Good ice-cream shop in NYC. They have their signature ice-creams with 3 flavors and maroon on top. Some flavors are really good while some are OK. I took pistachios, Blueberry cheesecake and chocolate. All 3 were better than average. Lemon and Mango are super sour. All in all worth a try.

I’ve been a customer of amorino for years (since I lived in London) so I know the brand and it’s standards and the experience I’ve had in this branch was not the best. To start with the only had two flavors of ice cream macaroons (pistachio and mango) and they also ran out of some of the ice cream flavors (like vegan chocolate). The flavors I took - coconut and pistachio ice creams were good. The left over chocolate was not fresh. Just like the macaroon.

One of the best ice cream shops in New York which we came across. It is a little ice cream shop and it offers different flavors of ice cream. For us we decided to have mango flavor and mango as well as chocolate in a cone. Amazing flavors. Do try the mango flavor at Amorino Gelato as it is one of their best flavors.

Delicious! The ice cream is creamy. I had a gourmet cup with vanilla ice cream, yummy chocolate balls and caramel in it. They present the desserts in an aesthetically pleasing manner. There are so many flavors to choose from I wish I had more room in my belly for some sorbet. I will return!

The beat ice cream in New York! They use organic ingredients and the cones are absolutely yum. The flavors you’d not find in any other ice cream store as well.Highly recommended for anyone visiting New York.

Great selection of flavors, I had the classic in a cup (lime basil, mango and pineapple yuzu), it was refreshing with the first couple bites but it became extremely sweet, It was so sweet that I couldn’t finish it. The store was a bit of a mess and no air conditioning, they propped the door open on a 86° night, everyone in line, including the staff behind the counter were dripping in sweat. Very disappointed, will not be coming back.

Many flavors to choose from. The gelato is sweet. The flower shapes are cool. $8 might be a little stretch for the amount you get but you are in NYC. Over all good experience.

Location is decent, dark store front. Only reason for 4 stars is the price to protion not fair at all. Tried chocolate, Bananasa and strawberry. Guys working at the store are on point and enjoy what they are doing

Nice gelato place in very pretty presentation. I tried multiple different flavors and honestly chocolate was best so far. You get flower only if u order with cone. This place is packed with tourists so expect loooooong line.Small was more than enough ice cream for me though there are not much difference to classic size. There are more flavors in the Glass case than what they put on the wall so make sure to check it out throughly.

Got in last minute. While most of the favorite flavors were gone, I choose the Hazelnut and the walnuts and Fig flavor. It didn’t disappoint; it was delicious. Nice little treat after dinner.

Delicious gelato and of course the flowers they make with it are beautiful, my friends and I loved this place. The only issue is in the making of the flower you get a whole lot more of one flavor than the others and they don’t mention this/ask which which one you would prefer. Know this going in and request your favorite be in the center so it’s used to fill your cone!

Best ice cream in the city! Choose Piedmont hazelnut, and it was a pure delicious joy! Large choice of sorbet also. Price is fair regarding the quality, you pay for a piece of art!

We stopped at a closer gelati place and they had very little to offer so we opted to walk the extra distance to Amorino and it was worth it. Some of the best Ive had. The Amarena was fantastic, I got it with half blueberry cheesecake which was also really good, with a vanilla macaron. It was perfect. My boyfriend got the Stracciatella was had a really in depth yet subtle flavor, plus the rose design is a really nice touch.

The mango flavor is phenomenal as well as the passion fruit. The staff are super nice and yes they do offer free samples. No free water however which was a bummer but this place pretty rocks. First time visit and now I’m in love.

Quaint little ice cream shop. It has authentic Italian icecream, with a varied selection of ice cream flavors. Plus, the flower cone looks very cute. I ordered dulce the leche and cheesecake. I only wish they would fill more of the cone with icecream, so I dont end up eating air at the end.

Great selection of flavors and no matter what size cup you get they pack it full. I made the mistake of getting their biggest cup and I didnt even come close to finishing it all. I recommend getting the lemon... its soooo good. They have some cozy places to sit and talk.

I love Amorino’s! The gelato is sooo good and the fact that they shape it into roses is just beautiful! It’s one of my favorite spots. I got coconut, hazelnut, tiramisu, and caramel!

Well, Amorino has not one dairy-free option, it has MANY! Basically all the fruit flavors plus more! THANK YOU for all the options that you supply and serve! And then not only do they scoop and build your cone to look like these gorgeous beautiful gelato roses, but you can add multiple flavors, which all taste phenomenal! I wanted a flower ice cream for my Instagram, but it looked absolutely terrible and nothing like the pictures. I would recommend going to another store. The people making these ice creams should be re-trained or fired.

First time in this ice cream shop . Very cozy .very welcoming. Prices are affordable and portions and good . Staff here is great and knowledgeable about their products . Overall great place . I will come back again

We stopped here before returning to our public transportation connection at Port Authority. The Gelato flavors are varied (walnut fig was delicious) and the Gelato quality was very good. Decent prices for the City.

Great selection. It can be overwhelming at first when you order. My favorite is chocolate since its classic and you can never go wrong with it. Pistachio is also great but very sweet for my taste.

