn’t kill me with the price. It was totally last minute to take my trip but I felt I really didn’t want to move unless I knew we were good. Well I arrived about 4:50 and just left. I was told through Eddie that the issue was that I was missing bolts on my caliper. I was shocked!!! I almost wanted to cry. I have traveled to Alabama and Florida as it got worst. He mentioned that Andrew was going to test drive my vehicle to see if that issue can be pinpointed. I was impressed. My brother William was the one that referred me and I’m so happy I met my new Mavis family. After about two hours and some change, locating two bolts and fighting to change my rotors and brakes I finally am told that my baby was ready to help me go visit my mother and handle business in NC. 🙏🏾 I was even happy to hear the savings they were able to bless me with. I will definitely be back to make sure they assist me with my suspension next❤️💯☺️ Thanks Guys!!!

Pressure light came on while traveling and I was able to make it to this shop near the highway. I checked with Ricky in the tire bay. He checked out everywhere and found and resolved my trouble. Great experience and service

Romain truly performed a random act of kindness ! I was visiting from Florida and on my way to a family event when my tire pressure gauge came on. I thought I only needed some air, but Romain quickly pointed out a nail in my tire. Despite looking very busy on this particular day, he squeezed my car in and fixed the tire promptly at no charge!!! He was courteous, professional and time efficient. He had me on my way to be with family right on time. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Romain and this Mavis tire location to others. After having a blow out on the interstate and not knowing anyone in Newnan, I found Mavis. The manager and crew jumped right on getting me a new tire and did not try to up sell me. Both are much appreciated. I would highly recommend this location.

They left the oil cap off and laid on the top off the inside wall of the hood. A couple days later the oil light started flashing have to pull off the road to check what was going on. The engine was covered in oil. Dip stick showed no oil. It took more than 3 quarts of oil. Went by to tell the manager about it, his reply What do you want me to do about it??? 🤬🤬🤬Talked to the owner and received a refund.

We lost a trailer tire on the highway and even though they didnt have it in stock they helped us locate the tire and put it on and check the other 5 tires as well. Being 8hrs from home and not having a vlue where to go they went over and above!! Special thanks to the technician Roger for the extra help. Highly recommend!!

Truly disappointed I’m a mail man that works in the Newnan area. I needed breaks on my postal vehicle for one they didn’t change out all my breaks like I asked only the front. Strike one it seems like they have a lot on there plate at this here store. As I’ve been home a few days because I feel a little under the weather. I was driving my postal jeep to get my tests done as I was driving to my destination some sort of screw popped out my front right wheel. I believe it to be from my breaks this has never happened before I’m extremely scared to drive it. I feel they didn’t take proper care of my vehicle as they should. Driving is very dangerous as I lost a near and dear friend Monday August 2, 2021 in a horrific car accident it really hurts knowing that they didn’t really check and double check there work to make sure they did a good job or not. I feel there not passionate about what they do and are only doing it for money. Very unfortunate I will never come back to this store and I won’t recommend it to anyone else for that matter. Thank you I will need for them to fix my mail jeep because my jobs very demanding physically and mentally.

I own Atlanta Mobile Tire Shop here in Newnan GA, this is my go to spot. Mary Jane has always been very helpful. Would definitely recommend this Mavis to others.

After getting my tires rotated and balanced from 3 different tire shops in the past week, Mavis was able to fix the rough driving issue I was experiencing with my vehicle. Not to mention that Ramaine and Mary Jane were awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable! Ramaine was able to diagnose the issue I was having with my vehicle that 3 other shops missed. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for its upkeep!

Great warranty ! I got new tires a few weeks back and unfortunately got a flat yesterday. I took it in today, Ramone helped me out he was great. He checked out the tire, and was able to fix it and change it with no issue. All for free

Pulled in to get a screw pulled and tire patched. Turns out that the screw only went in a bit so they pulled it, put the tire back on and sent me on my way. No charge!! Special thanks to Andrew and the rest of the Mavis team for this special attention and excellent service!!

