Delicious!! Were from out of town - never had a doughnut ice cream sandwich, but it was totally worth the stomach ache later!

What an experience!! I came to try the doughnut ice cream sandwich and it did not disappoint! I was lucky enough to have a great ice cream expert serving me who explained everything in great detail and had awesome recommendations for how to pair the different doughnuts and ice cream flavors. The serving size is huge, but so good. Would definitely recommend!

Delicious and creative ice cream flavors, and a surprisingly large selection for such a small place. Its not cheap, and the store itself is pretty basic (more of a to-go spot), but definitely worth the splurge now and again. I didnt try the donuts but they looked delicious, will have to try one in future.

The guy ringing up people, his name is Matt (I only know because he wouldn’t stop yapping about his entire life) seems to really slow down the workers in the back. If he were helping them maybe the line wouldn’t be so long. He just sits there and talks about his life all day while the people in the back do his job…very annoying but the ice cream was decent

I went to dinner and a show on Broadway. I didnt get dessert after dinner because I was full, but after the show my girlfriend wanted some dessert and she looked up Holy cream just 2 blocks away. When we went in the hostess asked if this was our first time there, so when we said yes she gave us such a great presentation about Holey cream it made our mouths just water up🤤. We got a few taste samples and went for it! Im all about hospitality and the hostess made us feel so welcomed that it made the icecream taste even better. Now my girlfriend and I have a new place to have dessert whenever we are in Manhattan 😎. I wanted cookies with my icecream and WOW! Look at what I was given😁 I ate all the icecream that night with a bite or two of the cookies. I finished the cookies the next day. 😎😎👍DELICIOUS!

Icing got ruined from the lid but it was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend the strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Wish the server told me i couldve gotten more than one flavor in the donut sandwich though. Would also highly recommend doing the donut ice cream sandwich since thats what theyre known for. This place is also good enough to come for the ice cream or donuts alone too. Would love to come back and try other ice cream flavors. Very creamy. If you do the sandwich, have some water with you!

So I was actually standing outside the store with my friends that was eating ice cream. To be honest it didnt look good. So as I was talking to my friend a girl came out and said that the store gave her an extra donut sandwich for free and asked if any of us would like to take it off her hand. Stood there for a second I reach out and said sure Ill take it. Then she said thank you and here a spoon for my savior from her other hand. So I thanked her as she walked away. So in the end I met a cute girl that gave me an Oreo donut sandwich with a scoop berry( didnt taste too good) and a scoop of chocolate peanut butter( which was amazing) for free. And it all happened on my friend birthday!!!

This place was an enjoyable surprise finding! Was looking for ice cream, got a delicious donut ice cream sandwich. I shared with a friend and it was more than enough for 2 people to split. Small place but very good and fresh donuts and delicious ice cream! Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. Would recommend!

Very poor service today went in I greeted the worker on the opening shift and I did not get a response back at all she did look like she was stocking things I work and live in New York so I understand that opening can be a little tough I told her it’s ok I’m just looking right now but will be purchasing she said what you said and continued to just look at me I repeated what I said then she went into the basement did not say she was coming back or anything and never returned back up I left and came back in and she still have not came up . I’m not sure what kind of service she’s offering for this shop but it making you guys lose out on money because she didn’t even explain anything and I was here for a birthday and was ycoming to try and see I was able to get at least 4 dozen of doughnuts. I ended up leaving with none .

Smallest shop in the world delivering the biggest sweet surprise. Not much I can say other than its doughnut, ice cream, repeat, repeat, top with whatever sauce and topping you want and hey presto, ice cream heaven! Everything is nice. i highly recommended this place. Must try.

After walking 10 miles around the city we wanted to indulge a little. Indulge a lot! Their signature treat is the donut sandwich. You get to pick 3 ice cream flavors, the donut icing, and a candy topping. Their ice cream flavors were amazing and I would go back just for the ice cream. Take a friend if you want the sandwich, it’s a lot to eat by yourself!

Great place for sweets lovers. It’s really good and the flavor is there. I had the donut with ice cream, which comes with three scoops of ice cream. It was amazing, and the person taking our order was extremely friendly. Service was good and it was a nice treat on a hot summer day. I will say that it’s a bit pricey, but that’s just me. They have moved across the street. Felt that the prices were reasonable for the quality and portions. Great place to go for a quick dessert. There are about six or so chairs where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream. If you go for the ice cream doughnut, make sure you have some water.

