I little bit bad the guys dont answer when you ask for something

A good spot for grabbing a bottle of wine for BYOB or a night with takeout. Selection of wine is pretty good with several regions and varietals represented. Prices are moderately high, but not as astronomically jacked up as other wine shops. You also won’t have staff hovering over you like others. You’re still better of buying from a larger store, but prices here at least beat those at a restaurant.

Pros - Open on most holidays & have decent prices on a wide variety of wines. Surprising, considering the size of the store. Cons - They open later & close earlier than their advertised hours.

Open late. Nice owners and staff. Fair selection, fair prices but if you want bargains, get to Astors earlier in the day. I dont always think of it earlier in the day, so...

I was a loyal customer who frequently bought wine. One day I came to buy my typical sale bottle but forgot cash and was $2 under the credit card minimum. The cashier had a horrible attitude and did not let me use my card and proceeded to kick me out. I was willing to overlook the premium prices but the staffs unwillingness to cooperate and nasty attitude assured that I will never go back!

Walked inside as one of the workers was verbally abusing an elderly stockman who didnt speak English. Threw his trash at him? Walked right out, will NEVER shop here.

This is the wine shop I always prefer to go to.Theres a lot of other shops and found the best price here.they use to be located down the block on the street, i am so glad these guys are now located on 2nd Ave.

The place is clean and a lot of variety of drinks