They told me that I needed to have all of my roters replaced when I had all of that done about 6 months ago at the dealership. It cost me over $500 just when I come in to get my breaks fixed. They tried to tell me the powder on the brakes (you know like they’re designed to wear down) wasn’t the brake pads but from the roters. I basically had to though bc it was a Sunday and my only day off work. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!!!!! I might be a girl but I worked in car manufacturing so I have a basic idea of how it works and have even changed my own brakes and wheel assembly’s myself on my own cars, but I literally didn’t have the time to. Next time I’ll do it myself.…. Called and it was too busy. Anyone reading these reviews that ought to tell ya something.

After my second time in I felt compelled to write a review due to the great service I received both visits. Eddie and Romaine were very friendly and they got me in and out very quickly which is always appreciated but in 2021 that is exceptional due to extended wait times everywhere. Everyone here has been just amazing. Not only have they done the work that I asked them to do, but they were willing to take the time and discuss and explain to me what was going on with my car.

Was glad when I called they set me an appointment right away, but when I showed up they weren’t even open? So I called back but apparently the guy on the phone made an appointment from headquarters assuming ppl would be at work, Sadly that wasn’t the case. I was upset because I work so when I asked to leave to drop my car off I expected someone to atleast be there to leave it. Called the guy back and he said they would get back with me. Did not receive a call till 1:30 pm, after my appointment was made for 10:30am . I ended up calling Tires Plus where I was attended quickly! I commute so I can’t be told otherwise

8/5/2021: Do not do business with these people! I visited the website to determine what tires I wanted to purchase, and was quoted $630.92 for a set of 4 Goodyear Eagle Sport AS tires with a special one day only promotion as well as an appointment special. This is shown in the attached image. After seeing this, I called the store to make an appointment to drop the car off at lunchtime the same day, August 5th. On the phone, the operator confirmed that the price would indeed be $630.92, so I was glad to bring my car in.When I got to the store to drop my car off, I was told the price for the same set of Goodyear Eagle Sport AS tires was $903. This was in direct contrast to the website listing and the note on my service ticket stating the price should be $630.92. When asked, they said the best they could do was a $100 mail in rebate but that Id have to pay nearly $300 more than I was quoted on their own website. Id have been okay if I had to pay the $903 initially as long as the mail in rebates would have gotten me to the price i was quoted, but this was not possible according to the staff at this store.Mavis is extremely misleading and borderline fraudulent for misrepresenting their prices both on their website and on the phone then trying to pull a bait and switch on me for nearly a $300 difference. This place was immensely better when it was a Kaufmann Tire, its time to find another tire shop.

They were all very helpful and thorough. I made an appointment at last minute same day. I work out of town and I was so relieved that I was able to get major work done to my car in a few hours. Bought a set of Mavis tires . Left my vehicle and was called 3 days later and was told that I can pick up my truck with the option of only buying 3 tires because they don’t have the 4th tire or settling with a tire that’s different. Then we settled on leaving my old tire on while they order it. Told it was a 2 day turn around. Day after day I call and no tire. 10 days later I pull in to their store to get reimbursed for the tire, the manager says oh yeah, we have it right here. Come back tomorrow. Here now, waiting for 3 hours. This has been a horrible experience. The 1 star is because they do have good prices. But at what cost ?

I was visiting in the area and I had low pressure in one of my tires. The staff was efficient, found a screw in the tire, patched it and got me out in a very short time. Also, there was no charge! Highly recommended.

Stopped by Mavis at Bullsboro yesterday just to get tires checked. Eddie the store manager grabbed a tired gauge and not only checked tires for nails but inflated tires to the correct pressure. I did business at this store prior to the name change but I will be an exclusive returning customer from now on!

Angela and Romain were both very helpful and applied several discounts to help with cost. I had called around and knew they had best prices, but my car needed struts, so the discounts helped. They even paid my Uber ride since it was taking longer to finish.