Went here last night and it was delicious! Of course I ordered their signature donut ice cream sandwich! I had s’mores ice cream and a donut with nutella frosting, the serving is just about large enough for two people to share.It was a little hard to find the shop at night especially when you are across the street since the sign doesn’t quite light up and the font is hard to read. They also don’t offer any “normal chocolate and vanilla” flavors but their other options are creative (except when you’re with picky eaters.)

Everyone with me loved the experience and the delicious looking ice cream doughnut deserts. I would give it 5 stars if they served anything else but sorbet to those allergic to dairy products. Everyone serves sorbet as a substitute for non dairy people. Why would a cool niche ice cream shop with such a wild flare for being different serve what everyone else does to those with dairy allergies. If you make it we will come!!

Took a spontaneous trip to the city (12/25) & ended up coming here for some ice cream a few minutes shy of them closing (we didn’t realize until after we had got there). only one lady was working & i applaud her for all her hard work and professionalism! thank you for the great service and amazing ice cream!

While one of the most expensive ice cream shoppes in America, it leaves you wanting more as if the massive humps of sugar delight wasnt enough calories. Uniquely named concoctions. Interesting add ons. And, year round for those missing taste in winter. Youll spend nearly $10 for this one item. Family of four? Yikes...take out a loan dad. Too fancy for most kids.

Worst service and milk shake ever The staff was uncaring the worse Ive ever encounter in any country any city anywhere in this world and Ive been to 89 countries. This place is really small (can barely fit two people across) but truly a gem. The guy who served me was the most miserable person ever, which would make sense if some of the other reviews here about how the owner treats employees is true. Moral obligations and ethics aside, the donut sandwich is amazing. I wish that they served the donut warm, as my tasted a bit stale. For the price you get enough to split amongst two people, but what fun would that be...

Their customer service was very bad. My children and I came in to get ice cream. The kids were very excited to pick out what they wanted. Due to medical reasons, they can not wear masks. They discriminated against us and would not serve us. They laughed at us as we left!!!!😠😠😠😠😠 so, we took our money and spent it somewhere else. We will never go there again.

Looks and priced like a new place trying to catch up to competition. Good ideas with some of the items, just the prices are kinda far out. Inexperienced team when we walked in, like everyone was still in training as well.

SO happy to see that they made it through COVID and are still open! My favorite s’mores ice cream ever. All the flavors I’ve tried have been so freaking good and creamy. Also think it’s great value for the price especiallyyyy in NYC.PS- have never tried the doughnuts have only come for the ice cream

First off, this place is overpriced. Second, the ice cream and doughnuts are rather bland. But most importantly, the owner here is very rude. A lady walked in to interview for a position while we were eating and he was disrespectful and demeaning to her all throughout their conversation. And based on the other reviews Ive seen this is a common theme. I would not go here and support such an owner.

Wow! Seriously good ice cream...great quality in alot of traditional and a few different flavors. Has made mint chip my favorite again but will be difficult to match elsewhere.

Just moved to this neighborhood and this has been my best find so far. Great selection of interesting ice cream flavors, signature donut ice cream sandwich desserts, smoothies, ice cream shakes, cookies and jumbo cupcakes. Delivery is also possible through postmates, Uber eats etc. Perfect for late night dessert cravings!

The donut was amazing, but the customer service was very weak. But the donut! You get to create your own; pick a frosting then toppings. Went towards the end of the night and the donut was still fresh.

The waitstaff is extremely rude. I was second in line and had to wait for 35 minutes before being acknowledged. The girls who work there kept making orders for people who had ordered through uber eats. When it was finally my turn, I was greeted with a frown and unwillingness to work.

The food is good, but workers are very disrespectful, rude and get mad at you when they make your order wrong.

I only ordered brownies and was very disappointed. They tasted like supermarket brownies (and not a good supermarket at that) at a much higher price. Seriously, they should stop serving this junk. I really expected something better. I realize that this is not a bakery, but this shows a real lack of concern about quality.