Gelato is awesome. It’s better to get ice cream in a cup. You don’t get much in a cone other than some decoration. Staff helped me with flavors. Was able to try couple of them before getting some on the cone. Macaroons just melt off. Definitely recommend this place.

Friday night, 8pm, a friend and I both got large cups of gelato. I got blueberry cheesecake, stracciatella, and fig, he got chocolate and banana. The large is probably too much for one person, would probably get a medium next time. The girls at the counter were helpful, offered us free tastings before we decided. Gelatos were very good, would definitely recommend!!

Very clean and updated gelateria. An abundance of flavors and options to choose from. A bit on the pricey side, but it is a nice experience to see your gelato formed into a flower.

Omg the Gelato is the best love the mango and the carmal our of this world. The staff is awesome no issue at all. The only thing is the parking a bit hard to find so we double park to get the Gelato recommend it

Just as delicious as youd hoped. Amorino has a great selection of gelatos to suit most every taste. Staff were generally welcoming, and service was pretty quick. I appreciated that nearby most seats (at least those along the wall) had power outlets, including USB charging plugs. Very convenient. I particularly liked the chocolate hazelnut and also the basil lime!

This place is a perfect brake to long walk in NY. Well positioned and easily accessible to walkers.The staff are very helpful and many choices of flavors. Just dare yourself to try new flavors and trust me you’ll enjoy it.My friend ordered the Affogato and he liked it as well.

Great gelato and macarons. The line was insane, yet the employees managed to make it move very fast. They all were working as team to satisfy their customers. My only concern that they were doing so while talking and laughing over our to be made cones.

The Gelato was amazing, and the employee blending three flavors in a cup worked like an artist. Sad that I didnt discover this place until my last night in NYC, but when I come back, I will stop by my first night. . And my second... and my third...

Beautifully presented ice creams. I love the creativity. You can have as many flavors as you want, cones come in sizes. Flavors are good, however it started melting soon because it took them time to shape the flavors!

Friday night just before they are closing the door. My first time in this shop, 3 young ladies working . I have no idea how this works. I am standing looking at the ice creams one young ladies tells me to come to the register. Tell me what I want, I tell her I need to see the ice creams its my first time. She tell me what I want again, I ask how it works she says pick a cup. I could tell she was not having it that day. I ask another young lady to help me. Becouse the one girl was just not being helpful what so ever.. if you paying 20 dollars for 3 shopping of ice scream your customers service needs to be on point. I told her like why is does she have this attitude. She says thats how she talk to all the customers that go to that shop. Ice cream is delicious. But I would never spend my money again in this place.. to try and support your local business, and this is how you get treated, in times like this. I did apologize for coming in the last minute. But regardless.

Pretty ok. Something different wasnt thrilled by the service. I asked for the cone with the macaroon on top I was told that was the signature cone. I ordered two signatures cones and then Im told no macaroon goes on top. I go back to the cashier and shes like she must have charged you the cone without the macaroon, do you have the receipt?!. Ummm do the person making the ice cream took the receipt. I am grateful for great customer service. I was not happy with the service here at all!

While waking down the Manhattan streets with friends, saw this shop in side and the way it was looking and people waiting in line felt like give a try. And I must say it’s good I stop by. It’s one of the best gelato I had. It’s good, different and natural ingredients . I must say you should give a try. Lot of flavors and choices to make.All clean and colorful and nice. Customer service was good.

Alright, the ice cream looks good, no doubt about that, however its bitter and has the texture of ice cream that had melted and refroze. Do not eat here.

Outstanding gelato. I didn’t realize until we were eating, I’d been at their Nice location a couple years before. Same great gelato here.Grab a cone with their signature flower designed scoops. The macaroons are good but the ice cream is better

At a Saturday night and they are out of their popular ice cream flavors. The milk chocolate is very average & the cashier looks like hes forced to work there. Also the place is very dirty.

Left work at 10:40pm on Saturday last week on 44th and 8th. Got to this place at 10:45pm and as my husband was trying to walk in, a guy who works there pushed him back out locked the door. I looked at the watch and said to him through the glass door Dont you close at 11pm? He shrugged his shoulders and pointed at people behind the counter. They didnt respond to me, he went on to ignore me. I assume he is somehow in charge, had decided to close 15min earlier that night and was passive aggressive about it. We will not try this place again then.

These guys have nailed their gelato. Truly good and very reasonably priced at $6 for a small but generous portion. I tried coconut, 2 kinds of chocolate and coffee. All very good. Hard to say which one was best. Definitely worth a second, third and fourth visit.

Charming hidden gem in the midst of bustling Times Square. The interior feels very cozy due to the fireplace and elegant atmosphere. The gelato is very tasty and flavorful, I especially like how you can choose however many flavors you want in their flower cone. It is on the pricier side, but it is well worth it!

Ordered a straciatelli and flat white. The gelato was icey and did not really taste of vanilla.

Passion fruit sorbet is my all time fav. Best 1 Ive ever had! I lived nearby would b there daily. Hubby loved his chocolate. Edible art!!
