Beautiful interior but not much in the customer service department. Prices are decent considering the area. If you look most wines up using the vivino app, you’ll see that almost their entire selection is only $1 higher than the average price which really isn’t too bad.

This is probably the best liquor store in the FiDi area. They have a decent selection and the prices are great. Everyone there was helpful. They also have a great selection of wine!

West Street Wine & Spirits has a very large supply of various bottles of wine from all over the world. This is the best wine shop in this neighborhood and you can find all sorts of bottles in a wide price range, from very cheap around $10 to $100 and above. They have some good bottles of French wines, good Californian too, plus more.

I have to admit I used to love the old owner but the guys that but the shop are terrific. They have a great selection of not just whines but of spirits as well. I never knew scotch could be so expensive. They even have an extensive collection of saki of varying degrees of quality. One of the many things that I look for when I go on a store is how friendly the staff is. These guys are all decent people they are helpful and there earn my business just by having what I want and treating me like I was a valued customer. They are definitely worth a visit.

I agree with all the other posts about the owner, he is very nice. I drop by every once in a while to grab a few bottles of wine and I always ask him for recommendations. I personally dont know much about wine, but he does, so you should take advantage and see if he could narrow down your search. The place is nicely organized and the wine are stored properly so they can last and taste just right when you pop the cork! Great place to shop for wine whether its for someone else or yourself.

I had to go downtown. I parked right next to this wine and spirit shop. I decided to stop in for a few bottles of cheer. I was very surprised about the store. The store has a large variety of wines and other spirits. The prices are very reasonable, considering the store is located in a large city (Manhattan). The manager, as well as staff are very nice and helpful. The staff was very knowledgeable about liquors and wines. I would go back here.

I was in the area, so I stopped by to pick up a few bottles of wine to bring to my friends house. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I received a lot of recommendations for wine. I left with several bottles of assorted spirits. The prices are very reasonable. There was a large variety of spirits. Prices were good.

Great selection and some hard to find liquors.

I was dazzled and perplexed by the variety of wines here. The manager is friendly enough to help with your selection. He seemed to know a lot about it.It is also less expensive compared to other stores in lower Manhattan + they have a huge collection. They deliver too.

Five well-earned stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I live nearby and go in (often!) They are incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and have a superb selection. My favorite out of all the other stores nearby.

Great shop near my apartment that delivers. Only criticism is that they dont have a website or POS in the store so is charming when you have the time, but unfortunately not my go-to store when I need to make a quick order.Please guys -- get online !!

Love this place - they even have treats for my dogs so i can multi task and walk the dogs when I pick up my wine!

Did not enjoy the selection or service.

Overpriced. I can get the same bottles of wine a few blocks away for 2-3 dollars less. Why would I buy it here then?? When buying more than one bottle it makes a big difference. Too bad ...they are really close by. I told them about the difference and they refused to budge on the price. Oh well someone else is getting my business.

This shop is not well maintained. Its pretty obvious when you get in. Spent too much money on a corked burgundy.
